Also, we were quoted $83 over the phone and when we got in to pick our dog up, the hill was $126, the manager gave us a lousy $15 discount... Never again!

Dustin was fantastic -- friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or give extra guidance. Our puppy made huge progress socializing thanks to him. The store itself is well stocked, and order pickup is always easy and reliable, which I really appreciate. My only complaint is the cleanliness. There always seems to be miscellaneous trash on the floors, likely from other customers, but it means I'm practicing "leave it" and "drop it" way more than necessary with a curious puppy. Overall, great training experience and solid store -- just hoping they improve floor cleanliness.

Tyler is the best trainer and can always work with people to develop the skills they need to have their dogs be well behaved and happy. He is great at finding unique solutions to even the strangest of "problem behaviors." Whenever I know anyone who gets a new canine family member, I always recommend training with Tyler! Tabby is the groomer we see and she so nice! She always discusses what kind of services and haircut my dog will get to make sure it's the best options for him and she understands the look/function I am looking for. She is very patient with my dog and I know I can trust her to take good care of him when I drop him off for grooming! The store is also great, with so many options, and I like the Treats reward program because it does provide more cost savings than many other rewards programs.

She was such a handful, and it wasn't until we started sending her to daycare at Wags a few times a week that we felt like we were able to breathe again. Wags does an excellent job with their daycare dogs! There is plenty of land for them to run around in, and we never had to worry about dogs being unsupervised or getting into fights. The check-in process was easy, and the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. She even gave us tips on finding the right kind of crate for her at home based on their observations at daycare. Most importantly, our puppy absolutely loved coming here. One time she ran out of our house when my mother-in-law accidentally left the door open while unloading groceries, and we eventually found her sitting inside the car hoping to be brought to Wags! Thanks to Wags for taking such good care of our girl.

I could see my dogs were happy and the grooming details were perfect. The hour drive is easy and worth it. While waiting I witnessed many happy clients picking up their dogs and a great doggie daycare environment. The boarding kennel area featured large spaces and was spotless. Highly recommend!

Picked up a 40oz bag of it, my rabbit's usual bedding, and my rabbit's usual treat for the same price I pay for it online (and, actually, it was $10 cheaper because they were having a small critter sale). While this won't become a regular stop for me, it was a quick experience made pleasant by the very friendly woman cashing me out!

Loki isn't great about cat carriers, and he is one of those cats that you think loves you until he claws out... So Lindsey was the groomer and, while I was fearful that Loki might act up - she reported that he was the best. (I privately wondered if maybe she switched him... but once at home he was the same). He had a dry wash and brush - and his coat is awesome and he smells great - plus his nails are nicely trimmed. Yay! My only downside was a lack of understanding how the process works - and check out was a bit slow.
