Some people might have had good experience at this place (All Car Shop 1755 S. John young Parkway…read morein Kissimmee Fl) but I am not one of them! I had bad experience with mechanic shops before, but this has been one of the worst! Imagine, I am a 64 years old Desert storm, Desert Shield and Iraqi Freedom veteran, and the manager I spoke with is also a veteran, and look at what I went through, my fellow veteran, we are our worst enemy. I can tell you my whole experience, but there is not enough room on this platform to do it, so I will give a brief synopsis. I first brought my vehicle into the shop (approximately the second week of June), for the check engine light. I was charged approximately $164.00 for a diagnostic, which confirm the code that I was getting about the engine misfiring. I didn't get it worked on that day, because they didn't have the parts. Approximately two weeks later I went back to get the work done. There are two reasons why I went back to that shop. One is, I assumed that they would apply (what I paid for the diagnostic), towards the repair cost, and the other reason is; I love supporting veteran own, or any business that deal with veterans. Anyhow, with the diagnostic, the repaired cost me over $3,000.00 just to change out 8 plugs and coils. Changing out the plugs and coils appeared to solved the problem, because the check engine light went off. On that day they were planning to also do a gas treatment (a can of gas treatment purred into the gas tank), for over $300.00. to avoid paying the $300.00 dollars, I went to the dealership the same day and bought a can of their gas treatment ($40.00 with tax), and pure it in the tank myself. Now here is where the story gets interesting. About three to four weeks later, the same thing happens again, the engine light came back on, with the same two codes. After going back to the shop (for the same issue), I was told that, in order for them to check it out, I would have to agree to pay another $164.00 diagnostic fee. After I agreed to pay the fee, they brought the truck into the shop (with the check engine light still on), to check it out. Approximately 30 to 40 minutes later, the manager (or who appeared to be the manager), came and told me that he was getting a misfire from one of the cylinders, but after clearing the code he couldn't find anything wrong with the truck. I told him that I was getting two codes instead on one, but he advised me that he was only getting one code. He continued by telling me he found a problem, and in the same sentence, told me that he couldn't find nothing wrong with the truck, I couldn't understand that! However, he advised me that because the job/parts were under warranty, he would change out the part that was responsible for the misfire. He also stated that he would also try a gas treatment after changing out the part. After he mention the gas treatment, I told him that I had added a can of gas treatment to the truck the very same day he did the repair. He then stated to me that the gas treatment I added was the cause of the problem. Remind you, I use the same cleaner the dealership used in my truck twice before, also it's been several weeks and several tanks of gas (I went through), leading up to that moment. Also, the whole time I was driving the truck (with the gas treatment in it), the check engine light has not came on once. Anyhow, he told me he was going to speak with his technician and get back to me. When he came back, he handed me back my keys and told me that the gas treatment was the problem. He didn't even bother to change out the part he found that was doing the misfiring, the part that I paid over $3,000.00 for, which was still under warranty. He told me that he wasn't planning to charge me. Are you freaking kidding me, charge me for what?! A job that he never did! He never worked on the truck, he never changed out the part he told me had the misfire, as a matter of fact, the minute I left the property and got out on the main road, the engine light came back on! If there are any veteran reading this post, beware!

I was very disappointed with both dealerships they basically told me "Too Bad" we are booked! I found Don's and was at the service center 1st thing the next morning without an appointment or speaking with anyone. They also were fully booked with appointments but given my circumstances took my car in and diagnosed and repaired the same day! They saved our vacation! Woody and these guys are exceptional! I was shocked at the low cost of the repair, Range Rover would've charged twice that much to just to diagnose!

