All was going well for a good while and recently, he became shady and began to complain about the amount of time it took to groom her. I've been taking my dog here for many years, and they have been nothing but great. This place is cash only, and offers three different grooming packages depending on the size of your dog (S, M, L). Even when they accidentally trimmed my dog's nail too short, they were honest and told me about it. Integrity is in short supply, and I'm glad that my dog's groomers are up front about these sorts of things. I normally go for the middle package, and my dog always comes back to me smelling and looking great. On most days, it takes a couple hours for them to take care of my small yorkie poo, so I think that's pretty great. If you're in the area, Juan and staff are very nice. read more

I was looking for a groomer for my 4 month old bichon (photos attached) and I knew petsmart was one of the worst places so I did extensive research on each one and chose this place. Mistake 1. I showed the man at the front a photo of exactly how I wanted him cut and he took a photo of it as a reference. I also mentioned that I did not want him cut too short at all only about half of his hair gone and light trimming around the eyes and butt. When I picked him up I didn't even recognize him. ALL of his hair was gone, on his face, body, all of it. He looked like a Maltese. His face was cut square and not round like I specifically asked for. I mentioned this to the groomer and all he had to say was "well he is a puppy. He doesn't have his adult hair." And I'm thinking "what the hell does that have to do with the cut I asked for. I left abruptly. Soon after arriving home, my boyfriend noticed our pups paw bleeding. They had cut his nails so short they cut his quick. Any dog person knows how to trim nails and his first time ever at a grimmer and he's cut. Smh. I'm actually very disappointed in this place. I expected more from the reviews. On the good side, the owner was very nice when I first arrived and very helpful. Place was clean but small. Not very comfy for the dogs. read more

My mother and I took our fur-children here over the summer. I was skeptical at first when the guy over the phone said we didn't need an appointment and they take walk-ins. I was thinking they were rushing to get as many dogs done meaning the hair cut would be average. To our surprise they did an amazing job! This was my mother's pom's first time being groomed and they took such good care of her even though they did mention she was bad (soiled herself, tried to bite, overall not well behaved). They still managed to get her looking stunning! My two dogs looked gorgeous as well. My Shih Tzu/Maltese had to be shaved down because his hair was just so matted but he still looked cute. Please think twice before you take your dog there I took my puppy and they cut him and they did not take any responsibility. I finally came back taking my two pups there and it was wonderful. They fit me the same day and it only took a couple hours.
