This store front is ripping their customers off and illegally charging my credit card. They did a 'bait and switch' on my credit card three weeks ago and would not refund me the charges on credit card and the corporate headquarters will not contact me. They also will not provide me with my credit but refused to give me receipts. There are many other salons nearby that are competitively priced and have people in their businesses that actually have experience in good customer service. I wouldn't give this store even a one star and I have been a customer for many years! If they don't resolve this issue soon, I'll have the Costa Mesa Police Department pay them a visit along with the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce! read more

Great spot, friendly, quick and clean. Always chill, my favorite spot and the staff is mostly why but the equipment used is next level.

The lady that helped me was so nice and explained everything for the Sunless tanning packages. I've been to a couple of the stores and this one is really nice and clean. Sunless tanning was so easy to use and lasts a week or two. read more

What could they improve? Better service, two working spray tan machines. The girl who is working there in the afternoon on Wednesday at 2:30 December 18th needs more training on etiquette. And you need to get your machines up in working order. Especially around the holidays when people have parties to go to and would like to get a spray tan. I pay a monthly fee every single month of $40 a month and I've been a long-term customer For over four years here. I run into this problem often. One machine always broken or it doesn't spray correctly and the service could be much better like it was a year ago. You've lost majority of your quality staff. Their customer service is very low end. The short angry person with long black hair and curls stuck or drawn on the face must have been raised in prison or similar place. A very rude individual indeed. I had a bad experience there previously and even though I have a monthly membership I have skipped my tan bc it's so unpleasant dealing w) their staff. Today I went, forgetting about the rude service, just wanting my tan and again I felt abused by how I was treated & how I was told their rules. I almost left without my tan again. I'll never go back there. Thank God there's many other places to get a spray tan where the staff is nice. read more

After speaking with Corporate they gave me two options for canceling my membership (I had ONE tanning bed session). Option 1: They would give me a a Diamond bed (the lady I spoke with said that this is the only bed that gives you color). This would have been nice to know for the one time I tanned. I came in on a Tuesday for the $10 Tuesday spray tan, I know u have to add on the color and extras which I don't mind but he went ahead and told me that I cannot do the $10 spray tan and told me I have to do a membership and when I asked what a flat rate was it was $45. I don't see anywhere in the Tuesday $10 promotion that says this is an only one time thing and one time monthly thing. I had such a nice experience visiting Palm Beach Tan for my spray tan. From the moment I walked in until I was finished with my spray tan. The girls were very attentive, friendly, informative on the membership, pricing and details, and made that process very easy. I'm so glad I chose to go to this location for my tan. Also, in the past I have had times where my spray tan might come out streaky or uneven at other tanning salons, but my tan looks great, and it is even in very dark. I love it!! read more

Extremely confusing pricing. $50 off on the website, spray tan for $15. When you get in it turns into $100 monthly? Sales commission at IBM was easier to understand than pricing here. Maybe spend an hour researching, calling, etc. to figure it all out first. Oh, also. You're supposed to cover your hands and feet with protective gel. I was told to cover only my fingernails.
