Your inaccurate account of our conversation only confirms your lack of responsibility for the damage that was done. If the pants had been worn for forty years the wearer would been 10 years old wearing them. I asked for credit for the damage not currency. The businesses in our city our reputable and provide customers with care and concern. You on the other hand my dear are not one of them.

I came by to pick them up like they said the next day and they look like they've not been done and now the word is that they can't do them. I know when I take the same shirts at home spray starch on those areas and put an iron on it. The goes away and it looks like pressed shirt so they can't do them.

Then, she calls her husband (apparently also works there) and he proceeded to tell me that they are not responsible for any damages. At that time, the female employee found a small sign that was turned away from customers, that states the same. The husband continued to tell me that it was insulting to him that I pointed out my uniform was damaged. When I drop off an item that is not damaged, I do not expect to pick it up damaged. I understand things happen, but I would expect the company to fix my uniform.
