I went to see a a Japanese comedian Naomi Watanabe. The theater was bigger than I thought. It wasn't the concert so I didn't know if the audio quality was good. My seat was section 2 Row U. First show we ever watched here was Shin Lim: Limitless. The theatre itself is near the casino floor and between the Grand Lux Cafe and Starbucks. The check in process was quick. The security will check bags before you enter the theater. There's a small shop with merchandise on the left side. They had Shin Lim apparel and cards for sale. We checked it out after the show to grab a deck of cards. The theatre itself is a good sized venue. I think it might hold about 1500 people. They have 2 screens and one big screen during the shows. The intimate setting of these smaller casino venues gives the feel of any seat is a good seat in the house. Overall, a great first experience here at Palazzo Theatre. Got tickets to see Shim Lee last night. The show is fun and exciting. If you like magic you will love this show. The theatre is really nice, no bad seat. Normally parking is free for locals but when someone big is playing at the Sphere they rip everyone off for $30. for parking. Inside is smaller than other theaters I've been to. There is one thing that was very bad when you enter. It's a sickening kinda bad perfume-ee smell when you walk in that bothers your eyes, nose and throat. It will be hard for some people to sit in it and watch a show. However the attendants were helpful and ushered you to your seat. The first four rows are nicer wider folding chairs with arms. After that three or four rows were marked VIP and are wide and sofa like. Behind these seats are like the wider but built in chairs similar to the folding chairs in the first few rows. In some rows are little tables in front of the seats were you can order via your phone a drink or light bite. The show we attended wasn't musical so I am not sure about the sound quality. read more

We came here to see Mo Amer and it was one of the best shows! The venue however felt very cramped and disorganized. Drinks were wickedly expensive and they didn't let keep your water bottle capped, which I thought was really weird. Intimate theater located in the Palazzo, with multiple floors. Not really a bad seat in the house! Went to see Shin Lim and had such a great time! The special effects, production, and performers were all so amazing. I definitely recommend watching this show! Don't skip out on the drinks! I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the drinks (and how strong they were). The bartender was friendly and quick at handling the crowd. My only complaint is that the seat rows are pretty tight, making it tough to get to your seat. I had to make sure I wasn't tripping over anyone's feet. Prepare to come on time and early if you can, to avoid the long lines coming in the theater. The show starts shortly after the designated showtime without warning from any intercoms. read more

The show we saw was amazing. We paid for the meet and greet. The staff had no clue there was a meet and greet, yet we were instructed to get wrist bands at box offic and stay in our seats after the show. Then someone comes out and says she left already. She graciously comes out and the guy start's yelling at people to get off the stage with the performer. He has the audacity to say "I am doing this out of the kindness of my heart". Seriousl? We paid for this and your salaTy. He was so rude not just not to Michelle Buteau, but to everyone. She handled it beautifuly. read more

This is a great venue with friendly staff, easy security screening, quick ticket enty and good stage view seating. We sat in the front row for a past show which are normal type seating, however this time we sat in VIP2, Row E, Seats 3 & 4 which are more of a couch type seating with a small table between 2 seats. We preferred the seating this time because it has so much leg room and a more spacious seat area. The lights and sound in this venue and atmosphere are very good. We were also able to grab a bite to eat next door at the Grand Lux Cafe before entering the theater for the show. No outside food or drink are allowed, but they do sell candy, popcorn and drinks inside the theater. We saw Wayne Brady who put on a funny and entertaining show that had a lot of audience participation to include the use of songs and questions submitted from audience prior to the show, bringing audience members on stage, and picking audience members to provide word, answers amd thoughts that were used to create improv comedy. The only negatives about this venue is be prepared to pay for event parking $30 if there is a sphere event, and during the winter months the theater is on a cooler side so dress accordingly. Overall, we had another great experience and good time at Wayne Brady's show. read more

I have seen two comedy shows at the Palazzo theater, one time sitting in the middle of the venue for Josh Johnson, and the second time this past week sitting in VIP3 )which is right in the center just a few rows back) for Wayne Brady. The acoustics are wonderful, and although it is fairly large, the stage isn't too high up, so it feels much more intimate. The talent is able to walk up and down the stage from a front set of stairs, so they are able to interact with the audience more easily. The regular seats were very comfortable, although I must say the VIP seats take the cake. Definitely worth the splurge! The theater staff overall is very friendly, everything was very clean and it was a very easy process going in and out. They also have one of the most beautiful bathrooms in the Palazzo/Venetian property. I appreciate the calm and comfortable experience. read more

entering the show was fine, since everyone is properly spaced out arriving at different times prior to show start so it doesn't feel like there is a rush of people but end of the show exiting was another story... there is significant bottleneck of everyone trying to leave the venue and on top of that there was only stair access and it is super difficult for everyone to leave at the same time without feeling unsafe and risk of people falling down the stairs. intimate venue, seats are comfortable enough... but you can tell it's aged. read more

Located in the Palazzo, this theater is a solid spot to watch any type of show! It's pretty easy to find your way there, all you have to do is follow the signs! The ushers are really helpful with directing you to your seats, and there isn't really a bad spot in the house. We were closer to the back so I was worried we wouldn't be able to see well, but the theater is small enough to still allow good views for everyone. read more