Here is my Google review: Since there is a text limit on google reviews I decided to screenshot my…read morereview and add it to the images. Now... To respond to the Shop owner... It's genuinely astonishing that after 42 years in business, this is the level of professionalism and maturity displayed -- both in workmanship and in communication. I truly hope you keep your original response public, because it perfectly illustrates exactly what I and others have had to deal with. Rather than taking accountability, your reply is defensive, condescending, and riddled with petty digs -- including one directed at my girlfriend, which is incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary. You speak as though you're above your customers, yet your response shows the opposite: a lack of ownership, a lack of basic courtesy, and an apparent inability to address valid concerns without resorting to belittlement. To clarify a few things: First, regarding the bumper damage, I actually contacted AAA well before your response was posted and apologized for initially assuming the damage happened at your shop. I've attached proof of that conversation to show that I took responsibility for the misunderstanding -- something your response could stand to learn from. I asked AAA for the before photos of my truck because the after photos -- the ones taken at your shop -- did not match what I saw in person. Even the AAA agent reviewing the photos agreed the damage was not clearly visible in the second image. So while I admitted my mistake, your response takes a moment for grandstanding rather than simply acknowledging the confusion and moving on. As for the state of my truck -- residue left by your "highly trained technicians," mixed-up keys, and receiving the wrong invoice -- you dismiss it all with excuses. A truly professional business would acknowledge the oversight, apologize, and ensure it doesn't happen again. Instead, your response just reinforces the lack of accountability I experienced in person. Regarding the fuel: you claim the $20 in gas was necessary to flush the system, yet 5+ gallons for that task seems questionable without further detail. You also mention recalibrating the onboard computers -- but system recalibration is generally necessary only when components like new injectors are installed. Since that wasn't disclosed, I have every right to question what was actually done. Ultimately, I'm relieved I'll never have to return to this shop. This experience has been nothing short of a lesson in how not to treat customers. For anyone reading this: my original review and the owner's response speak for themselves. If you value professionalism, accountability, and basic respect -- you may want to look elsewhere.

I can't say enough good things about Ramon and Jamal at Royal Motors North…read more I brought my Mercedes in with a very difficult, intermittent electrical issue that multiple shops couldn't figure out. The car would randomly shut off, throw warnings, and then restart -- the kind of problem most shops avoid or give up on. Ramon and Jamal didn't. They took the time to actually diagnose the issue, listened to the full history of the car, and were patient and methodical instead of just throwing parts at it. Their electrical knowledge and problem-solving skills really showed here. Once the root cause was identified and addressed, the car has been running exactly as it should. What impressed me most was their honesty, communication, and professionalism throughout the process. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and made sure the fix made sense. No pressure, no guessing, just solid work. If you own a Mercedes or any European car and want a shop that truly knows what they're doing -- especially with complex electrical problems -- Ramon and Jamal are the people you want working on your car. I'm extremely grateful for their help and wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back or recommend them to anyone. Thank you both -- outstanding work.

I just got an answer from supposed to be Liza the owner, thank you for replying back to my review,…read morebut if you have the video, you most be looking at the wrong video. Can you post the video so everyone can see the video or tell everyone the truth who got hostile? It was not me, I asked him to answer my question and he just decided to kick me out? Because he knew that I got him trying to scam me. Please ask the client that was sitting in your lobby who got hostile. I spoke to him outside and he also did not like how your Brazilian friend acted who now is not the owner or not related to the owner. I kept asking him the same question and all he was telling me was to get out of his office. That I acted hostile, let's talk to the other employee sitting behind the counter that was in the office with his face pale because he could not say much. Lady I am a business owner and if I see one of my employees speaking to someone the way he spoke to me, he would be working somewhere else. You cannot do anything to your Brazilian friend because he has a stake in the business and I also saw another review saying the same thing that happened to me. This is something that is normally done in that shop. But now you're turning the table by saying that I got hostile . I also do remember very well what I wrote on the first post. But for whatever reason you guys did appeal or told Yelp to take it down. If you support this type of behavior in your supposed to be shop, the only thing I will wish you is the best of luck. If you need to speak to me please call my surgical center at 407-459-7542 in my medical center that I own, I would not tolerate anyone speaking the way he spoke to me. He was not doing me a favor neither he is NOT the only mechanic in Orlando. Again I ended up taking my sons car to Fields BMW dealership in Orange Blossom Trail and they treated me with a lot of respect they understood my concerns and they took the time to answer all the questions I had. My experience with Mike in the Service department was extremely positive and professional. I ended up saving time and a little bit of money. The only reason why I went to see you was because a friend recommended two shops around the Lake Nona are which is not to far from my house and I ended up there but after my interactions with your shop and telling the person who made the referral he decided not to make any more recommendations, because he does know who I am. I would not like anyone disrespecting me or any of my family members. There are many ways to speak to someone without disrespecting a person. If your staff is not train or your business partners, again I wish them the best of luck. You have my office number you can call me between 9 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday and ask for Eric, I am the only Eric in that surgical center. Again thank you for replying back and for trying to turn the tables, but is all good. Many more negatives reviews you will have for sure if you're not truthful to what's really happening and not addressing the issues the right way. I will like to see what would you write to defend those reviews and not addressing the problem correctly and honestly, please read all your negative reviews from your business that has in Google and in Yelp and the name of Ramon you would see and not other or another name you will be able to read many times, this will tell anyone that you cannot do much. again best of luck and many blessing to you and your family.
