Unfortunately, that's when my experience went downhill. They rarely answer the phone, and that same issue seems to carry over to the specialists they refer patients to. I was referred for a sleep study, but no one ever answered the phone to schedule it. I left multiple voicemails and never received a call back. Later, I noticed an insurance claim for a sleep study diagnostic that I never had. I called the sleep office with no answer, so I contacted my primary care office. They told me they would look into it and get back to me, but I never heard anything. My blood work also showed some abnormalities, so I was referred to an endocrinologist. I was told to wait for them to call me to schedule an appointment. Weeks went by with no call, so I followed up. I was told it was strange and that they would send the office a message and have someone contact me. It's now been over a month, and I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm done with this office. I made the decision to take my health more seriously, and instead of feeling supported, I felt ignored and dismissed. It shouldn't be this difficult to get the care you need.

The front office is abysmal, you can't get through to anyone on the phone. I have had to drive to the office more than once to get a question about a refill request or get copies of paperwork because it is absolutely impossible to talk to someone without waiting on the phone for a half hour or more (I'm not exaggerating). They now have a policy which requires you to confirm an appointment 24 hours before the scheduled time or they will cancel it without notifying you. I just left the office after being told my appointment, which I confirmed in person a week ago, had been cancelled. I tried to call and confirm it yesterday but, once again, no answer. No apology, no sympathy, just, "the soonest I have is 2 weeks out." Great doctors, if you can get in to see one.

Also, she gives you paperwork to fill out "it's a survey on depression" and tells you that your insurance requires it, however, I called my insurance and they know nothing about it. Also, if you call in for an appt because your sick she tells you that you MUST stay in your car upon arrival, call and they will come get you. This lady will without a doubt create issues for Dr. Scherer going forward as your first point of contact is the front office, whether on the phone or in person. I am in my 40's and have had (like most people my age) a few medical issues that I have had to address. Consequently, I have had many encounters with various Doctors over a long period of time. I have NEVER come across a Doctor like Dr. Silkey. She has the perfect balance of intelligence, knowledge and a deep (very deep) caring for her patients. She takes the time to listen and make me feel like what I'm saying is of genuine interest to her. I genuinely have never met anyone like her. The medical field is very lucky to have Dr. Silkey.

I have been going to All Family Care for several years. My visits ate routine - Well visit nothing…read moreunusual. They do not make you wait a long time once you have checked in. They keep pretty closely to the scheduled visit time. I did not, however, get a doctor for the first 3 years after starting my initial yearly visits but a PA instead. I was not particularly happy about that but the PA did a good exam. I have never met Doctor Singh but in 2024, I was examined by a doctor. He did a thorough exam. I should also mention that I have consulted with them via zoom app; the link was forwarded to me by AFC because I had a cold and was not able to go to the office. This year, 2026, I started seeing Doctor B. I like him. He is professional, friendly and took the time to listen to me. The front desk girl is also professional, polite and patient. Qualities you really need working the front desk. The office is always clean and tidy as well as the exam rooms. I go to All Family Care for my general health check ups. I will continue to go to All Family Care and would recommend it as well.
