Dr. Ingram was very quick in his evaluation of my eye prescription. He asked approximately 2-3 questions only for each eye. I mentioned at that time that with the prescription that he came up with, I could not read with my left eye beyond the biggest possible size letters, while with my right eye I could see easily the tiniest setting! But Dr. Ingram only said that this happened because of the different axis without rechecking if the prescription that he came up with was correct. Anyways I used the prescription of Dr. Ingram and bought glasses accordingly. One month later I decided that I will get a second eye prescription to see if it agrees with the eye prescription that I got from Dr. Ingram. Surprise! The prescription is different! Unfortunately, I already wasted the money to buy glasses according to the prescription of Dr. Ingram.

I was then told my glasses would be mailed to me via USPS on a Wednesday and that I would receive them by that Friday. They never arrived. After my name was pulled up in the system, the same staff member appeared shortly after. She admitted she had forgotten to send my glasses and offered a $4.00 gift card as compensation for the inconvenience. That gesture felt dismissive and inadequate given the delay of over two months and the lack of honesty throughout the process.
