I lived at Le Med for 8 years and just moved out to purchase a home. The price to rent is reasonable. It is very well kept and quiet. April and her team are quick to respond and when I had any issue with anything it got taken care of within a day or two. AC & heater work great! Two parking spots are given and are under shelter, plus plenty of parking spaces are available throughout the complex. Washer & dryer hook up available inside apartment and also has community access if needed. Pool is always well kept, has a small gym and tennis court. Access to a beautiful serene walking path is available from the back gate of the complex. It is conveniently less than a mile from the 57 & 91 freeway. These are many of the reasons I have stayed at this complex for so long. I definitely recommend this place if looking to rent! read more

Le Med is a good place to live. Lived here for two years from 2020-2022 and the apartments themselves are very pleasant, most tenants have been here for many years. Staff is very kind and understanding. Pros -Leasing office and maintenance team is quick and responsive. If you submit a maintenance request, they come within a couple days, depending on the severity. For most cases, it was the next day. -Parking: each apartment gets tandem parking for 2 spots and there's an extra lot in the back that has plenty of spaces. It never fills up. -Le Med neighborhood is quiet. Rarely you will see cop cars inside the complex. -Apartment itself is pretty nice, no issues with insects which is a plus. -Utilities: they cover a majority of the utilities and there's plenty of trash bins, considering they have many tenants. Amenities (pool, gym, and tennis court) were kept orderly and consistently cleaned. -Conveniently located right next to Anaheim Cove, great for walking/running or biking. Cons -Lincoln Ave is extremely loud during the day due to big rigs and traffic. I lived on the second floor facing the street and the apartment rumbled a little with the heavy big rigs driving through. -Pricing: The cost of rent is very high but the neighborhood feels safe. -Gardening on Tuesdays and Thursdays were all day. Only is an issue if you WFH, it might be distracting. -Walls are ok, I didn't hear people talking but if someone runs or stomps in their apartment you can feel the floor rumble. read more

My boyfriend and I had an appointment today to view an apartment that was supposedly available. Not only was the person who greated us super rude, she went on to say she couldn't find our appointment. Her attitude was horrible and it was clear that she did not want to help us. We had an appointment at 11 with Rachel and didn't even get the opportunity to talk to her. This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience as when we got there we where told there where no apartments available. They could have at least had the common courtesy to email, call or text us that there where no more apartments available, as opposed to having us drive to the apartments and waist our time. Again this was a very unpleasant experience and the office staff clearly lacks communication. read more

Very old apartments NO APPLIANCES . Drain on the shower stinks I have to keep the door closed all the time. Apartment complex Smells like asphalt 60% of the time ( Asphalt plant is next door the other side of Santa Ana river) No insulation on the walls . Matt is heaven-sent and is the reason I'm giving this place 4 stars (I would've given it 3.5 bc of the cons listed) I lived here 2018-2019. Pros: -Rent $1995 -- huge deal for a SoCal 2b2b! -spacious closet w/ sliding mirrors, and spacious bathroom for my bedroom. My room came with a nice cabinet. my roommate (master bedroom)'s closet and bathroom was huge. -location: literally right off the fwy, which made it easy to get to places; close to Angel Stadium, Anaheim Amtrak, Chapman University, Orange Circle, Disneyland -no washer/dryer or fridge included, but there were outlets for you to put in, and LeMed provides you w rental services to contact which makes it easy -for all utilities to set up, again, LeMed provided you w assistance -PARKING !!!!!!!! 2 car tandem included! and guest parking !!!! -CLEAN -good neighbors -Matt and April communicated with me and made sure we knew about every thing going on w the apt, fixed leaks, etc. honestly he's just so great. -tennis court & pool. (They also have a gym but the equipment is extremely outdated so I've only used it once but That wasn't a problem for me) Cons: -Walls were so thin... i could hear everything. My own roommate and my neighbors. EVERYTHING. And my apt was right by the street so it could be fairly noisy. Not good if you are a light sleeper. -Outlets - sockets were too big for basically all my chargers, so it was REALLY annoying plugging everything in every time it fell out. Also, not a "con" but something to consider -small set of stairs leading up to the apt complex -- difficult when moving furniture and groceries inside, although this could be said for any apartment -credit check -- i forgot what the requirement was but it was something like make double the monthly rent, or find a guarantor. This isn't unusual and I didn't have any problems in the end but it was annoying. Would have stayed if I could be guaranteed thicker walls and make sure the outlets worked. read more

