I got in my car at 0730 running late for my next appointment. This is the last time coming here. This is not a reflection of those that do the job. It's a reflection of those that manage it.

I love that I can drop my dog off at PetSuites for the day to run and play with other big dogs and burn off some of his energy since we haven't been able to do our daily walks. I have also boarded him here twice and I feel like they take very good care of my boy. They follow instructions well with the food and supplements. I like to pay extra for the Pawgress report and he always looks happy and well in the photos. Furthermore, I like to sign my dog up for a nail trim sometimes when I drop him off for group play and they always do a good job. I've had him bathed and brushed out at the end of boarding visits and he comes home smelling fresh and clean! The employees here are always nice. I honestly don't know what I would do if I didn't have Petsuites' help with my dog.

He repeatedly yelled at the dog to "shut up" and was pulling the dog on the leash so hard it was pretty much chocking the dog and lifting him up off the ground by pulling the leash to get him to be quiet. This just rubs me the wrong way because i've taken my dog here for his vet visit and grooming and now i'm wondering how he and the rest of the staff treat these dogs behind closed doors. I witnessed the staff member drop off the dog in a white sedan to a lady in pink as i was leaving so if that was you i highly recommend not taking your dog there anymore or making a complaint about that staff member.

Bre is punctual and a such a beautiful soul. I love the location of this store, a few steps from some of my favorite shops and eateries. Parking is plentiful and it's never a wait here. I drop Koko a few minutes before her scheduled appt. and Bre has always been there ready to receive her. Bre is currently the only groomer here and I hope they are treating her super well. What made it especially frustrating is that I had already gone through the process of obtaining and administering prescription gabapentin for my cat in preparation for the appointment. I understand emergencies and unexpected situations happen, but repeated last-minute cancellations make it difficult to plan and create unnecessary stress for both pets and owners. Communication was polite, but reliability has been an issue. I hope scheduling and notification practices improve in the future. response to your response: I understand injuries and unexpected situations happen, and I wish your groomer a speedy recovery. My review was not meant to criticize the reason for the cancellation, but rather the inconvenience it caused. I had already obtained and administered medication to my cat in preparation for the appointment, which requires advance planning and a veterinary prescription. While I appreciate the notice that was provided, the end result was still a canceled appointment after preparations had already been made.
