The spray tans are really good here along with the stand up bed. As for the employees the customer service is really slow and they usually have new people all the Time so it takes forever just to get in the bed. Great place for tanning the employees just need to learn how to do their job Better and stop going through so many people and hire people who can actually learn there job fast and do it without always having someone to help them! I came in yesterday 11/16 at around 4pm. The girl that checked me in was great. I have been a member for ever. I usually dread coming in because I find the sales girls extremely annoying the way they up sale you into overpriced lotions. The girl yesterday was super nice and informative. I had questions about spray tanning and she answered all of them and made me feel comfortable. She recommended that I put a bronzer in the light spray tan. I said I didn't want to because I didn't want to look too tan. I kind of regret that I didn't because I can't tell that I even sprayed. Other then that she was awesome. I might try and spray again. I don't see any results but I will try again I guess. read more

Sad because I've been going to palm beach tan for years. I like the new spray bed tan they just received so lately I've been going to this location. They always have long wait times which is very frustrating and one person working which is also very inconvenient. Usually I move pass the long time and wait because I understand that it hard to do all that work by yourself. But today I had my worse experience a girl I've never seen before. I believe her name was Danielle she said she was the manager of the Orange location. let the person cocktailing go before me cause she was in line first. I asked if I could go before her since she would be bed tanning the entire time that I would be in the spray tan before it would be her turn. She told me no due to there ten minute window policy. I said okay I understand 25 mins go by until the girl in front of me gets into the spray tan machine. I asked her if I could go before at 655pm. It was my turn at 730 are you kidding me? Ten minute policy is a joke once it was my turn it took me 8 minutes to tan not even ten. I was late to work thanks to her. Seriously worse experience of palm beach tan. I've been a member for 4 years. I think I may reconsidering that today. read more

LOVE this salon. It is clean and the new manager there is so nice. I swear she knows everyone by name and they all know her back. I bought a really great Mystic lotion and it works great. Always feel welcomed there and I walk out looking hot! This place isn't like other tanning places. It's super busy but she manages it right and you never have to wait long at all. Check it out! I arrived at the same time as a customer who wanted to discuss her options for a credit she received by cancelling her membership. Summer, manager, should have checked me in and helped the girl after I was placed in a room. No. I waited nearly 15 minutes while they discussed the price of different lotions. Finally the customer received her lotions and Summer checked me in. Three other customers were waiting in line to check in after me. I told Summer her actions were unacceptable and she should have checked me in first. She did not agree and offered a less than believable apology. I told her I was glad I didn't purchase a membership (which was strongly suggested at my first visit). I look forward to completing the week I paid for in advance and never go back. read more

I'm not one to typically review, but I had an awful experience with billing here. I had a credit card on file for a monthly membership which I needed to cancel. They told me I had to come in person to do so (such a pain). I did and I cancelled my account. A month later, billed again. I called in, they confirmed that I did cancel, but the staff person made a mistake and it would be resolved right away. I got a call back 10 minutes later saying that while that is the case, they don't give refunds so unfortunately, I won't be getting my money back.... I'm STILL scratching my head trying to figure out how this is ok. read more

This place is a scam, I went to another palm beach tan location in July of 2014 to cancel my 80 some dollar plan a month which is to much for a tanning package. I just received an e-mail stating that I owed 93 dollars and my plan wasn't actually cancelled. I called and they stated you can't cancel your plan by telephone and told the manager what happened she stated that she couldn't do anything for me and I would have to pay the $93 dollars and if I didn't than fees would start building up. So I had to drive there and pay again to cancel my membership a little fishy, also why could they at least help me out and prorate my cancellation. I have coming here for nearly 2 months, I have the unlimited spray tan package. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the place is clean. I have one complaint about the consistency of my tans. Today I upgraded as I did for my last tan to a triple mocha with excelerator, which cost an extra $15. The sunkiss tan the package comes with leaves me very red so I always uphrade. 5 hours later my tan is not noticeable at all. This has happened to me a few times. Each time I mention it to the staff they upsell me on products to help insure a better tan. I go in freshly scrubbed with no lotions. About half the time the tan is acceptable. Tonight was another hudge disappointment. I feel that somehow I am not receiving what I am upgrading to as well as an inconsistent product. read more

They got me in with 2 for $40 mystic tans but failed to mention they charge an additional $8 for the cartridge and $5 for the bronzer?!? WHAT? That adds up to $33 for one mystic. Outrageous. I can get a gorgeous airbrush for $40. The wait was forever and they were not honest when I called in. They should have told me everything was an add on. Go to bare tan or get an airbrush. read more

I've been coming to this location for a while now and only kept coming because of the great beds and spray (I love cocktailing) the customer service has never been that great. Get the unlimited spray membership! It has honestly been the best investment I have ever made. I go once a week and look tan all year long. It's quick, easy, and painless. It's so cheap too! I used to go get custom air brush sprays for like $50 a session and now I just pay $60 a month and can go whenever I want and I get better longer lasting color and I don't have to have an actual person spray me! read more
