Her tone of voice indicated that she took delight in telling me that my appointment was scheduled for next week instead of this week. She sarcastically said, "Goodbye," and promptly hung up on me! It took over an hour to be seen and I had to leave without being seen , when I tried to reschedule. They wouldn't get me back in for three weeks, after bilateral pneumonia!!, how was that follow up? For three weeks they can't get me to listen to my lungs for a five minute follow up. I think the doctors are great if you can get past the rude front office.
