I've been to so many shops in Palmdale and this one really took the cake! I get gel manicure and pedicures and keep my nails short and every place had an issue doing cool designs on my short nails except them. Almost 5 stars!!! It was very easy to make a (last minute) appointment, calling the day before. Checked in & they helped me right away. I didn't get the gentleman's name but I asked for a short chrome acrylic set & absolutely loved how they came out. He was very gentle and attentive to me. Towards the end of my service he filed a little too much on the side of my nail and ended up cutting me other than that absolutely loved my time there from start to almost finish, it was very quiet and relaxing in the salon. read more

I've been here a couple of times for gel x . Both times were subpar, however there aren't many options in the AV. Well today sealed the deal and I won't be back . I asked for gel builder and gel mani and pedi. The cost was 127.00 and by the time I got home the gel was off my toe nail and my mani was bumpy with air pockets . Ivy is the owner and consistently has an attitude. I came back to have them fix it and I am currently waiting . I think the products the use are cheap but they charge L.A. prices . It's a waste of time and money . Go elsewhere. Update : I was asked if I wanted a different color because they blamed the nail polish. She proceeded to remove all the gel and I said no and asked for refund . Only said she'd give 25.00 back. I said I was here for 2 hours and now you want me to sit here again while you redo both mani and pedi ? She said yes because they spent the time doing the service . Then she said I can choose from some ugly colors because the brand I originally went with peels. I know she doesn't know what she's doing because as you can see if the pictures the gel didn't cure correctly, which can cause other issues . So it might be the lamp. Either way it was total WASTE of Ivy admitted that it's happened to others . This place is just bad business all around . I will dispute the charges because the people here are zero help. There's is no more consideration for the customer and these people have no problem offering inferior products. Update : as you can see the reply from Vincent who I've never seen before before talk about the 2 hours of service he or Ivy posing as Victor failed to say that Ivy runs between clients so yes that causes the customer to be there longer as well as her talking on the phone. There were other people at the salon and I paid when I first got it done . Victor /Ivy is also failing to mention that the polish they use has been problematic as mentioned by Ivy yet she didn't pull it from the shelf or even warn me that that particular brand has issues . She keep saying that I can I return within 7 days if it happened again. . The whole point of gel polish is to make less frequent trips to the salon. Then victor trying t say I have ingrown nails or thick callus is untrue but that speaks to their integrity and professionalism. Another thing I noticed was that the machine they are supposed to use to sterilize the tools is full of dishes and the 2 hours I was there was never turned on . Maybe the health department might be interested in checking it out . read more

I was asked to PREPAY for my services (pedi and acrylic overlay) and when I asked why they said because they were closing the register (it was about to be closing time) but the lady next to me hadn't payed yet either. I let it go and paid and when I was done I saw that the lady still paid AFTER her services. I am Mexican and she was a white lady. Why was it necessary for me to pay before my services were even done. Needless to say I won't be back and work done was mediocre at best. I did confront the lady and let her know that it did not look right, she insisted it had nothing to do with race. Yeah okay :) read more
