Jill and her helpers did an amazing job setting up the the decor, arranging the snack corner. They came in as promised 1.5 hour before the start of the party and set up everything within no time.Jill's attention to detail amazed me, I could not have imagined anyone else doing such a great job.We had a frozen theme and both my kids were in total awe from the beginning to the end of the party.The tiny guests and moms who accompanied them also enjoyed every bit of it. My 4 year old totally believed that Elsa came from Arrendale. Best part for me was that I did not have to do any set up or clean up. My wife found this place online when looking for a venue for our daughters 4th birthday. We checked the packages and first thing came to mind was "Wait, you get all that for how much?". We called to verify and we're shocked that that was the case. Another doubt came up though shortly after. "I bet the pictures aren't really a good representation of what you get". Again, very pleasantly surprised. If anything the pictures on the website do not do this place justice! Seeing my daughters reaction when she walked in to her Little Pony party room was priceless. I had my daughters birthday here yesterday and my husband was the first to get there when he arrived the name on the screen was a different one so they were still trying to change things over for my daughters party. The venue was very cute however I had to approach the girls to introduce myself that were the hostesses Kayla and I forgot the other girls name and they didn't really show us where things were or how to work it like the coffee, tea, bathroom etc. We just had to figure it out. I felt they lacked the "party" in birthday party. They were just there to do their job. My daughter wasn't really being tended too as the birthday girl. I thought working around children they'd be more excited or just show some type of excitement. But they just went through the routine they had. I felt at times I was almost a bother in asking where things were. There was a mishap with what we ordered with the candy buffet because for the smaller package you don't get it but I added it on. I expected more in driving an hour away and the amount of money I paid to have this party. My daughter and her friends did enjoy themselves. As a parent watching and wanting some rest from throwing a party and I could have done a better job and get the girls excited to be at a spa. read more

I can't say enough about how incredible Jill and her staff are and what an amazing party we had for my daughter's 6th birthday. I am a Pinterest and Etsy addict, and I typically spend ridiculous amounts of time and money putting on my daughter's parties at my home. This year, I knew I couldn't take it on with our busy schedule. A quick Yelp search brought me to Pampered Parties. We are set on having a fairy party, and Jill hadn't done one before and was so excited to dive in. I was able to pull in some fun details, like homemade wands and water bottle labels, and she did literally everything else. It was perfect down to every detail, from fairy houses adorning a table made to look like grass, to a fairy queen that taught the girls how to dance and crowned them fairy princesses. We all had the best time, the best part being me getting to relax and enjoy the party. We had a wonderful experience at Pampered Parties. Our girls attended a Spa Party, which included nail painting, pedi and facials, plus a bookmark craft and photo booth! They were served popcorn, cupcakes and punch in personalized cups! Jill was a lovely hostess, as was her teen helper! The girls felt so special getting pampered! I recently had Pampered Parties host a party for my daughter, and without a doubt, it was the best party she has ever had! Every girls was engaged and having fun from the minute they walked in our door to the party's conclusion. My Diva and her friends had so much fun dressing up in the sparkly clothes and then they sang their hearts out on the Karaoke machine! The girls loved the photo booth, and all of the girls took home several sheets of fun photos. Pampered Parties truly thought of everything! The decor was amazing and included table linens (not the throw away kind), chargers & plates, fancy glasses, and a table canopy complete with chandelier that transformed my ordinary house into an astonishing party palace! Personalized gifts for each of the girls in attendance were a huge hit and they also served as place cards at the table. My daughter was thrilled to find that even the water bottles were labeled just for her special day. As a frazzled mom, the best part of the whole party for me, was working with Pampered Parties owner, Jill. After booking the party, all I had to do was provide a list of names of the girls who would attend and Pampered Parties took care of EVERYTHING else! Jill had amazing ideas that were perfect for my daughter's age (7) and it was clear right from the start that this would not be any average party! Jill's attention to detail made me feel comfortable and secure. Pampered Parties took care of all the set-up and clean-up, which left me able to enjoy my daughters special day. Visit their new VENUE in Livermore! I've photographed many parties hosted by Pampered Parties. The owner Jill creates the most elegant custom gift boxes, snack bowls, and drinking cups with the children's names. Her hostesses do a great job on hair, make-up and face paintings. They're great with girls aging 3-13. The kids always love the candy buffet. My favorite themed party is the Diva and the Spa party! Even I feel like I'm in Disneyland when the princess's knock on the door. I'm anxiously waiting for the adult diva party to launch. Overall the girl i brung enjoyed the thought of being at a spa , and the setup inside was everything for a little girl. But honestly speaking the service was boring they did not talk with the girls while they did there nails or feet , actually one of the ladies her name started with a "M" she talked them through the facials and she asked about school and things but It was really a dull moment and I'm not sure why it was like this for the price you pay, i expected them to be more involved with the little girls keeping them engaged . They started cleaning up before/by 8:30 everything seemed rushed then we helped them apply the facials while the girls who worked stood there doing nothing, it could've been better they should have a game plan for time managemen, then they charged me for 3 kids that didn't come who names i didn't give cause i couldn't think of 8 girls to bring only 5 it was little things I'm just glad my daughter enjoyed getting her nails and feet done everything else was honestly just a waist for the money. read more

