The patients have NO way to call for help other than hollering until someone happens to come in. When I asked about this, they told me "we check on them". I was there for 4 hours, and no one came in. The meals are HORRIBLE. I stayed to enjoy a meal with her, and no one at the table could eat the meal. None of us could even figure out what it was, broccoli with a brown gravy stuff on it.

On June 1, 2025, I got a call from dolce vita management stating that my dog bite the other dog owner and I was told that this was her second offense, therefore she was forwarding it to the ownership group. I met with management on June 2, 2025. They then told me again that my dog bite her, and they had already file the complaint with the ownership group on May 30, 2025, during our discussion I was told she got scratched not bite. On June 6, 2025, I received legal notice from managements attorney notify me that dolce vita plans on evicting me. In reality I was never informed until after the second offense and had no warning of such a policy. I was never asked what happened or given a chance to present my side. Managements never even confirmed the accusations, they simply forwarded an unsubstantiated complaint and decided to start eviction process. It basically means that anyone can file two complaint simultaneously on your dog and you have limited options. I am moving as fast as possible, they have such a long list of rules it ridiculous. this is not a dog friendly place, the dogs are gathering in a 40x40 foot pen (listed for small dogs). The large dog area is twice as big, but because it over 100 degrees, with limited shade, all the dogs and there owners are condensed in area that is to small. Aka suggest the minimum area for a dog park is one acre (43560 sq ft), we are using 1600 sq ft. In the 1600 sq ft there was @ a dozen dogs and 10 people compacted into @100 sq ft of shaded area. If you have a dog or not this place is so restrictive it like being high school and manager thinks she is the principal. We are adults, but when management treats us like children, adults start to act like children. management has created distrust between community members and instead of solving or discussing a problem they file one sided complaints that evict each other.

She could have had the decency to call me in advance to save me the 52 mile round trip plus my time and inconvenience. Totally unprofessional! People like that do not belong in any customer relations capacity.

We have never had any problems. The front gate is secure with a gate and security guards. Many people here are just part time residents, here for the winter. We call them snowbirds. It's not a healthy or friendly environment here if peace is your main concern. I bought in April of 2023 and I wish someone had warned me. It's worse in 2026.
