I used this dry cleaners for a a week or two since it was the closest to me, but right away I started noticing my shirts, sweaters & jackets were coming out stained. So I finally complained and they agreed to redo them for free, but once I picked them up again they were still stained and the lady up front didn't even bother to say that the stains were still there. Worst dry cleaner ever. If you don't want your clothes ruined don't come here. On top of that, the 2 lady's that work there have the worst customer service. My wife brought 2 "Authentic" Louis Vuitton Shawls, 1 dark grey and 1 hot pink!! These two shawls were in PERFECT CONDITION prior to bringing them to Lakeside Cleaners for dry cleaning. Simply...the Owner "Satesh Kelly " RUINED BOTH OF THEM!! These are DRY CLEAN ONLY per LV and the tag on the shawls. When she picked them up they looked more like "rags I use for oil changes on my cars at home!!" He destroyed this 2 beautiful shawls...they have a current value of $700 ea to replace!! The material was ruined, shrivled, and stretched. These are 100% silk. His employees stated "the owner knows the machine to dry clean has not been working good lately." They also stated "he replaced an Express shirt for a guy and a comforter for another customer." So we thought he would make good on how he ruined the shaws. But NO...when requesting to be reimbursed or even offer an amount to settle to be fair, he "refused!!" We even have the original Louis Vuitton Botique Receipt of purchase to prove their authenticity, but the Owner Satesh still refused!! This guy and his business is a COMPLETE DISGRACE to all the legitimate businesses that operate in Moreno Valley that will stand behind their quality of work or service when they make a mistake, whether it be intentional or not!! This guy and his business is a LOSER!! Don't take any thing to Lakeside Cleaners for cleaning...you're playing "Craps" and your gonna lose!! They dry clean clothes OK & for decent prices (actually 4 stars for that part of the business) but they will try to rip you off for alterations! NOT COOL! :-(, :-( ****The lady sewed the material on top of the seams! :( I brought it back the next day to get this corrected and the young cashier, hollered and fussed at me stating 'this is your fault, because you explained it wrong!' Came back next day only to see the stain with iron on press marks on a silk shirt!!! 1 you can't iron a silk shirt. 2. They washed it and then ironed it. 3. They should have just thrown in back to the dirty pile if it was dirty. 4. Asked to speak to the manager, I had to pull teeth for the phone number. 5. The service is great and the Dry Cleaning is just right the Clerk is really cool and makes it simple. The Owner charges a $0.50 extra per item if you want your clothes the next day maybe same day no worries. They do Extra Starch on White Dress Shirts that come really good. The Suites are done perfect every time and always look crisp and pressed. If one decides to go just make sure that they get it correctly. read more

Not only was the price quoted SUPER INEXPENSIVE, but she stopped and fixed it right then. I expected to leave it any return in a couple days, but nope. In my opinion, That's FANTASTIC SERVICE! I saw all the negative Yelp reviews after my great experience and I just want to remind Yelpers out there that many times people do not take the time to comment when their service is good. Dropped off I shirt for miltray press on Thursday pre paid requested pick up Saturday. Once shirt was picked up no presses was completed on the sleeves, attempted to call all phone numbers disconnected!! Went back showed NO creases where done spoke to Isela requested to be done she stated I can't do it now I can Monday. I said no I need the shirt for work Monday please do it now she stated I can't all the machine are off I told her it's 3pm you close at 5 why can't you do it now. SHE insisted I come back early Monday I asked for a refund so I could take it some where else she refused offered her number to call at 530 Monday to have completed and offered a free press next time. I'm not one to write reviews but I had to come here to write this review to make sure more people know what to expect. I brought a jacket and a bridesmaid dress to be cleaned and even payed a few bucks for the pocket to be sewed on the jacket. I wasn't able to pick up my items because they were closed each time I went for an entire week. It turns out that they closed early because of Covid and only the sticky note they taped on the window indicated this (not the cashier or the times printed on my receipt). When I finally picket up my items I took them home and assumed they were great because there were no comments made. 3 days later I checked the pocket of the jacket and it wasn't sewn. I was told that the only woman who can sew was on vacation for 2 weeks. I asked for a refund and was never give one, she just continued to ask that I leave my jacket with them until the work can be done. 10 months later I finally looked at that dress. Turns out the spots were still there, no mention that they couldn't get them out, just a tiny 3 inch tag that says they couldn't get it out without ruining the dress. I hand washed it and the spots came out. Clearly this establishment is not experienced in cleaning clothes nor are they good at communicating. Poor dry cleaning. BEWARE. I have taken many clothes there and I get them back with stains, I have complained many times before, and the