My dog when here and the people did not ask for a vaccination card. Odd? Ok that's a red flag? Not only That but I saw the person (by the way who looked like a butcher) drag my little dog in the back. She animal abused my dog and them started yelling at my dog and treated her awfully. Really can't stop crying and putting her in that situation. When I picked her up she was in a state of trauma. Literally I can't. Do not send your dog here if you care about them. read more

I brought my dog for grooming around 1pm and was told to go back 2:30. I came back 2:15 and they just started putting him on the table. My poor dog sitting in the cube for 2 hours for nothing. I received a call 2:45 to pick up my dog but the hair looks the same only his face changed and he has the ugliest haircut I've been seen and smell the same. I'm positive there's no bath and toothbrush but got charge $45 I'm so disappointed because this is only my second time. I was happy the first time but This is unacceptable. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I very clearly told the woman that I wanted 1.5 to 2 inches of fur left on my dog and everything else can be cut. He is a Bernedoodle, so he is part Bernese Mountain Dog and part Poodle. His fur was very long, so that's why I said 1.5 to 2 inches can stay on, and the rest can come off. I picked up my dog and immediately started crying. She SHAVED my dog. There is, at most, a quarter of an inch of fur left on my dog. I even told her when dropping off my dog that I still wanted him fluffy. I don't understand how shaving my dog means fluffy. I asked her what happened when I picked him up and told her again what I said to her when dropping him off, and she kept telling me that she used a number 5 blade. I asked her what a number 5 blade meant when I dropped him off and she said "short". I said to her when dropping him off, "I don't want him short, I want him fluffy with 1.5 to 2 inches of fur on him." The service she provided was NOT what I asked for. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and could not stop crying for a while, that is how upset I am. Please see the before and after photos and you will see why I am so upset. If you have a fluffy dog and still want them fluffy after a grooming session, DO NOT take them here. read more

I live in the complex above them and am consistently waking up to the sounds of dogs barking, whimpering, and crying as well as the people inside yelling at the dogs, being aggressive, and even yelling profanities at the dogs. This is a nearly daily occurrence and I am genuinely concerned about the well-being of the dogs being groomed here. It does not sound like it's just a couple of disobedient dogs, it seems like a lot, if not all of the animals being taken here are not being treated well. If you want your dog to be taken care of and treated properly DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. Please take them somewhere else that will treat them with care! read more

Very nice people; great grooming at a great price. The only "problem" (if you want to call it that) is that one of my guy's ear hair is cut a little shorter than the other but besides that I had a great experience with this groomer. I have a small dog (maltese toy poodle mix) and it was only $35 (cash or checks only). I was concerned that he might have a hard time because he is 12 years old and has congestive heart failure. I adopted him so I wasn't sure how he'd be. The last time I took him to get groomed it took 3 days for him to recover! They scheduled me first thing in the morning and he was done in about an hour and a half. He wasn't even shaking when I picked him up. I couldn't be happier! My neighbors have also taken their dogs to this groomer and they all had great things to say so that's how I decided to take him here. I just told my sister and she will be taking her dog here as well. I'm so happy to have found a place to take my old man! Btw, I read other reviews that said this place smelled and I can assure you it does not. The other reviewer might have gotten there during or after an anal gland expressing or something. That's all I can think of because it smelled great to me. This groomer has been here for a while and the decor might be a little outdated but I don't make decisions on how fancy a place looks. I'd rather pay for a great cut than for fancy design. read more

Very unprofessional and dirty, my dog was poorly shaved and I'm sure she wasn't cleaned correctly because about a week or so after service she had an ear infection in both ears, and the vet asked if she had recently been groomed because that can Happen with yorkies when not washed correctly ( due to too much water going in the ear) Very unpleased with the service. I have been taking my dog here for about six years now and I cannot imagine taking him anywhere else. Not only does Pink Poodle always make my dog look and smell amazing, but they always are looking out for his health by alerting me of anything they see that might be out of the norm. I was nervous about finding a good and tolerable groomer for my dog considering that he can be a little nippy with strangers, but Pink Poodle welcomed him and have taken care of him from the very first time I have taken him there. I stopped going to Pink Poodle because I took both of my dogs to Pink Poodle and the lady that cut their nails cut in too deep and my dog was bleeding a lot both of my dogs on different occasions.The first dog was Fancy my miniature pinscher she was bleeding an awful lot and we walked to Pink Poodle because it is close to our house. On our way home she had to walk 4 or 5 blocks bleeding a lot her blood got allover my hands and arms. Pink Poodle does not accept credit or debit cards. The ladies that work at Pink Poodle aren't friendly. read more

This was our first visit and I would absolutely recommend the Pink Poodle to everyone! The staff was friendly and very calming as my poodle was quite nervous. He came out looking great and he was given a bandana to wear! I do not know why anyone would go anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend this groomer! The place is clean and animals are not caged. I caution anyone who takes their pet here. On numerous occasions, I've heard complaints in the area about how they treat dogs here. Your pet may get yelled at, pushed down in order to make them sit and be told to "shut up or else". Conditions are not clean, and should you walk by to check on your pet, you'll most likely see them on a table and very uncomfortable. Exercise caution and ask for references before you take your pet here. Check with 311 if any complaints have been logged against this place. I took my dog in to get his haircut at Pink Poodle Dog Boutique. When I came to pick the dog up, the dog's tail was wrapped up as it was bleeding. The owner claimed the dog was moving too much and this is what happened as a result. First off, my dog is not an aggressive or hyper dog. Secondly, this was not his first time getting a haircut. It was not a small cut. His tail was continuously bleeding. How can someone be so careless????? HUMAN OR DOG, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!! Who knows how many times this has happened before, but ONE TIME IS TOO MANY!!!! NEVER AGAIN!! read more

No place to park, disorganized staff, unsafe environment. I went there on a recommendation because its closer to my home than the other groomer. It is located on a busy street and I had to park a block away. They were true to their word on time-for the most part. Two dogs would take 2 hours (One is a short haired 100 lb hound who needs little work other than a good nail trim-the other a terrier who needs a haircut). When I got there to pick them up-again parked far away-the hound was ready and tried to jump the saloon type half-door. She fell down and luckily was not hurt but I felt it was irresponsible on their part- to let the dog roam freely. They also failed to do the big one's nails, at least to my eye, but did a nice job on the little dog. When I realized about the nails, I was already home and the groomer was gone and was off the next day but they said I could come back and they'd fix it when she returned. I decided just to avoid going there ever again because of the parking, poor nail job and failure to crate a loose dog. Nice enough but not very professional and not worth the aggravation. read more

Be careful!! I've taken my dog here on numerous occasion and I regret it every time. The lady is always rude and she dismisses what you have to say about what you'd like for your dog's grooming. My dog gets ears infections so I told her to take care of the hair that grows in her ears. When I picked up my pup afterward she's told me that "she was bleeding in there, so she may be uncomfortable." THIS IS DANGEROUS! She must have been using an OLD TECHNIQUE.... What they do is twist all the hairs around forceps, and pull them all out! This should never be used on your dog as it does damage to the nerves... Your dog should never bleed in the ears!!! My dog also gets scars every time she comes back. She always gets her privates nipped and she's always visibly uncomfortable after she gets groomed at this place! The groomer doesn't do a good job. Period. She just wants her money. Learned my lesson...Never going here again. read more
