The staff was friendly and we were able to go through the pharmacy area and the front check out in a quick amount of time. We also found everything we were looking for, plus some.

This is a review for fedex onsite at this location. I dropped off my international parcel last…read morefriday and realized that the parcel is still at the same location 4 days later on monday. I just moved to roseville and was testing out my first international shipping so everything was new for me. I thought i should let people know to please drop youre parcels off directly at fedex office (rocklin location is probably the nearest) instead of the "fedex onsite" locations especially if you have paid for same-day or overnight shipping, or you sell things online. They also turned away another customer with packages weighing more than 20 lbs. Not sure if this is known but here you go! I asked 2 different staff regarding frequency of fedex parcel pick up from walgreens; one mentioned fedex picks up the parcels twice a day, and another mentioned he doesn't know when fedex picks up or don't. I think the actual frequency is probably somewhere in the middle. To the staff credit, they have always been very nice, they do pick up calls and will help retrieve your parcels so you can move it to another fedex location so parcel gets moved within the day. So 2 stars!

There was…read moreplenty of parking available, though the entrance would be hard to get to if you're driving on the other side of the road in this busy area (you may have to take a U-turn). I was looking for ice to add to my drink coolers for my event and found packs of ice near the drinks. They were a bit more expensive than other places I've stopped at, but the convenience of being near my event made it worth it. Plus I wasn't sure if Walgreens would have ice and I was so glad there was some. It seemed the store was lightly staffed, but when one of them saw me walking towards the cash register they joined me there to check me out. I was in and out within five minutes, and on my way to my event!

Within 10 minutes they were ready for pickup. Wine selection was small but enough for me to find something. The good stiliff umis in the back if you need that. Also found some distilled water. I really wanted my first time at Cavallo Point Spa to be an amazing experience, but it was…read moredisappointing. When I booked, I specifically requested a deep tissue massage. However, when I met my therapist, he mentioned he would be doing a signature massage without discussing pressure preferences, even though I had noted on my intake form that I prefer firm pressure. Unfortunately, the massage itself felt neither particularly deep nor relaxing, and it did not meet my expectations. Upon arriving, I was initially confused about the entrance. I entered a building with a gift shop and "tea bar," thought I was in the wrong place, and had to ask for directions. I then learned the spa entrance was behind the wall in the gift shop, which wasn't apparent. I expected the tea bar to be a special space that you might find in a Japanese tea garden, but it was a bar with a mini fridge, something you might find at a gym, and it was in the gift shop! While the waiting area was bright and airy, the changing area--which included the infrared sauna and hot tub--felt more like a college locker room than a spa environment. The treatment floor itself also had a rather sterile, hospital-like feel that didn't create a relaxing atmosphere. It would be helpful if a pre-appointment email listed available amenities and noted that guests should bring a swimsuit to use the hot tub. I checked the website beforehand and did not see this information listed or any photographs. I would have enjoyed using the hot tub had I known, but I was told I could purchase a suit in the shop instead. Lastly, the one-size sandals provided were difficult to walk in and felt unsafe and risky on the stairs after the treatment. I also found it fairly shocking that they suggest 22% as the starting point for a gratuity. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience, ambiance, and level of service provided. I sent the manager feedback and was informed that the changing room space was going to be getting an update, but I feel additional updates are needed, including making reception a dedicated space or moving it inside the door, and moving the tea bar, and making it a unique, special space. Having the reception area and the tea bar crammed together with the gift shop does not work.

You can tell the staff have lots of fun, which was shown by their placement of Waldo. Also, I generally see the same staff and I have been visiting for over a year now, so that's always a a good sign. They have a great selection of plastic free items. Many bulk items in which you can bring your own container including laundry detergent, dish detergent, face wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. I also believe cooking/salad oils in bulk, but have to say I didn't pay a ton of attention to that. Yesterday I tried the bulk Restorative Conditioner made by Griffin Remedy My hair LOVED it! Also purchased a tinted plastic free sunblock stick by Attitude which is relatively hard to find in stores in the U.S. (It's made in Canada). Will definitely keep coming back.

In all the years I've worked in the medical profession, the pharmacist I dealt at Walgreens overstepped. He made an error on the prescription provided by my physician. He did not apply a refill to my record and then stated that HE would "decide or another pharmacist would decide whether they thought my medical issue still existed for that refill of antibiotic". I mentioned to him that a Pharmacist cannot diagnose. He then rebutted by stating that "they can call the physician then to see if he wanted it filled". Huh? Well.. here's a clue.. the physician wrote it for a refill purposefully, with intent. I think this pharmacist was attempting to distract from the error he made on my prescription. I then called his manager who was also a pharmacist. I asked her how she felt about the pharmacist she was managing telling me "he would decide if I still needed the refill of antibiotic". She, stated that a pharmacist can decide if they feel comfortable refilling a prescription. Hmmm .. it's antibiotic lol. Anyhow, I will be reporting this to the California State Board of Pharmacy. Pharmacists cannot diagnose and that is exactly what he stated he was going to do in order to provide a refill for antibiotic. It appears Walgreens pharmacists are a way too entitled by trying to diagnose and play phisician. Generally if a pharmacist works at Walgreens they are new to the field or can't get a job elsewhere. It appears this is the case.
