Iove their matcha lattes, the salads, the gluten free sourdough, the quinoa wafers, cucumber chips and almond butter toast. What truly keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. Every visit, I've received excellent customer service. Ryan, Olivia, Rachel, and Jehova have all been wonderful. I know I'm forgetting a few names, but honestly, everyone who has helped me there has been great. I believe Jehova is the manager, and i can tell he stays on top of everything and genuinely cares about both the employees and the customers. One thing I have noticed, however, is a high amount of turnover, especially among the managers. That doesn't reflect very well on the ownership not being able to retain their good employees, because the employees are a huge part of what makes this business successful.

The aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the space and really enhances the whole vibe of the café. Aloden delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Aloden, for truly elevating our experience at Parakeet Café!

Everyone, especially my dad because it was his first experience (and he's picky) loved the food, coffee drinks and liquid therapy! The 6 adults (me included) easily finished the pitcher of mimosas, we chose the pomegranate lemonade. Don't even get me started on all the specialty coffees and teas that are amazing and come with art! Everyone loves tea or coffee in my family, my go to is the Blue planet because I love spuralina but I got the yummy Chaggaccino (see photo). My dad loved his espresso! My nephews have returned for the 3rd time and one has some dietary restrictions and was happy they both devoured the strawberry chocolate pancakes. I'm vegan and so happy this is a brunch place that has numerous options instead of 1-2 choices at most other establishments. Super happy with they use JustEgg to make an egg dish vegan friendly! I had the pesto quesadilla with black beans and rosemary potatoes, it was delicious. Can't remember our servers name but she easily a group 6 adults, an almost 15 yo and an 11 yo. She returned to the table several times to ask if we needed refills, another drink and how we were enjoying everything. I feel it was a victory for me that I got my parents hooked on this place and they both loved the food! I love taking people here! Than you Naked Cafe and staff for a wonderful birthday brunch yesterday !

It's one of my favorite spots because the staff always make you feel taken care of, and the quality of the meals keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, during my last visit there was a homeless man who came inside with feces on his shoes, and the smell was extremely strong. I truly feel bad for the situation he's in, but it made the environment really difficult to sit in and ended up making us lose our appetite. We actually had to leave because of it. I hope this can be handled in a compassionate but practical way so customers can continue to enjoy the great food and service that Naked Cafe provides.

I am very disappointed with this place and the staff, the staff acted like I wasn't there, they just didn't notice me.

It's an okay brunch spot at best…read more The attention for this place is driven by dishes catered towards Instagram and eating with your eyes, not the actual experience of eating with your hands and mouth. It's tough to get a table for a weekend noon. I booked our reservation a few weeks ahead of time. Parking is either near the train tracks across the street or on the curb. We got the egg dish and salad bowl. The yogurt for the eggs was deliciously spiced; dipping in the toasted bread into the gooey poached egg, creamy yogurt, and herbs was delicious! My issue with this dish were the herbs that were too large. Was I expected to stick a big piece of herb on my toast? The dish is saucy with the chili oil so my clothes were dirty with the oil covered herbs. Chop the herbs smaller for practicality! Another dish suffered from the execution. We got the bowl which I thought was going to be a grain bowl. Rather, it was a ridiculously-sized salad--as much leaves as a pack from the grocery store! There were toppings within like slices of avocado, pieces of orange, farro, and nuts. I felt like I was trying to treasure hunt to look for these pieces. The salad was comically oversized. It was dressed fine but suffered from the portion size. You could see this theme with the French toast too where you get 1/3 of a baked bread. I'm honestly confused by this chef who has amazing experience. Why do you construct dishes that are difficult and impractical to eat? Less is more. These dishes need extensive edits. How this place got Bib Gourmand is honestly surprising to me.
