Upon my arrival, Carlie at the front desk, who answered my previous call, was absolutely rude and her energy was not conducive to a relaxing experience. If I call prior to, what I don't want to experience is a "scolding" and rude energy about my appointment. I had Portia as my cereologist. She was absolutely amazing!
