I'm sorry but this place is seriously over priced. The owner tried to communicate beforehand and still, surprises at the end of the grooming sessions that there are many "add on" options. It sounds like they are trying to make money by charging customer more than the average price, since they know they don't really have lots of returning clients. If you take a look at their 5 star reviews are actually all from one to two years ago... On the flip side, the groom is average but not bad. She did a good job but for some reason, I don't think I experienced a good customer service when visiting their shop, and plus the overpricing, I won't be returning here for the next grooming for my pets. Maybe if you are going to add many options for the grooming package, try printing out a pricing quote so that the customers can remember as well. I hope my review is helpful. read more

DO NOT risk your dog at this travesty of a groomer! She has NO professional skill! Svetlana the owner/groomer permanently damaged my Cavalier's coat by cutting short the fur on his back DESPITE my specific instructions not to touch it in any way. Her clerk heard me tell her and afterwards said of Svetlana "I don't think she ever listens to clients' instructions". I gave fur 2 months to grow out in hopes that damage was not permanent. But it is still fuzzy and curly, instead of sleek and smooth. ANY true professional groomer knows not to cut Cavaliers' back fur. New grooming salon in area confirmed the damage today and owner said 25% of her business is former dissatisfied customers of Svetlana. read more

Horrible owner/groomer. I used to bring my Maltese here before it changed owners. Then Svetlana took over and I brought my dog to her, I thought I would the same great service. I was soooo wrong! She did not cut her hair as short as I wanted, and honestly I have done a better job at cutting my dog's hair. I found a new place to go to instead. Fast forward to this past weekend. My poor dog needed to be groomed asap. My new groomer was completely booked until January, so I decided to give this place a try. Besides, this had been my preferred place before Svetlana took over so I thought the first time was just one off. I was very wrong! Bottom line, don't go here! This is the first time I leave a review because I want everyone to know how bad this place is. My dog came out looking like just anyone cut her hair, not a groomer. Svetlana was just very rude and clearly does not know what she is doing. Never again! Next time, I'd rather do it myself if I can't get her in to see her normal groomer! read more

We moved to a new neighborhood about a year ago and had to find a new groomer for our Saint Berdoodle, Hugo. I went to Jamie at Pampered Paws and it was not only the shortest time a groomer has ever spent on him, but it was also one of his best haircuts!! He is a doodle mix and I don't like him cut like a poodle and she completely understands that. She exceeded my expectations and Hugo always leaves with a free treat from Jamie. Do not believe the good reviews for groomer Jamie or any other groomer not named SVETLANA. Those reviews refer to the previous owner. SVETLANA is the current owner and sole groomer and she is awful!! I tried to instruct her on how I wanted my mixed breed trimmed and she cut me off with an abrupt, rude "I know, I know". When I got her back, my poor dog had been sheered to the skin. Jamie and her staff have been wonderful to and groomed my very skittish, beloved pup a few times. Mr Bucky is elderly with very limited vision and is not the best with strangers but everyone is so kind to him. At first, we were extremely hesitant to even leave our beloved, feisty guy anywhere to be groomed but he refuses to let us trim his long hair anymore. After my groomer closed it's doors I was forced to find a new groomer/ location after going to the same groomer all of my pups life (5yrs). I take my boys, Atticus and Nigel to get their nails chipped. They are always very attentive to them especially my dog, Nigel. Nigel had a spinal cord injury which left him with limited function to his right hind leg. They are very careful when handling him which I like. read more

I cannot possibly say enough positive things about my first experience here!! Let me start with that they looked AMAZING, better than EVER!! I won't have to keep looking for a great groomer because this is the one! The shop is lovely, very clean and tidy and modern! The staff is amazing, and I'm not the only one who felt this way because it was written all over my 3 dogs faces! I have 2 senior Maltese (14 & 15, which kinda makes them special needs dogs since they are small, arthritic plus older and frail) and I have never seen them so relaxed walking into a grooming shop! Usually they are shaking terrible, clearly they had a good vibe from the start. Then I also have a pup, a Chihuahua (male) that is 1 year old, doesn't do well with meeting new people, hates baths and had never been to a groomer. He went right to the shop owner, no growling, no snapping, no snarling (and he is a snappy little guy) and no hesitation or fear! He seemed perfectly content with being there! I've been a small dog owner since I was 15, always have had Maltese which are the hardest to keep up with groomimgwise, and I've been to a number of groomers. My dogs are my CHILDREN (and I have human kids too), the most important thing to me is that I feel comfortable with a groomer, that my pups feel comfortable, that my pups are safe. I've seen their reactions to other groomers in the past, I have never seen them this content going into a grooming shop, much less a new shop that they don't know!! I ALWAYS read yelp reviews on a shop, and that's why I'm writing this lengthy review as I know that people want to know before they bring their fur babies to a shop that it is a safe one..well I am telling you that this is the one!! I've worked at vets, I've worked with rescue, I know dogs, I know their language and the signals they put out. I could see when I picked them up as well that they weren't nervous or shaking (which they have been in the past at other groomers). Their prices were extremely reasonable and affordable. The customer service was great, I wasn't at all nervous about leaving them at a new place (between them not looking nervous, the shop looking so welcoming and clean, and I could tell the owner genuinely loves and cares about dogs), just the whole vibe in general was great! I will be recommending to friends and family and I will be returning with my pups! read more

Took my long haired Shepard, Duke, here for the first time from a recommendation from my sister in law. I was so impressed! They were so kind and great with him. He wasn't as anxious as he normally is at grooming places. I think that says a lot about the staff. Dogs have are a great judge of character. He looked so beautiful and fluffy! My groomer was on vacation so I thought I would try this place. Wow was that a mistake. They did a terrible job on my dog! They shaved my dogs face down to the skin. She has never been to a groomer that does such horrible work. My poor dog was so distraught. They didn't even care when they were confronted with the result. I Will NEVER recommend this place. This was in January 2017. Then 8 months later they left me a message telling me that my dog is ready to be picked up. Seriously?? 8 months later. Get it together people! They can't even handle contacting the right owner. When I called them to tell them they contacted the wrong person because I didn't want a poor dog waiting there longer then they had to and to tell them to remove me from their records. I was given an attitude and called a B****! Nice business you're running there. Hopefully you don't take that hostility out on any of those poor dogs!! read more