Le Med was an amazing home full of wonderful staff. Maintenance was always quick to reply, it's in a wonderful location, the area is quiet, and next to a beautiful walking trail. But the real selling point is the office staff. They're compassionate, creative, and intelligent. They work diligently to ensure that any problem you have, (during signing, moving, or during your lease) is resolved quickly and to your full satisfaction. The only reason I moved out is to be closer to work, but I would have stayed if I could! I can't reccomend this place enough! read more

I wish I didnt have to give them a star. Constant break ins with the cars, loud streets AND RATS. Seriously, not mice, but big, nasty rats. Not ONLY outside, but inside the aprtments. The lady under me had her bananas eaten through. The other lady under me had none because she had a cat! When pets aren't allowed! But management liked them so they allowed her to have the pets! Michelle is a piece of work! I broke my lease because of the rats and issues with the neighbors, Michelle assured me she would have my apartment rented so I wouldnt have any problems (only because, again, she liked the neighbor and decided to let me out my lease) and OF COURSE I received a bill for 5000 in the mail!!!!!! Its ridiculous! I strongly suggest not living there. Its cheap, management sucks, the noise is ridicoulous because of the way the apartments are set up and again, the RATS! You can see the holes in the buildings! You can hear them in the walls! Its gross! I plan on fighting the charges because theres no way they can enforce that when I received her word, and AGAIN I was living with rats, with two small children. Unacceptable. read more

My boyfriend and I moved here from the dreaded Renaissance at Uptown Orange and we really like it. April and Michelle were flexible with us to get the apartment that we wanted. We have a corner unit by one of the entrance gates which means we do hear people who come in and out and we can hear everyone in the driveway from our bedroom windows but... The apartment is older and not perfect but for us it is all about the environment.. our neighbors are all great people, the apartment is bright and cheery! We had to have AC and washer and dryer hook ups which it has and we have 2 parking spaces which was a must! Everytime I see April she is professional and helpful. Visited a friend who lives here. Finding the apartment homes at night is quite tricky. If you miss the light it is going to take you a while to get back (U-turns and all on Lincoln are a pain!). The homes are gated, and looked really nice! Lots of parking spaces and I really liked the layout of the apartments. Loved my friend's place, lots of space in the 2 bedroom apartments. This was my first time applying for an apartment & going through the process, which for someone whose never done it can be daunting. Luckily April & Matt were both very friendly & informative making the process a breeze! I'm now a happy resident amongst quality neighbors! (Which is a huge plus). Being new to a city as well as having a new apartment can be a scary experience, Matt & April went above & beyond to show me the endless possibilities that Anaheim has to offer that would allow me a great experience! We've just moved in. Great little gated community. April made the move go so smoothly. It took us 1 to 2 mos. from finding this apartment 'til move-in day, and April was there every step of the way. She's been so patient and accessible to us; answered any and all questions and concerns. Very quiet place. It's the weekend and there's just no noise whatsoever-day or night. Tennis court and gym is getting some updated machines this month. Can't wait 'til it re-opens. Two car parking is a must for us and this is one of the very few places around here and orange that offers this amenity. Also, can't rave enough about CENTRAL AIR (woohoo!) Easy access to the freeway a block or two away. My husband and I are excited about this place. read more

