    Gelato flavors

I love that this place is open 24 hours!! We ran into this place after a night clubbing at LIV and honestly it was such a life saver. We got a mexican coke and a gelato which was honestly not that expensive. The gelato was something like 1 scoop for $7 and 2 scoops for $10! Pretty normally priced in my opinion and it tasted so good after a night out at LIV! Cool/unique gelato flavors too! Please continue to stay open 24 hours! Really nice staff and great service. Optimal location next to the rideshare pickup zone.

Premium Price, Pedestrian Pastry... I'm no stranger to "Vegas pricing," but Chez Bon Bon pushes the limit of what a convenience fee should cost. Located right in the heart of the Fontainebleau, it's undeniably beautiful and convenient, but the value proposition is way off. The Pastry I grabbed a Chocolate Croissant, my standard to establish quality of any "French" pastry shop, and honestly? It was just okay. It had texture but lacked that buttery flavor you'd expect from a high-end French patisserie. The chocolate filling was standard, nothing exceptional or "top-shelf" about the flavor profile. The Sticker Shock The real kicker is the $9-$12 price tag (depending on the day/tax) for a single pastry. I don't mind paying for quality, but at this price point, I expect a world-class croissant that rivals what you'd find at Bouchon or Bardot. Here, you're paying a "top-notch" price for an average snack. Also 9$ for a RedBull. If you're desperate for a quick bite before a meeting or a flight and you're already in the lobby, it does the job. But if you're looking for a standout culinary experience to write home about, this isn't it. You're paying for the marble counters and the Fontainebleau branding, not the baking.

Ooh la la Chez Bon Bon! This French-inspired cafe (or European inspired with their gelato!) and bakery is located on the 1st floor of the upscale Fontainebleau in Las Vegas. Delightful pastries and creamy gelato, coffee, tea, salads, and light sandwiches are available 24/7, 365! On January 2nd, I just wanted a salad on a Friday afternoon. They hubby got the same. Ours were well packaged in a plastic container and in a cute bag with their tuxedo logo. Napkins and utensils were off to the side adjacent to their coffee creamers. Salads tasted fresh and delicious. I could not ignore the options for gelato that I saw earlier and got back in line to order. I chose pistachio and the Mr. chose a scoop of blueberry. Creamy, rich, and exquisite. In the middle of a Friday afternoon, there were maybe 5 customers ahead of us and then several behind me at once. Later on after we finished our salads, the line was about 10 customers ahead of me. The order takers and cashiers were kind and kept the lines moving. If we are around this part of the LV Strip again, we would return here. Merci beaucoup!

In line at the counter to place an order. They have breakfast sandwiches (not shown) and lots of pastries and chocolates.

I liked this place for breakfast, latte, or sweet treats, while at the Fontainebleau. They are open 24 hrs, so good for grabbing coffee before flights or getting a treat after dinner. It can get crowded at normal breakfast/brunch times but otherwise great spot for coffee, and a sit and chat. Can get macarons as gifts. Services is great too, lots of staff, and pretty clean.

Its fine. Service is ok. Food was iffy. Gelato was ok, not great. Had a breakfast sandwich and found plastic wrap in it. Also ordered a macha which was sub par. Overall really not worth the price.

Stopped by in the Fontainebleau Las Vegas with a W. Before leaving, we decided to check out Chez Bon Bon. Very modern and beautiful looking bakery shop with fresh pastries, cookies, gelato, coffee and teas. I got the Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookie with a Mint Chip Gelato. Both were fantastic! Service from staff was excellent. Normally when in Vegas, the Aria is my go to for sweets but Chez Bon Bon was amazing and definitely would come back when playing at the Fontainebleau.

Wow! I had a great experience here. Very clean and professional. Daisy was very patient with us! She was very very kind. She kept giving us samples for the gelato. We had a credit with the hotel we were trying to reach and it took us a few minutes to decide what we wanted but she didn't rush us at all. I would recommend to anyone!!

Chez Bon Bon at Fontainebleau Las Vegas is an absolute must stop. Whether you're grabbing something quick or treating yourself, this place delivers every time! I highly recommend the vegan triple-shot espresso latte it's smooth, bold, and exactly what you need to get your day (or night) started. The breakfast sandwich is fantastic, making this a great spot for an easy but satisfying bite. Tonight, on Christmas Eve we switched things up and indulged in the cookies & crème sprinkle waffle cone and wow... super delish! Perfectly sweet, fun, and festive -- the ideal holiday treat! Great quality, great options and a spot we'll definitely continue coming back to while staying at Fontainebleau. *Always great service! *Classy, clean, great spot to work while caffeinating.

Located in the new hotel; FountainBleu Hotel. The 24 hour bakery has bright lights and a very welcoming ambiance. Service is sparse so you may have to chase down a worker or too, but once you know what you want its not too bad. I've had many visits and the only repeat negativity is the price. Its true strip prices. The juices in the cooler are delicious and refreshing, especially on a hot summer day. Bakery items are always hit and miss, but they do change them up which is nice. The flat croissants were my latest venture and I got both the pistachio and the chocolate. Each one was $12 and honestly underwhelming. The croissant wasn't as crunchy as I hoped, but in some parts it was. It was a bit weird texturally, but the flavor was good..so idk how to really feel. Overall for a 24 hour place I'll most likely take my drunk self here again, but sober me probably would not.

We are huge fans of this adorable pastry shop at the Fountainbleu in Vegas. Kori was nice enough to let us sample a few flavors of gelato and we shared a scoop of vanilla bean and a scoop of coffee, both delicious and fattening!

