They took what was the tired 13-year-old Fiat coupe with 69,000 miles on it. And they basically turned it into a new vehicle that has 2500 miles on the tires up restoration. Consumables were replaced, marginal items were replaced, new rubber and tuning the engine and the drivetrain. And because they did such a fantastic job it made sense for us to continue forward we had the interior redone and a European retrofitted screen that's actually built for the Fiat 500s. Wouldn't have done that if the work didn't turn out as good as it did. Just took it in the other week for an annual physical. One of the senior guys drove my car in to the facility and he said "she's got something knocking under there". (Nothing I ever heard but guess what? he hit it right on the head. And even that was under the warranty for the work that they had done. I would also add if it wasn't covered the price that was going to appear on the invoice was minuscule for parts and labor no arguments! The hell with comfort I'm driving it out to California to see my daughter this year! I believe the $$$ tab came just slightly over the Blue book value of the car. I couldn't be more thrilled. We talked about a lot of things here a lot of work that's been done on this car please if you have questions talk to them they'll welcome your inquiry and I don't want to mislead anyone. Car was brought in for a built motor and turbo kit, upon pickup…read moreAlex roy the owner told me the car had issues communicating ecutek and the motiv reflex, he sounded very knowledgable so i believed him. He told me he had already contacted both parties and they told him a solution will come out in the next week, this was the start of june. Started sending Alex emails two weeks later asking him if any update was done for a solution. Keep in mind the car had zero power. maybe 100whp while he said it once made over 700 wheel. Told him I was getting a drivetrain light and car had a long crank. I waited and worked with him patiently for 3 months for him to attempt to tune it, it would not get any faster and he told me the issue with ecutek and motiv was not solved. I had been in contact with both companies and they told me there was no such issue. The entire time i kept asking Alex about the drivetrain light and all symptoms were leading towards a spun crankhub which this motor had a upgraded crankhub installed by performance eurowerks. He told me it just sounds like a sensor, took his word and changed the sensor on my dime, nothing changed. Gave up on working with him because he always took too long to respond and nothing was happening. Felt waiting over 3+ months was being patient enough. I removed his tune from the car and guess what crankhub codes, which i never had prior because it seems to me that Alex tuned the codes out so the car wouldnt go into limp mode. Once removing his tune it was extremely clear the car had a spun hub as now the codes showed and the long crank, limp mode, not being able to go over 3k rpm etc. Took it to a nearby shop and it had a spun crankhub due to the crankhub not being drilled to the shaft correctly, as well as the crankbolt was not tightened at all. This experience costed me over 10k dollars and Alex is unwilling to take any resposibility. he is a very smooth talker and loves to shift the blame on anyone but himself. This car should have never left his shop as the work was not done correctly and the car was not ready for pickup. But at the end of the day this is what happened to the car and a crankhub install is upposed to be permanent. I sent him pics of the car apart and the crankhub and he will not take any responsbility. pictures are attached. While Alex is a very smooth talker and knowledgable he is not honest and will not stand behind his work, avoid this shop at all cost.

They had done a tire rotation and when I returned to let them know about the light, I was treated like garbage. All the men that work there are rude AF. They seemed annoyed I returned. Jiffy lube told me to take my car to a tire shop. Anyways Dakota informed me that it could be the sensor, tire slowly losing pressure and talked to me in detail about how to proceed as my car is 12 years old. They also told me how I can save money & the costs of replacing the sensor, labor & were sooooo kind!! I asked if they could help drill my side bumper as well which they said they could do. They don't do full body work. This is close to my home which is another convenience. They have the sweetest quotes on their billboard by the entrance.
