A group of us came in here spontaneously for lunch and sat outside. Our server did separate checks for us, which Iappreciated. Overall, the food and service were good.

This is Colorado's oldest distillery that opened in 2005. I came on a hot day in Palisade for Mother's Day weekend. Nice easy going space with a large selection of house-made spirits and a food menu. I started with a Princess Peach Mule made with Peach brandy, peach nectar, a local spicy ginger beer, lemon juice and a rosemary sprig. Instead of crushed ice, I got cubes that allowed a higher level of alcohol and ginger beer. Very smooth. I added their Turkey Club sandwich with turkey, pork belly, lettuce, tomato, avocado slices, Swiss & American cheese all between two hearty slices of Kulina Lani sourdough bread and a side of baked beans. Perfect distillery food. I got a 2nd drink, the Peach Street Mojito. It was made with Peach Street white rum with fresh lime and several mint leaves. A stronger drink. I sat at the bar and was served by several staff members. No TV's. They have a partially shaded patio on both the west & south sides. Plenty of free parking with 2 handicap spaces.

    Just all around lazy service

very lazy service now We stopped in late December and it was pretty slow, actually only 3 tables in total counting including us on a Sunday BRONCOS game, kind of weird but it made sense because of what happened. The food was good as always but the service was pretty bad, as you can tell from the picture they charged me for another tables food witch is ridiculous idek how you mess that up but ok, the drinks where pretty half assed in all honesty. And the employees girls where just standing in front of the broncos game like wtf? And they kept looking at me like "NO!!!" I'm not looking at you your standing in front of the tv with the broncos game with all your co workers blocking the screen laughing like gtfo the way!!!!! Idk what happened to this place but this visit was pretty annoying including the fact that I called them to try and dispute this but they never called me back. Make sure you get your receipt from this place just saying, place is falling off Really ridiculous honestly just 3 tables and we were the only ones inside their was more employees drinking in front of the tv screen then customers in total that should of been my realization to double check everything

Drinks were good however I'm not sure what the heck is going on with the kitchen! We ordered drinks and nachos immediately. Drinks came out in about 10 minutes, however our nachos were taking quite a bit. After about 40 minutes we asked a server if they could check on the nachos. They STILL took an additional 20 minutes for them to come out. We were presented with this incredibly disappointing plate of nachos in the photo attached, mind you we paid extra to add pork on the nachos. There were about 4 chunks of meat and everything was already cold. We ended up going somewhere else for food.

We finally stopped at Peach Street Distillers after driving through Palisade for years! It was a quiet Thursday afternoon, which meant we could watch the distillers in action - a really cool experience. I had the peach margarita, which was delicious! My partner had the old-fashioned and said it was average. We also tried the street corn dip and spinach dip. The spinach dip had huge chunks of artichoke and spinach, which were a bit difficult to manage with chips. The corn dip was served cold and reminded us of macaroni salad but with corn. Despite a few misses with the food, it's definitely worth a stop to sample their spirits and see the distilling process firsthand.

We came here last minute on our camping trip, and this place did not disappoint. All of our drinks were in point, food wait is moderate, but everything was incredibly tasty. The menu had a lot of food options and so many great drink varieties as well! Our waitress was Kacee, I loved her hair ( ). She was on it and seemed pretty chill. We sat with kids and dogs outside, and at the time they were pretty busy so we got a high top table. I loved the restaurants set up and they have plenty of seating. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to our family & friends!

**Distillery Tour, Sampling & Dinner** We had an amazing experience on the distillery tour, followed by sampling and dinner. The tour was informative and engaging. After the tour, we enjoyed sampling a variety of crafter and delicious spirits. Dinner was a perfect end to the evening. The food was exceptional, with flavors that paired wonderfully with the spirits we tasted. We had The Buzzcock pizza and their guacamole & chips. The guacamole is on the sweet note and my boyfriend & I loved it! Tequila is our spirit of choice and their tequila was pretty good. We bought a couple of bottles to bring home and share with friends. They've got a lot of outdoor sitting. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn about distilling and enjoy a fantastic meal!

Have you ever gone to a restaurant or bar and felt uncomfortable or rushed? Well, not here! Peach Street has a great vibe to it! You're truly invited to sit, hang out, share a good beer with friends, or have one of their hand-crafted spirits. They have indoor and outdoor seating, so bring your fur child if you are so inclined, meet up with your favorite people, and order a round of margaritas with their D'Agave. Unfortunately, they can't call this tastiness Tequila since it is not distilled in the great state of Jalisco, but it's worth having at least one round if not more. We ordered two kinds of pizza; Straight Bourbon BBQ Chicken and the Margherita Pizza with added Pepperoni. Both pizzas were hot, you can tell they used fresh ingredients versus ingredients being left out of a cooler served on a light, crispy dough, but for me, they both lacked flavor - plain tasting. They definitely had eye appeal when they were brought to the table, but they were just "pizza." Not bad pizza, just not a wow kind of pizza. However, we also ordered their Peach Street Guacamole with the Amaro Honey! AWESOME! Good portion size, fresh, and delicious! That touch of Amaro and the Carrot Pico set it apart from regular Guacamole and chips. We will definitely order this again when we return. Go for the relaxed atmosphere, good drinks, and have some laughs.

Great initially, then horribly slow service, bad drinks, food was cold and food quality was not good. Not a good experience.

You know those amazing Bloody Mary's you see on social, or you hear about, with a whole meal…read morebalanced on sticks when brought out... well, I've always wanted to see one in "real life" and have one. Lucky for me, looking for a brunch spot before wine tasting tour of the area, we found Clark & Co's Distillery. One of the first images that came up, when looking it up was their Bloody Mary, and we were sold! Came in as they were opening so got our pick of where to sit. They have table, and a long bar-style area looking the water. That's where we decided to sit. Peaceful view, distillery dog welcoming everyone that came in, loved it! Put in our order, we decided to share it as, it looked like a full meal, and glad we did. It came with the most delicious roasted peppers I've had in a while (could have eaten more of those), beef sliders, mac n cheese bites, olives, bacon, and okra. The Bloody Mary was really good too, spicy enough to give you that kick, and salty as it should be. And the faces of everyone seeing it come out, plus the pictures we were able to take of it were just the best. I can check that off my list of "To Dos" now and recommend everyone giving it a try. As we thought we got full with that, but looking at other people's food, everything looked great. One done, we went inside and looked at some merch, plus got to buy some of their distillery gin, and take some pictures with their beautiful peach blossoms. Great place to relax, and enjoy good food and drinks with friendly service, and a friendly (host) dog.

We had not been to Storm King before but had driven by frequently and wanted to check it out. My partner surprised me by securing reservations to their monthly cocktail making class - very cute date night idea btw. The theme for this night was 'Sips & Dips' which consisted of 3 cocktails paired with some type of dip food item to snack on. The menu covered a nice variety of flavors/styles so there was definitely something for all preferences. Each drink was centered around a different spirit which was nice as well. We were very impressed with the quality, presentation, and easy to follow instruction. This was truly a 10/10 experience. We are already looking forward to attending another!

The bartenders were friendly, knowledgeable, and cared not only about the drink they were making but also about their craft. Being from out of town, we enjoyed hearing stories about the local history and upcoming events. Storm King Distilling offers a rye whiskey, a wheat whiskey, and a "fun" whisky called Side Gig. They also make a white tequila, a tequila aged in oak casks, a silver rum, a vodka, and two types of gin. That night, I tried both gins. My favorite was the barrel-rested gin. It had a nice smoky flavor due to resting in oak barrels that were freshly charred.