This is your best option for a quick breakfast and coffee in Fountainebleau! Open 24/7, this spot serves up delicious pastries. I had the raspberry bow tie croissant and chocolate croissant. Both are huge! The chocolate was my favorite - especially if you ask them to warm it up. We also had the chocolate and pistachio gelato. It was decent and served on a crunchy chocolate dipped waffle cone. They had a pistachio latte which was a bit too sweet for me. The cappuccino was perfect though!

There, of course, was a long line because everyone wanted something sweet, but I actually wasn't there for the popular gelato..... I was there for a chocolate croissant, which was warmed up, flakey & filled with chocolate & a small cappuccino made just right. Diego, I believe was his name, helped me & was kind enough to let me skip the line to be rung up lol. Mercí, Chez Bon Bon.

Wasn't a fan of the bread and it was kinda bland. Hadn't tried this place for years because of the motherland can't get it right, I wasn't going to mess with the US version. I was wrong. The sandwich was 5/5. I was thinking about this sandwich for days after. What makes them different is the bread. It's toasted, a bit thinner, while being fluffy on the inside, has that crunch on the outside. And it was phenomenal. Met a family of four who is a regular, that recommended the one with pistachio cream inside. I decided to try something else instead and it was amazing. I can't remember which one it was but it had spicy sauce with spicy salami inside. I'll def be going back to give a shot on the pistachio cream that the family shared they are addicted to.

I went in on a Monday around 11am, and to my surprise there was only one other group (of 3) ahead of me. The employee immediately helped us and asked which sandwiches we wanted. I ordered the Schiacciata del Boss, and the Summer. Each sandwich was $21. Additionally I purchased a Sparkling Water for $3. The employee began making my sandwiches, and I did have a hard time understanding what he said to me because he was mumbling, but I didn't get yelled at so I guess I followed his directions accurately. I will say, It was a bit of sticker shock to realize that I paid $48.77 for two sandwiches and a sparkling water. When we opened the sandwiches, they were actually a lot wider than I had anticipated. I should have done better research because I did not expect the sandwiches to be so flat. I expected them to have a little bit more veggies of some sort in them. The prosciutto also felt very minimal and thin. The bread itself was fantastic. You could tell it was fresh and soft. Additionally the truffle spread was prominent in all the best ways. I did have a problem with my sandwich though.. as I was eating my half of the sandwich, I looked down and there was a hair wrapped around some of the meat and coming out of my sandwich. I tried to tell myself it was my hair, because it was black, but my hair is long and that day it was curly. This hair was short and black and wrapped around the meat going further into the sandwich. Unfortunately, my first reaction was to pick it out and throw the hair on the ground, so I did not get a photo of it. Because I did not have proof, I didn't feel it was appropriate to go back in and address it. The customer service was very nice, so it's my best guess that they would have handled it appropriately if it was brought to their attention. Overall (excluding the hair incident), I enjoyed the bread, but I did not feel as though the quality of the sandwich met the price point of what I was charged. If it had more meat and veggies, then I would have been all for it, but $21 for really good bread, is something I will pass on.

One of the things that we really appreciate is the dill pickle spear that we get with each of our sandwich orders. Having that pickle on the side really makes the order feel complete. It's like having a burger and fries or chips and a sandwich. At the deli, you expect the pickle with your sandwich. This was not the case the last time that we ordered food from here. We stopped in on Mother's Day. We ordered our sandwiches. Everything seemed fine. Our sandwich containers got pushed along the line and when they were ready, they called our name. Simple right? No. Not exactly. The cashiers were quick to take our money and we were just as quick to bring our sandwich back, upset and disgruntled. We felt gypped. None of us got pickles. We didn't know why. The hubby was upset! He went to the cashier to complain. He told them that he would like to be refunded his tip, simply for the fact that they never mentioned the fact that there were no pickles available today. He was not asking for a refund on his sandwich. He just thought that they could've pasted a bit better discretion and making sure that all of the customers there knew that there were no available for Sandwiches today. I can't even tell you how upset he was. Like I said, I know it seems like a silly thing, but it's like missing the fries to your burger or the chips to your sandwich. The whole entire sandwich felt incomplete!!! So like I said, a refund for the tip was requested. Instead, the cashier ended up refunding the entire cost of one of the sandwiches. We tried to compromise with the deli, asking that maybe we buy a side of potato salad, but instead because of the problem with the pickle being unavailable, maybe they only charge half of the regular price of that sign. We're trying to upsell ourselves. Not Conley. The cashier didn't say anything. She just had a crunching. She didn't make eye contact. She never said sorry. She just went ahead to refund the cost of no one and that wasn't. Now, granted that was still a good amount, but the whole ordeal really so simple to dissolve. We were really disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in the cashier trust us. We were also even more upset with the fact that the deli wouldn't let people know ahead of their ordering that there were no pickles. The hubby suggested that maybe they put out a sign saying that there were no pickles available today. One of the employees said, "oh no, we can't do that!!" I have a feeling they were worrying about the pickle situation and announcing it because then people would turn away from the restaurant. But, I understand that. For some people, a pickle is serious business. I know it seems crazy but at the same time. I get it. There's plenty of ample seating in and outside of the deli. It's always fun to sit there with people watch. Sometimes the line at the deli is exceedingly long, but don't be discouraged. Unless of course they're out of pickles, the line moves pretty quickly. Hopefully the next time that we pay this deli a visit, the pickle situation will have been resolved.
