When I went there and asked for a manager or the owner, the employee proceeded to tell me " we're all in charge so just talk to me" I stay at the promise about the transmission that they had just installed a few weeks prior to the day, I was there the vehicle has not been driven from the second I open the hood and looked under the vehicle I could point out so many various things that was wrong on top of that The transmission leaking do not take your vehicle to them horrible work they will cause someone their life with the horrible work, God forbid The response from the employee, "we're all in charge so just talk to me," is also unprofessional and unhelpful. As a customer, you have the right to speak with a manager or owner to express your concerns and seek a resolution. I will be reaching out to our Attorney General's office and local consumer protection agency.

I really wanted to give a positive review because the brake pad replacement itself went smoothly,…read morebut unfortunately the experience took a turn afterward. When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

Alec, the service and location Manager/Director is the best. He is honest and always comes up with the best and most reasonable repair solutions for my Bimmers. Recently my 2009 X5 finally gave up on me with about 260k miles. He even offered to help me find another X5. Now, that is not your typical repair place! They go over and beyond the normal expectations, even for a hard to please client like me. I finally found a replacement x5 but diesel version and I will trust no one but them to service this replacement vehicle. If you drive an Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, VW, Ferrari or any other European car, this is the only place you should be taking your car for repair, maintenance or service. They are the best! I stand by these guys! The owner is also a beast when it comes to repairs. He has no problem rolling his sleeves up to jump in and help when the guys get slammed! I witnessed this when both of my headlight assemblies needed to be replaced due to faulty wiring (vehicle age related) which included bumper removal. The guys were slammed and the owner rolled his sleeves up to handled the job! I got my car back the next day versus having to wait a week! Now that is making sure your clients are treated as a priority!!

On November 9, 2025, I scheduled an appointment through Instant Car Fix for the replacement of all…read morefour brake pads. The dispatched technician was advertised as a certified mechanic. Upon arrival, the mechanic acknowledged my electronic parking brake and assured me that he possessed the necessary equipment to complete the work. Following the replacement of the brake pads, I discovered that my electronic parking brake was malfunctioning, and my brake pedals were ineffective in stopping my vehicle. I contacted Instant Car Fix, and the representative successfully reached out to the technician responsible for the work. Rashad informed me that the technician would return on the morning of November 10, 2025, to inspect his work and rectify any issues. However, on the following day, the technician failed to appear. A replacement technician was dispatched at 2:30 PM, and the new technician arrived at 5:30 PM. Upon inspection, they identified that the rear driver caliper had been severely damaged and was now inoperable. The technician described the damage as "hammer-like." The new technician informed me that I would need to replace the entire caliper and bleed the brake system. Consequently, due to the unqualified technician who was initially dispatched, my vehicle was inoperable, and I have had to pay out of pocket for damage I did not cause. I contracted a mechanic of my choosing to repair all the damage, and upon completion of the service, I was informed that the brake pads were installed incorrectly, and my brake sensors were left hanging freely. The mechanic who caused the various damage signed the acknowledgment and satisfaction form for me without my knowledge. I was informed by a supervisor that the mechanic was supposed to review the services completed and have me sign before the job can be marked as completed. If you have an issue for whatever reason, don't expect to get a timely response if you get a response at all.

I called to get roadside assistance for a tire change. It was 15 minutes shy of the 3 HOUR MARK to finally have the mechanic arrive. Mechanic was there for less than 30 minutes. I am charged $245 for a problem THAT WAS NOT FIXED! I call back the next day. I takes almost 20 minutes to get a manage on the phone. Hi "Mary". I tell "Mary" everything. All I ask for was a reasonable partial refund because the job was not completed (again the task was to replace the tire... again, that was not done.) I was proposed with a $50 refund... ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! The reason to keep $195: to the pay the mechanic for his time and the gas he spent. Time spent and gas... great! I can do that math for you. Quick google search... hourly wage of a mobile mechanics in my state, specifically in my area... ~$31. Let's be generous and give this mechanic $40/hourly. Gas... mechanic was using his personal vehicle, which was smaller than mine... I would say similar gas mileage... ~$80/weekly. Time spent and gas= ~$120. My partial refund request... more than the proposed, yet less than the $120. And, if the business model is similar to InstaCart, DoorDash, Uber. UberEats, etc., the company is paying the mechanic for the mileage in-between the jobs. If you don't want your intelligence insulted and false advertising (under the How We Work section of the website, it is stated "no long wait"... ~3 hours definitely is a long wait)... Try someone else.