It's okay. I've lived here for nearly five years, so I guess that says something. It's got its perks. I haven't had much luck finding any other place that offers what Le Med offers for the price. Pros: Washer/ Dryer hook-ups Central AC Granite counter tops Crown molding Two guaranteed parking spots (tandem) Accent walls in the living room and bedroom Swimming pool and tennis court Ample guest parking No obnoxious tow companies lurking , waiting for the kill Management staff is professional and helpful Unique floor plan (This makes it very homey and comfy. It's not your typical boxy apartment set up.) Cons: Paper-thin walls (You can hear your neighbors' phone conversations... and more) Maintenance operates only between Tuesday and Saturday. (If something goes wrong on Saturday evening, you're SOL till Tuesday.) They've got ONE maintenance man. One. For a complex of... how many units??? This doesn't seem fair, but I've never heard him complain. Everything shakes, rattles, and rolls when your neighbors slam their front doors, run up and down the stairs, or walk around in their apartments. NOISE is abundant and seemingly infinite. The way the buildings are set up, noise carries far and wide. I'm not kidding. You will hear everything in the parking lot from your bedroom because of the echoes. No handicap access to units in the 3-story buildings. I once saw a man helping his struggling wife with a cast get up to their apartment. Rent increases by $100-$150 each year Poorly insulated (but thank goodness for that central AC/ heater, right?) I wonder if the one-story units have it a little better. Those have 2 bedrooms, and 1-1/2 bathrooms, with a private backyard. Unique Issues: Wasps in my vent. Unfortunately, nothing has been done about it. Mold in the bathroom. It was painted over. If I could give this place zero stars I would! I've lived at Le Med for 2 years and we've had issues in the past. The first incident was when we had a gas leak and we called the emergency line and they called April to check it out. She then questioned if it was an emergency, she told me and my roommates that it would be fixed the next day. When I woke up the next day to a voicemail saying it wouldn't be fixed that day because the maintenance guy was off. I smelt gas in my bathroom- I was freaked out so I called the gas company who shut off the gas because it was a DANGER to our health the tech then said there's a hole in a pipe and we need a LICENSED plumber to fix it. I and my roommate went down there to tell April and that it needs to be fixed by a professional. We also asked for corporates number, which she REFUSED to give but we found it on google. After telling her 3 times we needed a professional I had to call the gas company so that way they could personally tell her that she had to hire a licensed plumber- 7 hours later we finally got our gas fixed and turned back on. The second incident our lease was up and we just wanted to know the rental price and we went in the office for 4 consecutive days to a ask how much rent would be but April was in the office and apparently April doesn't know the rental price or how to type up a leasing agreement. We were told three different rental prices we were told $1,650, $1,675, and $1,725. We were then told that we'd be charged $45 more because we're in front of the pool and apparently it's a "desire" for tenants. (Just FYI we aren't even in front of the pool we're in front of the tennis court) We were also told that we couldn't get a lease until we received notice- so pretty much Michelle and April didn't do their jobs by sending us the notice of rent going up (legally we're supposed to have it by the first of the month) and are making us wait so the rent can go higher everyday. So I did call corporate because they wouldn't even disclose what rent would be for the next month I was told I would receive a call but never did. My roommate called corporate and spoke to the manager who clearly didn't care and told him that he "misheard". The third incident is happening today- 2 years ago I and my boyfriend spoke to Michelle to inform her there were damages and this is when we first moved in we took pictures of everything and she said to just send it to the email and she will keep it on file. Today I spoke to Michelle and she doesn't remember the emails of the pictures. Then she proceeded to talk over me and I asked if she would like me to send them again since it's time stamped she said no. So I plan on calling corporate until something is done- sorry not gonna get charged for damages that were already there! There's been more than just three incidents we've had issues with the sink, the fan in the dining room, the toilet leaking, and now the AC unit. I get things break but when you call Michelle or April they have poor attitudes and couldn't care less. It's like pulling teeth to get them to fix anything you have to be pissed off for them to take you seriously and for them to realize that maybe they should fix it. I am moving out in 10 days and I'm ecstatic!!! For people reading this don't take this as a bitter tenant ranting- I stayed here for 2 years they have had chances plenty of times. These are true facts of what happened when I lived here. If you want to live in a place with poor management and also poor attitudes then I'd say this is the place for you! But if you're not down for shady managers and shady corporate mangers then steer clear of this place! Just FYI don't be fooled by the models they show you they look nothing like the actual apartment you get. read more

