Dr George Sahakyan and his staff are top notch. He is gentle, kind, patient, professional and respectful. I get very nervous when I need to go to the dentist and choosing a dentist is never a quick and easy choice. But from my very first appointment I had a great feeling about Dr. Sahakyan. He always speaks with me taking his time to explain any findings, gives me alternatives, if there are any, and allows me to make an informed decision about the treatment, which I really appreciate. I have seen quite a few dentists one time and never returned - either the office staff, the hygienist, the dental assistant or the dentist themselves were rude, rough, or unprofessional. This is not the case with Dr. Sahakyan and his support staff. THEY ARE ALL TERRIFIC! I have never had an unpleasant experience at either the Burbank or the Glendale office - and for me, that is saying alot. Everyone is kind, friendly, professional and respectful. They always try to accommodate your appointment times and dates, I have never had to wait a long time after arriving for an appointment, they always make me feel welcome, and as comfortable as possible. The main thing that I feel sets them apart from other offices is -they make me feel important to them, not just another patient, and that in turn makes me feel at ease and have trust in them.
