This is my go-to 24 hour quick service cafe at Fontainebleau. They have a few tables inside with counter seating ane some more "outside". Be ready to wait in line in the morning especially on the weekends. The staff usually does a pretty good job of getting through the line especially after they rearranged their display. My favorite items are the pressed almond croissant, pain chocolat, ham & cheese croissant, and chicken pot pie. Unfortunately, they haven't had those 2 savory items in a while now and I'm hoping they eventually bring them back. Prices are on the higher side but comparable to other luxury hotels. read more

September 2025 review: I had breakfast on my last morning in Vegas recently. There are very few vegan breakfast items at the Fountainbleau so I was glad to find an avocado toast on the menu. It was delicious but I don't recall seeing a price anywhere (probably to protect you from sticker shock until it's too late) but it was expensive. The line seemed long but it moved quickly & I was lucky to find a seat by the time I got through the line. September 2026 review: Again back for the same conference as last year & knew this was a place I could get a good avocado toast as a vegan option. Despite my criticism on this last year, nothing has changed - there are still no prices visible for anything (website or in line). The avocado toast, a bottle of OJ and a large matcha latte with soy milk was about $50. There's no way on earth any of that should cost that much. Anywhere else off the strip would cost you less than half that for the same breakfast. The food is good but not worth it but you're kinda trapped. read more

Fontainebleau has a limited amount of options for late night eating, by limited, they literally only had this one. After a long night of putting our son to sleep, I finally had the chance to grab a bite to eat and unfortunately I was limited to this place. I was excited to try this place, but wanted to try it in the morning. Instead I found myself coming here twice. For my evening bites, I got a sandwich, salad, and a pizza for my husband and I to share. The sandwich (I believe was a steak sandwich) was surprisingly really good. We also ordered a chicken caesar salad which was refreshing. The pizza was a fail as it was cold. For our morning, we got the viral flat croissant, ham and cheese croissant, and the chocolate croissant. OMG --- if there's something to come here for, make it these croissants. They were delightful, albeit a bit expensive, but you are at a bougie hotel. Would recommend! read more

I love all the ube and lavender options! I ordered a slice of coconut cake and the midnight lavender drink. The workers were very good at communicating and preparing the food. The coconut cake was too sweet for me. At least the frosting was cream cheese. The midnight lavender drink was okay - it had a lot of lavender syrup at the bottom and lemonade at the top. I love coming to this cafe! It's has such good pastries, coffee, sandwiches, gelato, and desserts. It's by the south rideshare at Fountaine Blue. I would grab coffee and a pastry and head to grab an uber for a conference. I got the mocha coconut late which was perfectly mocha with a hint of coconut. I like my drinks on the sweeter side so it was perfect for me. Make sure to ask them to heat up the pastries because it makes a difference lol I also got the chocolate hazelnut croissant, chocolate croissant and butter croissant. If you don't heat up the chocolate croissant, it's get a little hard to bite into. Heating it up softens it up a bit. Can't wait to be back to try more! read more

I was pleasantly surprised to come here in the morning around 11:00am and they still had flat croissants available (both chocolate and pistachio) and there was no line to order. The flat chocolate croissant itself was unique and delicious. The chocolate they use is very tasty and the flatness texture adds a nice crunch to every bite. It is on the pricier side this was about $12 and change. Would I come here again? Yes, especially since I'm visiting Vegas. If I lived in Vegas would I go again, maybe not. I really liked Chez Bon Bon. We came here 2x during our stay at Fontainebleau. It's open 24 hours and they offer grab and go drinks, coffee, pastries and gelatos. This spot is constantly flowing with customers. The lines can get a bit long. There have a number of tables inside and a few just outside the entrance. The staff here works hard as they have multiple cashiers working. We enjoyed some drinks the first visit. I tried the Pistachio Cream Latte & my wife the Blueberry Hibiscus. The Pistachio cream was fine. Not the best not the worst. On an evening visit, we had a sweet tooth craving so my white got a Raspberry Sorbet and I got one their chocolate puddings. Oh my goodness that pudding hit the spot. It wasn't as sweet as it looks and it was perfect to satisfy my craving. There's so much here to try it would make me wanna come back again. Ooh la la Chez Bon Bon! This French-inspired cafe (or European inspired with their gelato!) and bakery is located on the 1st floor of the upscale Fontainebleau in Las Vegas. Ours were well packaged in a plastic container and in a cute bag with their tuxedo logo. Napkins and utensils were off to the side adjacent to their coffee creamers. Salads tasted fresh and delicious. I could not ignore the options for gelato that I saw earlier and got back in line to order. I chose pistachio and the Mr. chose a scoop of blueberry. Creamy, rich, and exquisite. In the middle of a Friday afternoon, there were maybe 5 customers ahead of us and then several behind me at once. Later on after we finished our salads, the line was about 10 customers ahead of me. The order takers and cashiers were kind and kept the lines moving. I love that this place is open 24 hours!! We ran into this place after a night clubbing at LIV and honestly it was such a life saver. We got a mexican coke and a gelato which was honestly not that expensive. The gelato was something like 1 scoop for $7 and 2 scoops for $10! Pretty normally priced in my opinion and it tasted so good after a night out at LIV! Cool/unique gelato flavors too! Please continue to stay open 24 hours! Really nice staff and great service. Located in the new hotel; FountainBleu Hotel. The 24 hour bakery has bright lights and a very welcoming ambiance. Service is sparse so you may have to chase down a worker or too, but once you know what you want its not too bad. I've had many visits and the only repeat negativity is the price. Its true strip prices. The juices in the cooler are delicious and refreshing, especially on a hot summer day. Bakery items are always hit and miss, but they do change them up which is nice. The flat croissants were my latest venture and I got both the pistachio and the chocolate. Each one was $12 and honestly underwhelming. The croissant wasn't as crunchy as I hoped, but in some parts it was. It was a bit weird texturally, but the flavor was good..so idk how to really feel. Wanted something a little lighter for breakfast and wasnt in the mood to sit at a restaurant one morning. Walking through Fontainebleau and Chez Bon Bon looked like a good place to stop. I ended up getting the sausage breakfast sandwich, which was actually pretty hearty, and one of the special St Patty's Day coffees. Both were good. Definitely Vegas/hotel prices for everything. The line also moved quickly, so if you see a longer line, don't be too wary, unless you have less than 5 minutes. Lots of good looking pastries too! read more

