I wanted to hire a "professional" packing company to maximize space and fit my belongings in the PODS. I had two major downsides with this company. The owner and the packing job. The packing of the pods was very unprofessional. They left approximately 3 FEET of open space at the top of each pod. This allowed items to shift during the move and alot of stuff not to fit. I had to spend two days repacking the PODS to fit my stuff. Towards the end of them packing when they realized 1/4 of my stuff was not going to fit, one of the workers said " this is why I always pack". So essentially I could of saved the money and just packed myself for the unprofessional packing job they did. The major issue is the owner and lies. During the move my $2000 king bed frame was damaged when the workers left it free standing on my driveway. Luckily I was outside to witness when the wind blew it over to crack the wood and knock metal pieces off of it. The worker immediately contacted Dezzy ? The owner and informed him of what happened. Dezzy told me on the phone that it was "an act of nature" and they are not responsible for items that they are not "actively" moving. The guys left it unsecured on the driveway to make space in the pods. I advised Dezzy that it was not even wrapped in a moving blanket. Dezzy agreed to cover the damages once I advised him of that. I heard him tell the worker on speakerphone after that "they need to wrap everything because since it wasn't wrapped he did not have an excuse not to pay" . Anyways his word does not mean much because it has been 4 months and they never paid the insurance claim. They also have not responded to multiple emails about the matter and I am out the money. AVOID and pay alittle more for better service!

Over the phone he gave me a rough estimate which I found to be very reasonable, even without seeing everything. I was concerned as I thought he may need need a dumpster trailer to fit all of it, but he assured me his own moving equipment would be enough, thus saving me on costs. Moreover, he got me scheduled within a day and a very reasonable timeframe of four hours. The quote also mentioned how long the project would last which I found refreshing. As for when he and his assistant arrived, they did a quick inventory of the items and immediately got to work. The young men were professionally dressed even though they're doing hard labor, were courteous and didn't waste time. They weren't loud and to be honest I almost forgot they were there. They hit their estimate on the nose and finished, perhaps 20 minutes under the quoted amount of time. I found Prices Junk and Waste Solutions a very reasonable and professional business to get rid of a lot of unwanted house clutter or aged belongings. The prices are extremely low and I felt very comfortable having them at my house while they worked. If I ever need assistance in the future, you can bet Price's will be the service I use.

Yesterday I was driving home from work when one of my brand new $173 tire blew. I took it back to the shop being as it hadn't even been 30 days. I got told that bad things happen and that there was no warranty for the tires I got. If I wanted a new one I would have to buy yet another tire. Pit Stop has always been there for me since my college days. They are people I can trust. The staff asked me if the wipers had been doing their job when it was raining, and I said yes, and he told me that I did not need to replace them then. Their pricing is also affordable. I really have no reason to look elsewhere for repairs and replacements, unless they suggest it themselves, which has happened before when they mentioned a sensor issue that may need to be handled at another shop or dealership. Their waiting area is nice too. They have a decent amount of seats, a television playing in the corner, a candy dispenser, and a bathroom, so I can comfortably get a lot done on my laptop while waiting. Between their honesty, affordable service, great customer service, and comfortable waiting area, I cannot recommend Pit Stop enough.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Spoke to Luke. We discussed my issue and while we were on the phone he sent over a quote. I called back later that afternoon and told him I would drop the truck off Wednesday after work. I arrived, spoke with Luke, showed him what I did and he said no problem. We can get it taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I was not expecting to get the truck back until sometime on Friday. I get a call this afternoon from Luke, Mr. Tim, your truck is ready. I was like what, no way! Sure enough. I went there after work to pick it up. I spoke with Luke as well as Stephen who rang me up. We discussed the warranty and even provided me with the old part. I drove home rocking a cold A/C the entire way there and it about froze me out of the truck. You could not even tell that they had to remove the dash to make the repair. Second invoice 48472 charge $1,316.54 dollars, vehicle mileage 274669 reason: while I was driving the car shuts off by itself and I almost crash. Tow the vehicle to the Christian brothers automotive and on-site I start the vehicle and I have a check engine light on. I took a picture and it shows the check engine light that gas tank having a 1 quarter of a tank and the rpms reading 900 rpms. I spoke with both boss on-site and said that the reason the car shuts off if because it was out of gas that the level sensors was bad. 1. First thing they replace the gas pump. What happens to test the equipment. (Test the gas pump and sensors) 2. They said that the gas tank was empty. How? when I was on their parking lot before i left the car over the weekend I took a picture and it has 1 quarter tank of gas, check engine on and reading 900 rpms while the motor was spinning. Someone is lying and is not me. Of course I have to pay $2,369.99 dollars no warranty and i was told when I show up the second time that if I don't like the service I could take my vehicle out with the bad sensors or I could leave the vehicle and pay. So much for religious mechanics. Difference of mileage from first service to the second service 238 miles. Be careful with this guys. They love the money without doing the work right the first time.
