Instead of the usual $5, he charged me $6. Ok, I know it may not seem like a lot, but when you take the taxi more times than not, sh*t adds up! I told him that I usually pay $5 and he rudely said "driving through your development is inconvenient to begin with" (note that I was like 2 minutes away from their taxi base) . He was disrespectful and unprofessional!! Other than this horrible driver, there are some great drivers there. You just have to hope for the best!

Not a huge issue, but usually when you pre-book, I've found they usually show up a few min early. The whole reason I pre-booked with a car service instead of Uber/Lyft for early airport transport was to avoid the stress of "will the car show up". Driver was friendly and safe and got us there on-time, but it was NOT a Cadillac XTS, instead it was a minivan. Again, not a big deal, but not what I pre-booked. All in all good service, but needed to show up early (or at least on-time) and in the vehicle booked (or at least communicate ahead of time if not available) to get a 5-star.

The cab driver did not tell him the amount for a 2.3 mile ride. He gave the cab driver the whole amount of $15 and the cab driver never returned any change. When I called the company to inquire about it they told me the cab driver gave the change back. My son said he had no money left for lunch. I was told the fare was $7 or $8 dollars so why would the cab driver take $15 ($10 and $5 dollar bill)? It was dishonest to take $15 from a young high schooler who has never taken a cab before. It's unreal how people try to take advantage of young students.