My husband and I lived at Led Med Apartments for 11 years and just recently moved. (lived in 2 bedroom 2 bath for 3 years and 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath flat with backyard for 8 years) We never had any major problems. If anything needed to be repaired it was fixed that same day or next day. April and Michelle are right on it. The apartment complex is well maintained and quite. The inside of the apartments are upgraded with granite counter tops and crown molding. They also have washer & dryer hook-ups, Central A/C. I recommended Led Med to my friend who was recently looking for an apartment and she now lives there and loves it. I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know. read more

This place is really a nice complex to live in. The first thing my girlfriend and I noticed the first night is how quiet it is here. The grounds are kept up quite nice and as crazy as it seems, the place is full of birds that sing all day long, in Anaheim of all cities too. Keep moving along. This place is not worth the money. Management is awful. Michelle and April are the two managers. Michelle usually gets things done(we assume she is related to the property owners) April has a generic universal response for everything(like reading a script). Do not be fooled by the granite countertops,stainless steel appliances,and crown moldings. This place is cheaply constructed with paper thin walls. Expect your cars to broken into within the first month of move-in(they got me twice,and all my neighbors too upon move-in) The mailboxes are broken into on a bi-monthly basis,yet no security patrol or cameras here. Avoid building 12. There is an @sshole in unit two two zero with ADHD or something,the guy has a leadfoot and stomps around at all odd hours. The south parking lot is rarely used by the tenants,however,its a popular spot for all the local teenage stoners. read more

I am currently looking for a new place for my family and I went to this place to see if I can get more information since I need to stay within this area. As I went inside and the lady there (didn't get her name but she's thin and with long black hair) seemed kind of annoyed by the fact that we were there. I went in right after 2 other ladies that had gotten there right before i did. And just like them I was there for more info. I guess the fact that I look young mattered as the lady there totally ignored the fact that I was there. She brought the 2 ladies out to where the floor plans are and showed them the options. I was standing right next to her but she totally ignored me, she had her back against me the entire time and focused only on the 2 ladies. Now I know they were there before me but I think that she could of showed and explained everything about the apartments to all of us at the same time. It's common sense and it could of saved her time as I was obviously there to get info as well. I guess the ladies there noticed it felt ignored that they were the ones including me in the conversation and asked me if I was there to look for the same type of apartment. Yeah, they noticed me but the lady there just glaced my way twice. I left before she finished as this was the worst 1st impression I've EVER gotten from any apartment complex I've ever visited. I have been living here for 8 months and have been waiting for something bad to happen to write a review, but there is NOTHING bad to say about this place! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and clean. There are no bugs, no trash, and they keep this place well maintained. The air conditioning works perfectly as well as the heater. I can not even begin to explain how much I love this place I will be very sad to leave. The management is great very friendly. It is a little bit on the expensive side but it is so worth it. The washer and dryer hookups are very nice, as well as the pool. If you are looking at this apartment do not hesitate we love it. My car has never been broken into and there were a few nights I left my purse in the car. Three times my husband has actually left the keys in the key hole outside of our door ALL NIGHT and nothing happened. That is when you know these apartments are safe. read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have lived in a variety of apartments in various cities. Without a doubt, Le Med apartment homes in Anaheim, CA is the most terrible place I have ever lived. Please do not be in awe of the granite counter tops, crown molding, appliances, central ac/heat or washer/dryer hookups. The management team, April and Michelle, may seem pleasant at first, but I assure you this is a front. They are extremely unprofessional, threatening and will not help you resolve your concerns. Upon moving in, there was mass amounts of pigeon feces covering our patio. There were wasps flying out of the master bedroom air vent. The neighbors below were extremely loud and constantly disturbed us. We even had the police out to confront these neighbors and file a report. My truck was broken into, as well as many of the other tenants vehicles. The mailboxes are constantly broken into. The rear parking lot is rarely utilized and certainly not a safe place to park. There is drug activity in the back parking lot area, often. This is located by building 12. Upon moving out, we were gouged with cleaning fees, although we certainly left the unit in a very clean condition. Be cautious of the documents you sign and agree to. Corporate is also little help, and it is very difficult to locate their information. Le Med is managed by Pacific Coast Management, located in Newport. Their phone number is 949-955-2328. If there are any "good reviews" on this community, I'm sure it was written by management or corporate. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS. read more
