Anna at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart, every Dental Tech that's ever done cleanings has been fantastic from their professionalism to their willingness to chat with me. Ok so I'm someone who's pretty much always hated going to the dentist...like HATED going to the dentist. Stomach feeling nauseous, losing sleep etc. I don't have those feelings here at all. For the first time ever, I actually love my dentist and look forward to going. Everyone here is super nice. Anna at the front desk is super helpful and sweet; Anna the dental assistant does great work and Dr. Ariga...she's just the coolest. Puts me at ease and I love chatting with her. It's seems like such a small place but when you go in it's so much bigger inside. I missed a few other great people there too so sorry. I've been here about 4-5 times now for general exam and x-rays, deep cleaning, 2 fillings and root canal maintenance and crown fitting (I know it's a lot) I'm grateful for Palm Dental and the entire staff. read more

What do you do when you need to find a new dentist??? Of course you go to your Yelp Contributors and start the research! So thankful we found this new dental studio. Ana at the front is friendly and helpful when making appointments and is great with call backs and reminders. Chris at the front provides accurate payments that will be due which is much appreciative when using Delta Dental Care. The Studio is conveniently located in Burbank and there's parking! Our Xrays and initial exam were completed at the first appointment then we made another one to come back for the cleaning. Dr Ariga was fantastic from the beginning! Because of the pandemic, I hadn't been able to get into a dental office for a long time, but figured I should probably go since it had been a year and a half since my last cleaning. I found Palm Dental Studio on Yelp and loved that they have a clean, crisp online presence with the ability to book appointments through their site. They email you their intake forms and releases, so you can share all about your dental history before getting there. I like this because it means less time spent in the office, and also because I get to save some paper! The office is located in downtown Burbank, and they have a few parking spots behind the building (a plus in LA!). The interior is immaculate and the tools are all spotless, which is always essential but is even more important now because of COVID. Your temperature is taken when you walk in, and they ask you the typical questions ie have you had flu symptoms, contact with someone who has COVID, etc. The staff all wear their masks properly (not all people do, whether at a business or just walking down the street), and there's a shield up at the front desk. Both the reception area and the clinic area feature Roku TVs, and the staff are happy to help you find something to watch! As for Dr. Ariga herself, she has an excellent bedside manner! She's friendly and understanding, and didn't make me feel bad at all about the fact that I hadn't been able to get cleanings done more regularly. I had to split my work into two visits, and each time she did a fantastic job making sure I was as comfortable as possible, even encouraging me to take breaks as needed. She's also great at explaining what she's doing and provided some advice on how best to maintain my teeth and gums moving forward. Chris, who is also Dr. Ariga's spouse, handles the finances of the business and he's just as great to work with. He's super honest and never tries to upsell services/treatments; instead he outlines what is recommended based on insurance coverage and the doctor's assessment, and lets the patient decide what to do. I've gone through a few different dentists in LA, both because of changes in insurance and because I wasn't able to find the right fit--but I'm really glad I found Dr. Ariga and her team! read more

My friend recommended this dental office, and I am extremely thankful she did. My first visit went smooth and easy. Since paperwork for your appointment can be completed prior to the appointment, there was no hassle with a bunch of papers. Tempers check when you walk in. The office is nice and clean. What I love: affordable, my exam and x-rays were covered entirely by my new dental insurance California Dental (7.50/month thru covered california) but I think out of pocket they are affordable too. There is no other dental studio that quite does it like Palm Dental Studio. After years of not going into a dental office due to changes in insurance and lockdowns, I had some dental anxiety resurface - primarily stemming from some rough metal work and traumatizing cavity fillings at other dental places!
