He seemed to be allergic to the food that the breeders had recommended, so the search began for a better quality food. We landed on Akana grasslands, which I have to give the thumbs up for! But the best part of Hollywood Feed, (besides everything being made in the U.S. A. Yay!!!) are the employees there! Emily and Amanda are the absolute best!! They are helpful, friendly, and obviously love dogs! They know just what to recommend based on my dog's size and personality. My dog Jackson and I BOTH look forward to going there and seeing our friends there! Jackson knows he is always going to get a special treat and is always loved on! The crab died, and we went back to this same Pet Supermarket on Peachtree Industrial Road near the Publix and purchased another crab and food. The crab died again. So we saved it until we were in the area again, all within 7 days. Novila and Natalie (may have spelled thier names wrong) refused to replace ONE of the crabs. At first we were pointed to the rules of having to bring a sample of the water. We didn't know this had to be done. Then we were told we needed a receipt although everyone in the store recognized us. I was able to pull up my American express purchase on my app as proof of purchase. However, that wasn't good enough! Both of the "Managers" watched a little boy be sad about not getting ONE crab and REFUSED to replace it. This is so beyond the replacement cost of $6 but for me speaks to the lack of customer service. The irony is we were happy to find this pet store and planned on buying a parrot that is not cheap! Good thing we didn't and we started with a crab. This place is CRABBY and I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE for your pet needs; especially if you have young children! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

She wasn't pushy like other places we had visited. Meagan really has a genuine love for her pups. We went in looking for a Poodle and ended up with a Maltipoo. My girls and especially my wife were in love at first sight. There was just a peace in knowing she was the one for us. I recently brought home two teacup Yorkshire Terriers, and I am absolutely in love with them. From the moment I picked them up, I could tell how much love and care had gone into raising them. One of them, Tiny, went straight to the pee wee pad when we got home--such a smart little guy! His older brother Titan loves to cuddle and falls asleep in my sisters arms when she hold him. Seeing how they behave really shows how well they're cared for and prepped before going to their forever homes. The experience was smooth, the environment was clean, and it's clear the team at Precious Petite Puppies truly cares about every single pup. Donna walked us through the room and amenities including the new shampoos which smelled great. Everything seemed brand new and extremely clean. See below. No professional logo, signature, phone # or anything. Even though I knew someone who had gotten a pup through them. Asked about a pup. We were specific about the one. Yet they kept saying "come see all the dogs." Avoided referencing the dog we specifically wanted. Yea - because they want to upsell!!!! Don't like the wording of their emails saying "come buy the dog." Ick. Said we would come the next day for a very specific pup. Asked about a deposit. They did not say they needed one. At 10pm the night before we were to leave to get the dog, I get a text from a weird phone # saying someone "bought 2 dogs. But come see our others." Still not saying it was the dog we wanted. So I had to specifically ask. And then recommending another pup that cost more. Shocker. Was never about the money. It was about the dog for us. Not for them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Also their dogs are listed on other breeder sites. I get they work with other breeders. But it's confusing. STOP OVER-BREEDING FRENCHIES!

I also have a frenchie puppy of my own so I made sure I aired out and disinfected myself before going home to make sure I wasn't carrying any cooties from the store. I would just suggest doing your research when not buying from an actual breeder. I got a waaaaay better deal from a breeder that drove up from Florida to meet and greet. And drove up again when I decided on taking my baby home. Also got AKC papers and paid half of what this store is charging. Lastly, the staff is extremely aggressive for a sale.
