From day one I found the staff to be sincere, friendly, and brilliantly knowledgeable of anatomy and a myriad of techniques to restore flexibility and strength. I had no idea there would be such a variety of exercises one could do to get the complicated muscles and tendons of my shoulder to begin working well together again. They carefully track every session I do in great detail and frequently add a new movement or exercise which I can do at home on the days I don't go in to their studio. The supervisor is always available and I was impressed that he has a doctorate degree in physical therapy, and at the end of each session he carefully manipulates my recovering arm and shoulder to track progress in flexibility and sensation. Currently they are working with me on my shoulder and neck. Shout out to Rebekah (Bekah) at the front desk who is so welcoming, kind and funny. Then there is Kylie with the long brown hair and freckles. Kylie is bright and gets me through my exercises. I call her a little butterfly as she is constantly moving around taking care of her clients. Kylie is and she is always rooting for me and makes sures I am always in correct form. Same for Courtney, who is always quick to come and correct my form and has a great personality. Lastly, there is Gary, who is my physical therapist and one of the owners who sees me after my workout to massage and stretch the neck. All in all, this place is amazing. But after my first appointment I was ready to come back. The therapy that Debbie, the hand therapist, was excellent! She was informative, caring, funny and really attempted to get to know me. I truly felt like she was a very genuine person. The facility appeared to be very laid back. I constantly heard staff saying hello to patients as if they actually remembered them from previous appointments - which is a nice feeling. I was poor, very little money and he had me work for my PT work but the work i did and the time I did would not even of paid for a burger. He was the driving force today why I have been successful with my businesses and why I help people out who need help! Ed Stroman is the Who's Who and a great Man, human being, and a great person. I can not put in words how he changed my life. On a side note Paul Johnson was also apart of that and the same can be said about him and those two men are more man than most men in a town alone! I wish those two men nothing but great things in life!