ladies just tell that they'll tell the manager. I decided to take a brand new pair of red slacks since I know they would be hard to iron, I get them back with a dark stain! I took them back and the lady is telling me that they didn't do it, but they were brand new. I also complained about my white shirts from the past, she convinced me to take them back again and I did. Well today I picked up my white shirts and 3 out 5 had black stains every where! They tell me that they were already like that, REALLY?! I'm a professional business man and I would have noticed those black stains on my white shirts! I will NEVER go there again. I'm one of those persons that don't take the time to complain unless it's absolutely necessary for others to learn from my experience and therefore, here's my experience with Lakeside Cleaners. I took a bunch of my work clothes about 3 months ago. When I went to pick them up days later, I was told that one of the items (a very nice white blazer) had been rejected and not cleaned because it was damaged; specifically torn in various places on the back. I was totally appalled when I saw the blazer. The damage was substantial; totally ruined and noticeable from 100 miles away. I explained that the blazer was in perfect condition when I brought it in and in fact, reminded them that each item is thoroughly inspected as it comes in. I was offered nothing; and basically told that the item had been brought in ripped as it was. I asked to speak with the manager/owner (Mr. Kelly) and was told that he was not in so I left a message for him to call me about the blazer. A month later, having not heard from Mr. Kelly, i went back to Lakeside Laundry to no avail. I was told the same thing; that a message to call me would be relayed to Mr. Kelly. A month later and 2 months after that, nothing. In spite of my repeated visits to the cleaners, my problem has not been resolved and Mr. Kelly has not taken the courtesy to call me back. As of today, my blazer is still at the cleaners. So my suggestion is.....find another laundry cleaners if you don't want your clothes to be damaged and you to be ignored repeatedly. This one time I decided to take the bags out prior to putting them in the closet, to my dismay I found a white coat I took there was barely touched still had the same make up stains and dirt. Looking closer at the other clothes revealed they were also still dirty, I went back and confronted the owner who gave me a lame excuse about the new hire!!! I have used the establishment for over 2 years and they have cleaned everything from 200.00 suits to 30.00 blouses from polyester to my leather. If there were any stains, rips or spots of any kind I was informed of prior to cleaning, then the item was marked and I signed a release to allow them to continue. Customer service is great and money never comes up until pick-up or if I ask. I have been to many places and they all have there qualities and faults. Lake Side is by far one the best I have garnered business from. One person said you cannot iron silk, iron it all the time you just need to know what you're doing. read more

They put a stain on a brown herringbone jacket that I gave them last year. I was told that they would talk to the owner and get back to me on what happened with the jacket. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN ABOUT IT. They STILL have the jacket (well...probably not but I certainly never got it back). I wrote it off since it was an old jacket anyways. Then I took a shirt in for laundry. It is a brightly colored shirt with red, white, and blue. I got this one back with a stain on the white collar and lapel. Of course, they never disclosed the jacket or shirt stain in the store at pick up. I discovered them when I got home. THEY SUCK AND IF YOU TAKE THEM YOUR BUSINESS AFTER READING THIS YOU DESERVE WHAT YOU GET. RUUUUUUUNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!! Run from this place-are they even a REAL dry cleaners???? Everything said i the earlier reviews is entirely correct-SO unprofessional-rude-uncaring-expensive-and just plain BAAAAD. They LOST my clothes TWICE. The first time it was a $200.00 competition uniform for my daughter. I came back twice and spent about 30 minutes inside waiting for the guy to find it-he blamed it on the "daytime" woman (?) who did the cleaning. Ok-so mistakes happen and I gave them another chance. SO I put a shirt in of my husband's. Being busy I did not come back for it for two weeks. When I did, AGAIN it could not be found! The girl (teenager??)was incredibly RUDE, with the worst employee attitude I have ever seen. When I first walked in and look at me as if I had just done something wrong-I had to say "HellOOOOOO!!" to her to even get her to say "may I help you". Then she could not read the receipt-she said it was not ready yet! I told her to give me the receipt and I had to SHOW HER THE DATE that I brought it in-and that it was supposedly done 10 days ago!!! THEN she said that it had already been picked up!!! She acted as if she was making things up as she went along. So she looked for it all over the store and announced that they "didn't have it, sorry" to which I replied that I would not go home until she found it, and that if I had to I would climb over the counter and find it myself. She ALSO blamed it on another employee and would not get me the owner's phone number. Finally she did locate it-no apology, no anything-still charged me of course, and she really didn't care one bit.
