I had a pedicure today and it was the worst. My nails were not polished all the way and my toes had polish on them. Twice I tried to have him fix them and when I left I went home and redid them myself. Instead of putting the foam between my nails he rubber banded my toes together. I called when I got home to see if I could come back and get them done over but they said I had to call back tomorrow-don't waste your money! read more

I have to say the owners and the staff are a little unprofessional. My Nextgen dip did not look terrible but my nail tech made off the wall comments both times I visited. After communicating my discomfort and unhappy experience the owners simply brushed off his comments and said sorry but did not see anything wrong with what was said. Visit one, my nail tech Aron asked me if I had a booty call calling my phone as my phone rang during my session and proceeded to laugh as if saying something like that was funny. I gave them one more shot and on visit two the same nail tech Aron told me I was complaining about what God gave me as I told him I felt one nail looked shorter than the other. I generally do not like to complain but I am not paying to be talked to and treated in a deamning manor. I would say they need to work on their staff and customer service skills. read more

I had a 12 o'clock appointment for a manicure, I was taken immediately by an older gentleman, he didn't spend more than 10 minutes, he was rather rough cutting my cuticles, I keep my nails short so all he had to do was file them, he gave them a very, very quick hand massage and painted them a light color. I have been going to Aaron for my Nexgen manicures for a little over a year. I currently live in boynton and drive to this location not only because of Aaron but, because of the immense amount of customer service I receive every time I go to Palm Nails. I have never been greeted so warmly or been taken care of so greatly. The ambiance, cleanliness, and attention to detail the staff has is definitely impressive. I think customer service is very important and I am always pleased when I leave Palm Nails. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to LOVE their nails! read more

I went in to receive either acrylics or nexgen, asking to know the difference between the two, which I was never told. My nail tech Sunny asked what shape I wanted my nails and I was unsure but told her a shape and apparently that shape was an extra $5 which she told me AFTER she had done my nails, completely negating the coupon I came in with. I also left with the wrong color, they look marbled and have a lot of bubbles throughout. Definitely the worst nail job I've ever had. Seeing as I have nail tech training, I'm also pretty sure you don't tap product into nails seeing as it distorts the product. Will never come back. read more

**DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE**This place used to be Cali Pro Nails. Look at the reviews under that name. There's a new owner now but that's about the only thing that changed. The only nail tech I did my nails with in there is Lee. She is nice and courteous and does a great job. Everyone else in there can't bother to even pretend to smile at you. I bought a Groupon for 2 mani/pedi last September and redeemed the first service that month. I had an appointment that day with Lee and my name was in their appointment book. The lady at the front desk redeemed the Groupon on my phone and wrote my name down for the second service. I watched her do it! I asked her if there's an expiration date for the second service. She said no, just come back next time. I called in December to make the second appointment and mentioned to the guy answering the phone that I redeemed the Groupon in September and this will be the second service from that Groupon. He told me sure just come on in we'll find you in the books. I came in for my appointment with Lee. She was very nice and said she hasn't seen me for a long time. When she was finished with my nails, she couldn't find my name in the books indicating that this is part two of the Groupon. Not her fault, she wasn't the one who handled the last transaction. She looked and looked, she saw my name in there for the Sept appointment but didn't see notes about the 2nd service. I showed her the redeemed Groupon on my phone showing that it was for two services. My name wasn't in the books for any appointments between September until now so I definitely didn't redeem the second service until today. She said there's a new owner for the business so she called the new owner to ask her what to do. She told me the owner will be here shortly and asked me to wait. Finally the new owner showed up with her husband and kids. She told me the same thing that I'm not in the books. I know! I've already been told that. She said she doesn't get paid and this is not her fault. Like this is my fault?! I told her how the previous staff/owner and you handle this Groupon thing is out of my control and it's not my fault either. All I know is I paid Groupon for two services and this business redeemed it in September so I'm not paying for a second service. It was like talking to a wall. She just kept saying it's not her fault and she doesn't get paid from the previous owner. I was getting so frustrated and almost in tears. At this point I've already wasted at least 30 minutes handling this. Now this is turning into a huge scene as though I'm not paying for services. It was completely embarrassing and stressful for me. She then said she'll call the previous owner and I have to talk to him. What?! That's your job not mine! So she hands me her phone to talk to the previous owner Tran. I told him what happened and he said the same thing that it has to be in the books. OMG!!! I'm not the employee who screwed this up! I'm not responsible for your staff old or new not writing down my name in the books! I was extremely upset and on the verge of tears. He finally said how much did I pay Groupon for the two services. I told him I have it on my phone and the staff here can see how much I paid and that it was for two services. He then talked to the new owner. Then the new owner finally said you can go. Oh am I supposed to thank you now?! Not a single apology for wasting my time and the emotional distress. Here's a clue for the new owner. If a customer shows you the Groupon she purchased showing 2 services and it was "redeemed" in September, but you can't find her name in the books that means your staff didn't write her name down! Because we all know that you wouldn't let anyone redeem a second service without her name in the books! So if the name is not in the books that means she didn't redeem the second service yet! Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that logic out! I promised her a review so here it is and needless to say I will never come back! Yes I'm that upset that I have to leave a review under the old business name and new business name. Worst business practice I've seen.
