None of this is true, I tried twice! Made two appointments with Jake. a Range Rover and Bentley. I had to call Jake 3 times with no return calls to set appointments (That should have been a clue #1) Clue #2. When I asked about pick up and drop off service advertised on web site ( they say the don't offer out of season). Range Rover ended up costing $2,500 and in the end they said needed to go to dealership to fix. They may have diagnostics but as they say, We don't have the software to fix. all they can do is tell you you have a problem but can't fix. (Clue#3) Bentley next up. Took in on Friday. Sent Jake a Bentley list of items to fix when I made appointment but they couldn't find list. I resent list again while I was standing there. Followed up the following week on Tuesday for status, no return call from Jeff, called again on Wednesday. Jeff doesn't have a clue about the car.. Jake in charge but Jake a no show. They have done nothing! they failed twice with me. No high touch personal service, can't fix a problem, can't even return a phone call And they don't even know where or what's going on with my Bentley. Not at all professional I was hoping I found a solution.. Sadly , Palm Beach Garage Sucks!

Queenie has been shaking a lot and stalling and overall I could feel something was wrong. Since I'm new to the area, I didn't know where to take her and not be taken advantage of. Two weeks ago I run into my neighbor/friend and tell her my concern over using my car for fear that I would be stranded somewhere I'm not familiar with. She told me about Don and his wife Cherida at Ace Auto Repair. She had nothing but praise for them and the service they provide at their repair shop. She further said they will not take advantage of you (being a lone woman taking in a car for repair). I contacted Don and he told me to bring in the car the very next day. I was greeted by his wife Cherida who was all too pleasant and knowledgeable. They took my car round to their shop in the back and in minutes were able to tell me what looked to be wrong, they even fix/changed the brake light that I didn't know was out - at no cost!!! She said she didn't want me to get a ticket before I brought the car in for further repair. Since they were super busy, she asked me to bring back the car the next day first thing so they could work on fixing the other problems. I took the car in at 8am and left it for them to do what needed to be done. Throughout the day I received a couple of calls from Cherida informing me of other issues Queenie had and she told me the course of action and price quote! I love the detailed attention and communication from Cherida. They promised they would have the car all fixed by the end of the day since I needed the car early the next day, and true to her word - Cherida called to tell me the car was ready and I could pick up Queenie before 5pm. The mechanic who worked on my car reminded me that there were other (electrical issues) problems with the car but nothing urgent where I couldn't drive it. First time I've driven Queenie and felt confident that I was safe and I wouldn't be stranded, that's worth everything! And their charge - wow!!!! So reasonable, they surely do not take you for a ride! I have my very own mechanic in Boynton Beach, WooHoo!!! I am taking her back and fixing the other problems still pending!!! I discovered when I went to pick up my car that the shop stated the check engine light was still going on so to the lower flaps on the front grill that they couldn't correct from their end. Being that I received a business card from Milestone Motors a few months ago that specializes in BMW auto repairs, I decided to give them a go. I figured they would tell me it wasn't under warranty and give me a fair price for whatever the repair was going to be based on what I looked up online. I was right. They did an excellent job performing a diagnostics on my car, also letting me know on other areas that were going to need my attention in the near future for repairs. Keep in mind, you will have to pay for the full diagnostics check but you will know everything that will need to be addressed in the future. I also was able at no additional charge to have my CarPlay working on my car again thanks to their review. They provide complimentary Lyft ride share to your house or work, which is very nice. They also have loaner options through Enterprise for about $35 a day if you need a car while yours is in the shop. They are flexible if you need to split up payment by different cards, etc. Jennifer who advised me on my car was clear and direct with the steps. Provided a full review of the inspection results and options for either approving or declining repairs. I have my confirmed auto shop to use outside of BMW going forward that is close enough to my house and ensure I have a fair deal on repairs as they arise.

Jenny at the front desk was super friendly and helpful (she earns them the second star). She got me in right away, but I wish she had mentioned the $229 diagnostic fee when I called. It's not unheard of, but it's about double the norm. Since I had already paid $150 to tow my Jeep SRT there, I felt stuck and agreed. A few hours later, the real shock: $1,920 to replace a stock fuel pump. When I questioned the price, discounts started flying--too little, too late. I expect fair pricing from the beginning, not after I push back. So I paid another $150 to tow it out. The icing on the cake? Their upsell system flagged over $4,500 in "recommended" maintenance, including $1,178 for an oil pan gasket (despite no leaks or signs of wear) and $90 for a cabin filter.