Came here to watch SIX! Ngl, it was kind of confusing to find this theater since we went to a box office within the Venetian, and got so confused when we saw signs for the theater but it led to the wrong place. Had to ask for directions, and thank goodness we found it in time before the show started. Seating was great, and it is a beautiful venue. We all got programs of the performance, and the gift shop was easy to access. Really enjoyed seeing SIX here! read more

Staff here is overly agressive for no reason at all. Once the show is over don't even THINK about waiting outside the restrooms for your parties as there will be a phalanx of miserable "ushers" who will aggressively try to chase you away. But they are happy as pigs in @@@@ to take your money for overpriced drinks and tickets. And people wonder why tourism in Vegas is dying ? SMDH Plus as others have mentioned $30 "event parking" charge is unconscionable. Let the casinos go broke ! read more

The theater is easy to get to. We parked at the self parking garage. Took a left to go toward the casino and another left to get to the theater. Easy peasy! Upon entering an employee will check your tickets, totally standard. There's a gift shop if you want to buy show merchandise and an area to take photos with your group if you want to do that. We came to watch SIX and my gosh, that was an amazing show! The bar inside the theater was charging $20 for a drink. I think Fiji bottled water was $5. Yowzaahh that's tough. But they were custom creations to match the SIX musical so I guess themed drinks deserve to be a little pricier. The theater itself is clean and spacious. The ushers are kind and helpful. Everyone was so kind through the whole night. Such an enjoyable time. Thanks, Palazzo theater for making this such a simple and fun time for my group's girls night out. read more

I really love seeing shows at the Palazzo theater! It's close to the parking garage (with FREE parking!), making for an easy night out. Located right by the Grand Lux Cafe (which is my favorite pre-show dinner spot) and close to the bathrooms, this was the former home to the popular Jersey Boys show years ago. I took my mama here for a holiday show last week, and we had a terrific time. She uses a wheelchair, and it was easy to get in an elevator to our seats on the second floor. This theater isn't exactly super accessible, but we made it work. She did have to walk down and then back up about 6 steps to get to our seats. While there was a lack of ushers to help us find our seats, they were great about enforcing the mask policy. If someone pulled down their mask, they would shine a light on them until they complied, I wish all businesses did this! The theater is intimate, so there really aren't any terrible seats. We were on the second row center, and had a great view of the stage. The sound system was fantastic. The seats are on the larger side, with lots of legroom. Very rare for theaters nowadays. I was very comfortable and when people had to get up, they didn't knock into my knees. This is a great place to see a show, and it's among my favorite venues in all of Las Vegas. read more

Saw 'SIX' at the Palazzo Theatre. LOVE this smaller venue (and LOVED THE SHOW!)! You have a great view no matter where you are in this place. The sound system is great! Easy to enter & leave. Staff is helpful. There's 1 bar when you first enter but the line was too long at that time to be able to get anything before the show started. Gift store located on the way in/out. As another reviewer stated this theater has a great location within the casino right next to Grand Lux Cafe, where you can enjoy a delicious pre or post show cocktail. Once inside, the box office is on your left and they have real tickets if you buy from the box office which is exciting if you like to collect them. You also save a bit on fees by purchasing from the box office. We went to see Six, which was a pop musical about the six wives of Henry the 8th. There doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the theater unless in my opinion if you are in the first few rows on the side. The seating was relatively comfy related to the length of show. The restroom unlike many others had plenty of bathrooms, which is always a plus. For me, for a musical, the sound quality of the show was far too perfect so it took out some of the grittiness and heart of the show as seen in other venues. However, it was nice to see it in a smaller more intimate venue. read more

The venue, is subpar for The Venetian. Arrived to a long line, which was expected; however, not being told until reaching the front to enter that drinks aren't allowed is ridiculous! There should be a sign or worker at the end of the lobby, near box office/store, closer to the casino, warning people while in line. Several people, including myself, had to step aside to finish a beverage, or throw away coffees and alcohol that aren't cheap, especially in Vegas. I even witnessed a man tossing a sealed bottle of water into the trash. It's ridiculous that this rule is most likely to force people to buy their $20 cocktails inside. Furthermore, the security guard and people at the entrance were rude and impatient with people, despite them being responsible for forcing patrons to aggregate in the area and not clearly directing people in a single line to use 2 entrance points. Inside the theater there is only one bar near the entrance, causing a greater traffic issue. Seating appears to have good views from any location, but the rows are narrow and many have no cup holders. For show verification/reference purposes, we went Christmas Day for Shin Lim - Limitless, and the show was amazing! read more

Large, beautiful venue with incredible sound. We watched an AGT show there a few years ago and it was amazing. Would definitely revisit to see the right act. Seats are very comfortable, easy to find your seat, plenty of concessions to choose from should you need a drink or a snack. read more

Seats were great but oddly, ours didn't have cup holders. The row ahead of us did. So strange - if you sell and allow concessions, seems like you should have cup holders so a patron can put drinks down to applause. (??) Also, poor design when leaving the theatre, every single person on the level we were sitting merged into one line of traffic. So it was super congested, and took forever to leave. read more
