They have connections to all the trades and can get a plumber, handyman etc over to my property often the same day, which is critical to keeping up the level of service I want for my guests. (Producing a repair person on the same day is no mean feat in the islands.) They are personable and professional, a pleasure to work with, and charge far less than a traditional property management company. I recommend them highly to any vacation rental owner.

Unable to get or see proof of anything. It really seams like everything is: take my word for it. It's fine. I found out she's been telling people I ran a "bait and switch" scam on one of her clients. We were hired by APM to perform maintenance at a large condominium complex in south Maui. When we started, we discovered a massive lint build in their systems. I was told by one of their maintenance workers that it had never been cleaned professionally in the 19 years he had worked on the property! When I asked to increase my original bid accordingly, they refused and threatened me with legal action if I pulled my crew off the job. Prior to starting the job, the AOAO had decided to offset the initial expense of my work by pre-invoicing the owners. They couldn't go back without losing face. Andrea, we always did top-notch service for your clients. When you decided to cut my line, you not only hurt me and my business, but you also took a valued vendor option away from the owners. I hope you read this because if I hear anyone else mention bait and switch, I will sue you for defamation. Awe!

And what view there was had filth caked on the windows. The unit was small. The bedroom had a slit of windows up near the ceiling facing the common hallway so as you are in the bedroom you hear everyone walking by. And the list goes on. We stayed 30 minutes and then booked our vacation at a beautiful hotel in Wailea getting the last room available. Complained to CB Vacation Rentals and was blown off multiple times. Jeremiah, Manager, was a joke! So we have now filed formal complaints with multiple jurisdictions and have demanded a full refund from VRBO and CB Rentals. Consumer misrepresentation is a crime and we will not sit back and be victimized by either party. If you see CB Vacation Rentals as a host - RUN away as fast as your feet will carry you. We are seasoned global travelers and have never experienced anything remotely like this. And we travel 1/2 the year to remote places where even in remote Patagonia, India, Mongolia, the Mekong...have never experienced such lies.

CB Island vacations followed up many times via email and phone calls. I was very happy with the notifications and their attention to make sure we were satisfied. I did see the other 1-star reviews, however, they are older dates. Maybe management has changed. I was very pleased. We are reserving vacation condo with CB Island vacations again next year.

The day after booking and paying for this property we get an email from Patricia requesting another almost $500 or she will cancel our booking! We contact VRBO who tells us not to pay because she has a legally binding contract with us for the price that we paid since we had already paid. They say they are contacting her and everything will be worked out. Well four days later Patricia cancels our rental now we are searching for another rental with even slimmer pickings in Maui for Christmas. After reading other reviews I'm so glad we aren't staying in anything under her management. She is running a scam trying to get more money after entering a contact with paid customers.