Thankful that they have hours of availability! The second floor cafe does not open early. As you enter, it is noticeably bright and clean. They have a wide variety of pastries. Their almond Croissant is big enough for two people to share :) This had superb butter flakiness with generous almond paste filling. We loved every bite of it! For beverages, they also have an excellent range of coffee and tea. While I wasn't quick enough to snap pictures of the matcha latte, it was nicely done with steamed soy milk. The seasonal special coffee was Honey Bun Latte. This had just the right amount of honey and cinnamon. We requested steamed almond milk in this and it was lovely. Great way to start our day. Wished they had more seating and tables though. We went at a time when all the tables were filled so we walked over to the south gate but the cushioned seats were just steamed cleaned and still damp. Shoutout to whomever this "Bon Bon" is. Chez Bon Bon, which would translate to the House of Bon Bon, is a grab-and-go style 24/7 spot at Fontainebleau. It's located near the South Lobby of the hotel, and it offers French pastries, a coffee and tea menu, and a surprisingly good gelato selection. I sampled multiple gelato flavors and decided that the fruit sorbets felt just a bit light. However, the cold brew coffee and pistachio were good enough to order a double scoop ($11; single is $7). Both were very creamy and richly flavored, and the pistachio has real pistachio flavor and not fake almond. I also tried the Cappuccino ($8). The employee started making it while completing the point of sale process, and it was ready very quickly. Admittedly, this isn't the drink I try the most from coffee menus, but this was the most delicious version I've had in recent memory. The upper layer was frothy, and the coffee layer was strong but balanced. The next morning, I had a Croissant ($8) which I took to-go. The exterior was flaky and the inside was very airy. It was buttery enough too. It holds its own against the other great croissants around town. I was surprisingly pleased with everything I tried here. If you're as lucky as I was, your attendant will tell you exactly how each flavor tastes like and guide you through it. Being as indecisive as I am when it comes it ice cream flavors, I tend to try at least 3 before picking one. The attendant noticed my decision process and guided me through the flavors. His descriptions were very detailed and on point and we had a good laugh about them. I ended up ordering the yogurt with limoncello (according to him, not that sweet if you avoid the limoncello parts) and strawberry (also not very sweet and, unlike many other ice cream brands, tastes like real strawberry, which totally did). I went earlier and ordered a lovers coffee. I was delicious and looked exactly like the photo. I was leaving the casino a few hours later and ordered the same coffee. I was waiting to be helped by the pastries and the barista proceeded to help several people that came after I did. I finally ordered and got the same coffee. it looked and tasted starkly different. I went up to the gentleman and asked if I can have the drink that is based on the menu. This one tasted like just ice coffee and cream. He proceeded to get upset and raise his voice and argue with me that I had no idea what I was talking about he made the drink correct. I tried explaining I had gotten it earlier and it looked like the photo with syrup in bottom and blue vanilla foam on top and he said no I was wrong had no idea what I was talking about and the other employees made it wrong he doesn't make the drinks wrong. When I explained to him that the photo and menu showed it was made with syrup and foam not just coffee and cream and he still increasingly got more upset with me. When I told him I'm not asking for anything free I'm asking for the menu item I paid for he still argued. I just asked for my money back preferably. He then told me he would just make it how I ordered if I was going to do all that and I just said no please I'd prefer my money back at this point I was uncomfortable he then told me fine but your going to have to wait. He then took the time I waited for a manger to complain to another employee that he's tired of these customers not knowing anything. My main issue is that I understand maybe the recipe changed but they should be telling people when they order based on the photo and implying your customers and stupid is not appropriate. This is a failing casino right not so maybe treating locals going in and spending upwards of 500 dollars in a few hours at your casino is not good practice. read more
