Similarly, I told him about my truck having a vibration issue that has been unfounded by the local Toyota dealership's technicians and another local acreage mechanic. The dealership rebalanced my tires, replaced my tires, checked my wheel rims, and undercarriage with nothing founded. The Toyota dealership's representative eventually made a statement similar to, " your truck is getting older and this is most likely a new normal. " This was difficult to accept, and for ten months and eight service and repair appointments nothing changed. I don't even think that the dealership technicians or local mechanic even drove my truck to determine what I was experiencing while driving. I actually began to dislike even driving my truck at all. Lastly, thank God for the Cuenot Automotive Team, as Brian found a critical issue with my drivetrain and differential. Furthermore, he described the vibration issues I was having while driving, and did not even need to drive my truck to do so. Brian's thoroughness, dedication and hard work found and corrected the issues perfectly. My truck now rides like it was new again. Thanks Cuenot Automotive for doing what many Toyota technicians and another local mechanic that definitely did not live up to his reputation in my experience with him. Oil change to take care of leaking filter from another shop, no more oil on the driveway. So I am very happy. I would only comment that I was quoted a pretty high price to replace air filter and cabin filter, both of which are 5 minute jobs, and I was able to get the filters on Amazon next day and installed. But if you aren't comfortable doing that, it may be worth paying someone if you can't get help. May vary depending on vehicle, but my were easy to do. I also appreciated the inspection report, which was thorough and unlike a competitor who told me that my brakes were metal on metal and needed immediate attention, Brake World informed me they have lots of wear left. So when I get to that point, I know where I am going to get them done. After almost 5 years in the area, I feel like I finally have a permanent shop to take my car to.

When I received the truck back I took it for a test ride on I95 when I reached about 60mph I was getting a very bad vibration in the steering wheel which I not had prior to having any work done on the vehicle palm beach tire pros did the alignment and rotated the tires so C J sent me back to tire pros where the seem very knowledgeable but they wanted to do a special balancing process at$75 per wheel and also for me to consider new tires the tires I have are about one year old with maybe 10,000 miles on them and they are a high end tire I was under the impression that C J did the tire rotation so I had a long conversation with Jose an I told him to rotate the tires the way I thought it should be done and also told him to do the tire balancing just in case and make sure all the tires had the proper inflation so they told me it would cost $160 and I agreed . After the work was performed I took it for a test run now the truck ran smooth as ice remember I thought C Js did the tire rotation so I paid them. When I found out that tire pros did the rotation just2 days prior I called them and questioned why the charged me when I already paid for the work through C Js when they created the vibration by rotating the tires in a improper sequence and I thought that the should refund my money or at least credit me something and that's when their true colors came out, they refused to do anything in good faith and became somewhat rude about the hole situation. Great Service, Every Time!…read more I've been to Palm Beach Tire Pros a few times now, and today I finally decided to leave a review. Every visit has been smooth, and this time was no different. I ordered a tire on Thursday morning, and they promptly called me Thursday afternoon to let me know it had arrived. I told them I'd be coming in Saturday morning, and they advised me to come as early as possible to avoid long wait times. I was even reminded to check for my wheel lock key before I leave the parking lot which I really appreciated. They always provide great customer service and handle everything in a timely and professional manner. It's rare to find a shop that's consistently reliable and communicative, and that's why I keep coming back. Highly recommend if you need tire service done right!

He was so nice and it was end of day so I tipped him very handsomely while requesting no change since I didn't have the exact amount of the actual charge (thinking maybe it was $25 and I gave him $40 I don't exactly recall). Baby I was about to get out the car when I saw him hand another guy the money but I kept watching and eventually saw him give Brian some of it back. Cause he wasn't friendly to me (no dig, just saying the guy didn't speak to me at all) and didn't help so I was determined the shop wasn't getting the tip. This was the only shop that was open for another 30 minutes and I had very little hope that they were gonna be able to see me. They got me in and out in under 20 minutes and it was one of the most efficient quickest and inexpensive repairs I've ever had in my life. I pay again get back in my car immediately I hear the noise. I call the mechanic over and point the noise out to him. You know what he says? "That's the sound of the engine running." You gotta be kidding me? I've had this car for 5 years. That's the sound of the engine? No. But I'm fresh out 300$. After two weeks I take it to a part store up the street. The worker behind the counter says that my engine is over heating because of the AC. He turns off the AC and the noise immediately goes away. They set me up with a new part for way less then 300. Long story short: Yes, the work I went in for was done. They also missed a problem not once but twice. Then tried to tell me it was the engine. Not great. The guy behind the counter was nice though. 5 stars for him!
