What could they improve? Better service, two working spray tan machines. The girl who is working there in the afternoon on Wednesday at 2:30 December 18th needs more training on etiquette. And you need to get your machines up in working order. Especially around the holidays when people have parties to go to and would like to get a spray tan. I pay a monthly fee every single month of $40 a month and I've been a long-term customer For over four years here. I run into this problem often. One machine always broken or it doesn't spray correctly and the service could be much better like it was a year ago. You've lost majority of your quality staff. Their customer service is very low end. The short angry person with long black hair and curls stuck or drawn on the face must have been raised in prison or similar place. A very rude individual indeed. I had a bad experience there previously and even though I have a monthly membership I have skipped my tan bc it's so unpleasant dealing w) their staff. Today I went, forgetting about the rude service, just wanting my tan and again I felt abused by how I was treated & how I was told their rules. I almost left without my tan again. I came in on a Tuesday for the $10 Tuesday spray tan, I know u have to add on the color and extras which I don't mind but he went ahead and told me that I cannot do the $10 spray tan and told me I have to do a membership and when I asked what a flat rate was it was $45. I don't see anywhere in the Tuesday $10 promotion that says this is an only one time thing and one time monthly thing. I had such a nice experience visiting Palm Beach Tan for my spray tan. From the moment I walked in until I was finished with my spray tan. The girls were very attentive, friendly, informative on the membership, pricing and details, and made that process very easy. I'm so glad I chose to go to this location for my tan. Also, in the past I have had times where my spray tan might come out streaky or uneven at other tanning salons, but my tan looks great, and it is even in very dark. I love it!! read more

Nobody listen to what you're looking for here. I'll tan for a couple of weeks once or twice a year just to get a base and be done. But that doesn't matter here, the staff all want to just sell you the most expensive membership. They talked to me in circles until I finally just signed up. I just want a basic tan! Two months in I go to cancel because it's already longer than I needed and they insist I don't cancel but just freeze my account for like $8 bucks a month so I can get half off sessions any time I want. Fine. Two months they've been charging me the "freeze" fee. Finally I come in to take advantage of a half off session but no, I'm being charged full price and the girl at the counter can't find any way around. Not her fault. She must be new because she's still nice and not just suggesting I pay for something else I don't need. This place just sucks! Zero integrity. One guy there told me I should buy the overpriced lotions they have instead of the less expensive one I got on Amazon because there's no way to know how long the one I bought has just been sitting in a warehouse. Wtf! Like how do you know how long the ones you have in store sat in a warehouse before they sent? read more

I have been a member for many years. Although inactive I have gone through auto pay before. When I came back, I only needed a month before my daughter's wedding and a trip to Kauai. I was assured that if I canceled by the 24th I would be good for just one month. I canceled on the 24th (a Friday). I received a response by email that they were sorry to see me go but that I had to go through at least one auto pay before cancellation which I had done prior. I was still charged for another month! I would NEVER recommend a business that doesn't stand by what you are told specifically! Don't go here. They will rip you off!! read more

Extremely confusing pricing. $50 off on the website, spray tan for $15. When you get in it turns into $100 monthly? Sales commission at IBM was easier to understand than pricing here. Maybe spend an hour researching, calling, etc. to figure it all out first. Oh, also. You're supposed to cover your hands and feet with protective gel. I was told to cover only my fingernails.