Wow!! My 4 year old daughter and her friends had phenomenal Frozen party just yesterday 6/29/14. Jill and team organized the party very very nicely. Everything about the party was amazing. Few highlights 1. They were on time to setup the Frozen theme before guests arrival 2. Didn't rush to end the party, 3. Very very patient will all the kids and guests 4. My daughter, guests, and all the parents were amazed and delighted by the decorations, setup, and activity stations for the girls. There was a dress up station for the photo booth too. I loved the high attention to detail that elevated the experience from the classic table setting with real porcelain tea cups, plates, and silverware, personalized everything so there's no confusion of cups, and the cake shaped like a tea pot just crowned the day. My 6-year-old's My Little Pony themed party was fantastic! This was the best birthday party we've had. Every detail was perfect. All the girls had a blast. It was so easy to plan and no work for me at all. It's the kind of party I've always wanted to have for my little girl and Jill exceeded my expectations!!! OMG! Jill put on an amazing SPA party for my 8 year old! If you want attention to detail, full service, and no stress then a party with Pampered Parties is worth every penny. My daughter also needed accommadations as she can't have Gluten, so Jill made sure the treat and snack bar had gluten free treats for Liv to nosh worry free. I had to make the Gluten-Free birthday cake (but I enjoy that) and Jill took off a little bit of the bill to accommodate us. After recentely trying to contact the owner, we found she had moved to the bay area and was no longer in the El Dorado region. On our daughter Xsenia's 5th Birthday we hired Pampered Parties to come to our house and setup a Royal Ball party for several girls and boys. It was incredible! Not just for the kids but for all the parents involved. It was a great time for all. The decoration and props were just like a real Royal Ball for the guest A hair salon, manicure, tea party, and a real coronation. The music was incredible, the service was excellent. I randomly found Pampered Parties online while searching for ideas for my daughter's 7th birthday. The photos on the website sold me right away as did all of the great yelp reviews. Initially I was a bit concerned about the price but when you see the amount of work that goes into your event, how fantastic it turns out, and how much the girls will LOVE it you'll know it was all well worth it. Jill responded to my e-mail right away. I always think there's something to say for being prompt. Our meeting went very well. She thoroughly explained everything that is included in the price and other things that are optional. I elected to have one of the optional crafts (decorating compact mirrors.) She also brought a slide show presentation for me to see additional photos that aren't on the website. After the initial meeting Jill sent a detailed invoice and day-of-the-party instructions. Jill was in contact with me before the event in order to secure last minute details that were needed before the party. I really felt like I was in good hands and the attention to detail was much appreciated. Jill and the hostesses do an amazing job transforming your home into the Diva event. Everything from the stage, catwalk, cafe tables, karaoke, candy bar, hair and make-up chairs, photo booth, clothing rack & accessory area. It really looked amazing. And the look on all of the girls' faces was priceless. Jill and her team keep the girls very busy for two hours. Overall I had a great experience working with Jill prior to the event and the actual day of the event. The money we spent was well worth it. It truly was an amazing event. Pampered Parties is the most organized, fun, EASY, and special Party EVER! My daughter and her friends were amazed by every detail. Watching the children "spa" was so much fun and not having to lift a finger was very special! I really enjoyed the party and did not stress at all. Just finished a birthday party for my 6yr daughter and her 11 friends. We chose the Ice Princess theme. What can I say, Pampered parties hit the mark. The entire day can be described by 1 word. AWESOME. Awesome Decorations, Awesome activities, awesome snacks, and a totally awesome Ice Princess who was right out of a Disney book and made every kid smile from ear to ear. We had our daughter's birthday organized with Jill. For her 5th birthday my daughter asked for "My little Pony" theme party. It was hard to find proper party supplies and character for this theme let alone complete party place. And to my surprise I found this place in my neighborhood. Jill has an amazing place, great imagination, right supplies with very helping and happy staff to cater. It was a huge win for us. My daughter loved every bit of it from dance party, to photo booth to tea party. Except for a small mixed up in our menu (which Jill has already apologies for) I had absolutely nothing to complain about. My daughter celebrated her 10th birthday party in San Francisco last weekend and it was absolutely magical with Jill from Pampered Parties... Jill is super organized - even brought her own chairs !, gracious, great with kids and her daughter, Lindsey and friend Sonia were equally amazing. I highly recommend Pampered Parties - the girls has such a great time - they were talking about it for days afterwards... our place was so well decorated, and the girls were kept busy getting pedis, facials, getting their hair done, chatting around the incredible sweet bar with a fountain of punch !!
