Pammy's Place catered the baby shower we had (we picked up the food). There are not enough positive adjectives to describe what a truly FANTASTIC job they did!! We had a waffle station (with lots of toppings), scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins and bagels (with cream cheese). I also had their salad with ranch and crispy chicken. This is my go-to when I wake up extremely hungry and crave something a bit greasy. Their bagels are fresh and the sandwiches are massive. They have so many unique breakfast sandwiches to choose from, and everything is customizable when ordering online. It's very easy to order ahead and pick up from the drive-thru window or from the shelf inside. read more

Amazing little place!! Drove around the back of the plaza, past the dumpsters, right into a hidden drive thru! Ordered a Cowboy Buck with a hash brown (on it). Now let me tell you, I've travelled around the world, and eaten some delicious breakfasts, but this was certainly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever tasted in my life! Wowzers!! Real, fresh-cooked, soft bagel with tiny pieces of jalapeno baked in. Perfectly cooked hamburg with deli-quality monterey jack cheese melted all over. Eggs scrambled, but also layered to give that eggy bite without scrambled egg falling out everywhere. Just a bit of cream cheese to keep it all together. The juice drinks seemed homemade, fresh, and cold. The service from the kind and quick staff was nothing but excellent. I'm rating that sandwich at a 9.5, and that is the highest I've ever rated a breakfast, nevermind a sandwich. They're open until 2pm for all those second, and third shifters. I love love love Pammy's place. I've been here a few times the past month and each time is just wonderful. You place your order at the counter and they bring it over to you when ready. They even have a drive through for to go orders. They do only give you your food out of takeout containers even if you are dining in. That is my only complaint and the one thing preventing me from giving this place five stars. If I'm going out for breakfast I really don't want to be using plastic silverware and styrofoam containers. That being said, the food is DELICIOUS. Our table ordered waffles with strawberries and cream, eggs Benedict, and home fries with sausage gravy. The Benedict was to die for and I would have eaten two orders of those home fries if I could. Service is great and the coffee is yummy. This place is a must try. read more

Absolutely love this place, just found it today for breakfast and will continue to come back. It is nothing fancy, but it is amazing food and drinks. All food is served in to-go containers even when you eat-in but that is the best part, you can take home the left overs because the portion sizes are pretty large! The negative reviews for this place don't make sense to me, I think Pammy's does a great job and I will be coming back to try lunch! read more

The setting and eating area was perfect. Nothing negative to say about it. The parking area was clean. It was in a new plaza and has drive thru option which I noticed after the fact. I ordered a breakfast burrito. Not sure if the actual name, my wife ordered it for me and my wife had the skinny bagel that wasn't so skinny. Not of our options were very good in size and taste. My two sons had the "scramblers" maybe. It had eggs with sausage and homefries. The amount of eggs were on the flimsy amount. I thought it was very little with maybe two small sausage links sliced thing. What took away from a 5 star location was the hospitality. It was kind of "dry". Like pure business. Amazing, fresh and piping hot food. My egg Irish onion bagel had different contrast of crunch and textures, not just a bland breakfast sandwich. Give them a try. The only thing I would change was that everything was packaged in to-go items, but I'm guessing that is COVID-19 fault. Staff was extremely friendly and the place was super clean. Very nice breakfast place I do know they have other foods I've only gone in the morning it is a big spot for teenagers so you do sometimes have to wait in the line but it's totally worth it I go for an açai bowl and an ice coffee but I've heard great things about their power lemonades and their breakfast waffles I cannot wait to try more of their menu!! My daughter and I come in for breakfast on occasion before school. It's our favorite place to eat in the general area. The staff is friendly, the food is amazing, and the portions are large. We usually have food to bring home for an after school snack. I always grab a gluten free baked good for my husband on my way out and he's so happy! read more

First time walking into Pammy's Place and I had the sense of confusion. The menu is pretty much right in front of you and from the looks of the menu it was pretty sporadic and disorganized. My eyes didn't know where to even look it was so busy. No greeting no one said welcome! you walk in and cricket's. At first I didn't even know where to order from you had to walk into a side hallway to even see a person which was odd. Usually the cashier is facing the entryway to greet and say hello to guests as they enter. I saw a written sign for Avocado Toast with Salmon. I ordered that and caramel cold brew. They asked for my name for the order gave them my name and proceeded to sit down. A bunch of guests walked in after us so we were the first to order. Timing is everything you want to get a drink to the guest under 3min and food under 15min. Since this is a breakfast brunch atmosphere guest come here for a quick intimate bite to eat or a 30 min lunch break so time is everything. We got our order pretty quickly but the rest of the guest waited a little to long for their drinks and food. When guest get their food to late they start to think negatively about their experience. Presentation was just not it at all. They called the items name and then you say it's yours and they give a brown ugly lunch bag that you used in 1980 for school lunches. It's weird bc they take your name for the order for that exact reason and didn't use it. My avocado toast with salmon was a little to be desired. It was a soggy bread with no salmon on it. It was sad. Chocolate chip muffin delish. Cold brew was ok. Summary: I didn't feel anything from my visit that I would be back for a second time. I'll try them again in a month to get my final consensus on this brunch cafe. I'm planning to do monthly visit to many Fitchburg and Leominster local businesses to see who the best of the best are! read more

My son and I just stopped here to try out the new place. After looking at the menu for a few minutes we walked up to the window to order. A woman was on the phone so we waited and then she hung up the phone did something else and then answered another phone call while we stood in front of her. We decided to leave. As we were walking out the woman came from behind the order window and said, "Sir, I was just about to wait on you." I turned and said, "We're all set." She then sarcastically responded, "You have a nice day now." With that kind of attitude we won't be back. read more

Got the small fruity acai bowl...so yummy! The fruit was the freshest fruit I've had in a loooong time. Loved to know how they keep the fruit so fresh so I can re-create this amazing creation at home. First time here... what a pleasant surprise! Friendly staff, and a cute atmosphere. Food is incredible! We tried the eggs Benedict, and the hollandaise was awesome, and it came on top of terrific home fries instead of English muffins. Breakfast quesadilla was huge and tasty. The food here is excellent. I especially love their acai bowls and burritos. I highly recommend this place for the food if you can get past how rude, judgmental, and miserable all of the workers are. They throw the food down on the table in a paper bag and walk off miserably. They will judge you for what you order. And although they have gluten free options I suggest staying away just because of their blunt disrespect about celiacs vs just being gluten free. When headed to the bathroom I could hear employees in back talking about how people shouldn't choose to eat gluten free unless they have celiacs and how annoying it is for them. A welcoming environments with kind staff goes a long way for me and they just don't give you that experience. Regardless of the disrespect and attitude from employees, the food keeps me coming back. read more
