He called her at the time he was scheduled to arrive for the first appointment stating he has gout and won't be coming (instead of calling the day before). He rudely instructed her not to contact him but to contact the rental manager to reschedule. Over a month later he rescheduled another visit and did not show, and did not respond to calls or texts. There were no apologies. We were affected as well taking time out of our day to wait with her. Meanwhile it's been two months of a non-working washer and having to launder elsewhere costing more money and time. So disappointing to see such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a local business. Please go elsewhere.

Chaz did such a good job and was so detail oriented. He did not like how the dishwasher was originally sitting in it's space, so he took the time and made sure it looked "just right".
