    Avocado thick egg sandwich. Amazing!!

My daughter, and I found this place as we were staying across the street, at Mandalay Bay, for her 21st birthday celebration. This is a gem of a breakfast place! The avocado, egg, black bean "thick" croissant sandwich was amazing! Very friendly staff (welcoming & accommodating) and delicious baked items too! Would highly recommend!!!

    Milk tea with double boba

ordered a milk tea with x2 boba from their kiosk, milk tea tasted very watery, I added x2 boba but it hardly had anything. Before leaving I confirmed there was double boba in my drink

Very nice people on good customer service but the Boba Thai tea tasted like Doodoo. It had a weird stale aftertaste.

Thank goodness for Bouchon Bakery being conveniently located just outside of the North Tower elevators. The pastries here are top notch. I love their croissants. Probably some of the best I've had, and I've tried many. Flaky on the outside and light and moist on the inside. Clean flavor shows they use a good quality butter. Paired with a vanilla latte. So good! The coffee they use is delicious. They offer almond and oat milk at an additional cost. I'll overlook that because their coffees really are that good. Service is quick and friendly. The barista gets those coffees out quickly so don't worry if there's a line. Very happy to start my day here each morning.

Line wasn't crazy at 10am. Cold brew was mild and dangerously drinkable. I spoiled myself on pastries with a Kouign-amann, everything bagel croissant, and a chocolate-almond croissant alongside a slice of spinach quiche. The Kouign-amann was incredible. Buttery, flakey, and caramelized. A delight of flavors, textures, and aromas. Absolutely a must-order. For something more savory, the everything bagel croissant was flakey and coated to the max with everything bagel topping. The quiche was a little disappointing. It was well set and creamy, but the crust was a bit dense. Spinach quiche is a little boring anyway; I would reorder it in a different flavor for sure. Sadly the chocolate almond croissant was simply not good. Something about combining the almond filling with the chocolate made the interior dense and unappetizing. I thought this would be my favorite but in the end I took only a few bites.

I've been coming to Suzuya Patisserie for years. There was a time when I came almost every week,…read moreand whenever my friends had birthdays, I would preorder their cakes here because I genuinely love the quality of the desserts. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.

After reading plenty of glowing reviews for this West Sahara spot, my visit ended up being a bit of an uneven, disappointing experience. If you are coming here expecting the best croissant in Las Vegas, lower your expectations. The viennoiserie I ordered fell far short of a gold standard. Structurally, it lacked the distinct, shatteringly crisp lamination you look for on the outside, and the interior crumb was missing that rich, deeply buttery depth of flavor. It felt incredibly average, lacking both the texture and punch to compete with the city's better bakeries. While the baked goods disappointed, the pastry chef completely redeemed themselves on the entremet side. The mango dessert was the undisputed star of the visit. It featured an incredibly thin, snappy white chocolate shell that gave way to a light, pillowy texture inside. The mango flavor profile was vibrant, clean, and beautifully pronounced without being overly sweet. Truly excellent execution. Délices Gourmands was a mixed bag. Come for the delicate, high-end refrigerated desserts, but skip the pastry case if you are looking for an authentic, properly laminated French pastry fix.

It was not only stunning and beautifully designed, but it was also one of the most delicious cakes we've ever had. We chose a two tier White Pearls cake. The top tier was chocolate cake with Bavarian cream filling and the bottom tier was a red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and both flavors were incredible. The cake looked exactly like the image on the website. We chose the 50/50 frosting because we don't like super sweet icing and the color was a little more ivory which matched my dress. We really enjoyed this delicious cake! The entire process was seamless from start to finish. The team was so easy to work with, responsive, and made everything stress-free. They even delivered the cake directly to our hotel on the Las Vegas Strip where our reception dinner was held, which made our wedding day so much easier. The cake was truly one of the highlights of our wedding reception and made for such a beautiful moment as we cut into it together. We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. Thank you for creating such a gorgeous and delicious centerpiece for our wedding-we highly recommend you to any couple looking for the perfect wedding cake!
