They took the time to answer my questions, recommend the perfect tanning bed for what I was looking for, and suggest some great lotions and skincare products. This location's new manager Zoya is awesome. I've seen her artfully handle many customer issues while I wait in line. She addresses people's concerns, keeps things moving, while being friendly and charismatic. I've never had to wait in long lines here. The equipment is clean - the rooms are clean - and the building/rooms look nice. The regional manager David is great when he's there. AND, truly, all the staff are awesome, friendly and helpful. This place feels like such a scam. Wanted 1 single tan and they charged me $35. Just kept saying how the packages were cheaper and trying to sell me on all of the overly confusing packages. The last time I bought a multi tan package it expired before I had a chance to use them all even though no one told me about an expiration date. I just started coming here with my sister, as with her tanning package, she can give her friends a free week of tanning. This is a really fun way to get new customers in the door. They honor it without pushing you to buy their packages. They have a huge variety of different beds whose bulbs do different things. For example, the I bed focused on your face, and tans you I think she said 2nd faster than the regular silver bullet bed. But the diamond and platinum beds tan you up to 10x faster than the regular bed. They have a nice variety of stickers, their rooms are very clean, their fans work great, and they even offer winter green mints which is my favorite. Both receptionists were very friendly and helpful even with how busy they are. They also offer infrared beds, massaging, and spray tans along with stand up beds. For a pretty decent price, as well. I think I found my home tanning salon. read more

I can't rate this place low enough. Terrible customer service...sunless tanning has broken down the nearly every time I've been there. Forcing me to stand in a towel as they spend 20 minutes to try and fix it and then make me move to another room. They put ridiculous expirations dates on packages and every time I go, they tell me I have no tans left. Starting keeping track on my own to be able to show them. This place is fun so horribly and seems to find ways to screw their customers over. read more

She was extremely rude and unprofessional and didn't address these issues to my satisfaction whatsoever. In fact she tried to sell me more product as they usually do when I go there. She should've been a bouncer at the bar instead of a customer service representative. I received an email a few days later asking how my visit went. I expressed my concerns. The district manager super friendly trying to talk you into buying expensive products. But doesn't suggest changing my membership to help me save money. If you want to cancel your membership you haveto physically go in to the store. I had a fraud issue with my credit card and was on vac and when I got back was told I had a $10 late fee! She was so rude not an ounce of customer service . I had been a member for over 4 yrs and they had made so much money off of me. Now I just looked at my credit card and they have charged me some $5 fee for who knows what. This is where I received a call from district managers boss. All I can say is they listened without judgment, gave me refund that surpasses what I wanted. I will continue my membership! I can't say enough about the customer service I received. My experience here has been phenomenal! The entire staff is extremely kind and helpful. This was my first tanning bed experience and the girls working the desk were very helpful, when discussing each option. The staff gets to know you and are all easy to talk to. I'm really bummed I didn't catch the name of the girl that helped me (blonde hair, working on 1/17/2020) but she was incredibly educated and very helpful. The location is amazing, european was center is right next door and I was getting my oil changed across the parking lot while I was tanning. I usually never write horrible reviews for places but this place has the worst customer service out of anywhere I've ever been. I was still charged the month after I went in to freeze my account and was told that they had no record of me doing so even though I was initially told it would be in effect starting the 1st of the month. Even after speaking to the district manager, I was denied a refund for an administrative error on their end for not properly processing the initial freeze. The girl behind the register (Montana) was so personable and eager to help assist us. not only did she do an amazing job explaining the memberships and their benefits she also personally brought out different types of lotions, came across the counter and went through benefits for our skin with each product. Horrible customer service. My husband and I wanted to do a month of tanning before our winter vacation. On one of our visits, we cancelled our membership as we were leaving on vacation soon and had only wanted to tan getting ready for our trip. Stood right at the counter and both of us went through the process of cancelling. We the tanned, said goodbye and left. Surprise then when my credit card was billed for another month for both of us. Neither a phone call or a stop by the business helped. They claim to have no record of the cancellation. When I asked the manager if she thought I was lying about the cancellation, the response was no, but since they had no written record there would be no refund. We were told we had no recourse for their mistake. Beware -- make sure you get something in writing from Palm Beach Tan! read more
