Accounting for the excitement and gratitude I had for the expediency, I will forgo allowing that to influence my review since that portion was an outlier experience derived. They were punctual, very clear on what services would be performed, the total costs and time it would take to complete. Everything that was covered in the estimate came to fruition when the crew arrived on time and completed the work as promised. From start to finish everyone was professional, punctual and the quality was top notch. I was very pleased with our experience. When we finally decide to add details to our yard and add our fence we will without question be contracting with Precision. These guys are the best in the business…read more I've been with Spring-Green for a few years and I never had a thought to leave a review. They surely deserve one. Before Spring-Green, my lawn was pretty shitty. I was researching a lot of lawn maintenance companies from the smallest ones to the biggest ones. A lot of them came by to look and gave quotes. There was no obvious way to pick a company. I could only eliminate the bad ones who didn't even give me any proper plans of action or schedule and just sent me claims that they'd take care of it. The problem with DIY online solutions like Sunday is that I'm not getting an adequate amount of stuff. Some weeks, there were more weeds. Some weeks, not. I wanted a flat rate price for this varying problem. Spring-Green is a perfect fix for this. Spring-Green has their lawn care schedule for the entire year. Depending on when you sign up, you'll hop onto that schedule with the rest of the customers. That kind of makes sense. They have optional aeration services in late fall or early spring along with grub control in the summer months. Their pricing was also really attractive and the good reviews made it an obvious choice for me. The first year, I signed up for everything - aeration, full-schedule lawn care, and grub control. It was a lot but my lawn needed the care. After two years with my lawn looking so much better, I cut it down to just the essentials plan with grub control and aeration every other year or more. Here's what I love about Spring-Green. Weed control is guaranteed. You don't have to pay extra if you're still seeing weed after they've had a chance to be killed off. They'll come back and eliminate them free of charge. Again, if it's already on their schedule, you don't need to ask. The weeds need time to die so don't be calling the next week. I also like how they have short explainers for you at every step so you understand what's happening. I have no pets or kids so the chemicals they use are not a concern for me. If that's your concern, you can ask them. I've recommended them to a family member and he's also loving the outcomes! His lawn used to be full of weeds like 80% weed and 20% grass. It's all grass now after Spring-Green worked on it (which takes some time! Be patient with it).

Pros are they show up on time, cut grass well. Cons are they don't blow all areas they are supposed to and are inflexible on arrival times, showing up at 8am, and unwilling to accommodate a customer's request to come after 9am to avoid waking us up and our neighbors. It also makes it inconvenient to move all of our cars out of our own driveway so early in the morning just to accommodate their schedule. Lost trust in this company early on.

I wish I had found King Tree Services years ago! I had been using another tree service over the…read morepast 10 years or so, and although they were always top-notch as far as their service, they were much more expensive - ridiculously so, I've since discovered. I won't name them because they are also very good at what they do. But I wouldn't recommend them unless price is of no importance to you. Edgar gave me an incredibly fair price to take down two large Silver Maples (approx. 40' and 50' tall) and haul away all of the debris. They were careful to not disturb our yard (which just had new sod put down this past Spring), and carefully replaced everything that they needed to move. Due to certain logistics regarding where the trees had been located, I couldn't have the stumps ground. But Edgar was able to saw the stumps down practically to ground level. I really can't say enough good things about Edgar and his crew or recommend them highly enough. They were on-time, considerate and thoughtful, attentive to detail, and highly efficient. I will be using King Tree Services from now on for all my future tree care.
