It's very clean, the machines are new, the machines clean well and quickly, plenty of carts and space to fold. You can bring detergent pods which is awesome. I was nervous that I'd have to buy liquid soap. They also use a card instead of quarters which is convenient for me. My only issue is with the card system. You can load credit on the laundry card via a debit card, credit card, or cash. However, the minimum you can add is $10 which is frustrating. We added $40 to our card. Turned out we needed $41 to finish our laundry. We couldn't just add $1. We had to add $10. So I docked it one star for that inconvenience. Also sharing the prices below as of July 2025. My 4 year old son quickly ran over, engaged with the other children, touched a couple of toys and placed them back on the ground where he found them. He lost interest very quickly and came back with me. Everything was a mess when we arrived; toys scattered everywhere; other kids playing. After my son and the others cleared the area, we were screamed at in front of all the other customers "IS YOUR KID GOING TO CLEAN UP OR WHAT?!" I replied "Sir, he put everything back exactly the way he found it. I was watching him very closely. The area was a mess when we got here.. And why are you screaming at me??? That is very unprofessional way to handle customers and their children". He replies (still screaming) "WELL JUST PUT AWAY WHATEVER HE TOUCHED AND LEAVE THE REST THERE. JUST DO HIS PART". I asked him why cleaning was only being enforced with my son? Why was he being singled out?? I asked who was in charge and if there was somebody else I could talk to. I was extremely offended but trying to keep my composure. I came to this laundromat based on positive online reviews. He told me that he was the only one in charge, which was disappointing. I am not sure why they would hire somebody who looks like a homeless drug addict with terrible customer service (and dare I say racist???) to represent their business ‍

While other customers could leave their items for extended periods without any issues, my belongings seemed to be overlooked by the staff. I urge fellow Black customers to keep an eye on their items and hope the management addresses this inconsistency so everyone receives equal care. I set my timer for 25 minutes but returned a little late and found that a man had accidentally run into my car on his electric bike--his bike had died, and he looked disoriented, so I helped him get safely to the sidewalk and walk home. When I came back, my clothes were piled on top of a basket, and despite explaining the situation, the staff ignored my concerns. One staff member even went to the back of her cubby, began eating, and when I asked for her name and a manager's contact, she refused to provide any information. As I was leaving, a gentleman asked what had happened, and I explained that my clothes had been taken out. He mentioned that his own clothes were missing too and that the staff wasn't helping him; he even called the number on the door, only to be told nothing could be done. He was also Black in his work uniform. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, I've never experienced such treatment--I will never return and won't recommend this laundromat to anyone in my community.

This is a neighbor hood business that I will always use. It's great when you go somewhere and they know your name and your phone number to look you up. The Taylor does a good job on alterations and can fix a zipper like nobody else. Prices are reasonable and fair. This is definitely a place you want to try.
