I've received texts and calls from the salon pretending to be my former nail technician, Maggie, who no longer works there and has moved to a different location. That alone is incredibly misleading and raises serious concerns about how this business operates. It's disappointing to see a salon resort to tactics like this instead of being honest with clients. Trust and transparency should be the foundation of any business, especially one that relies on long-term customer relationships. I came right when they opened recently and asked for a Gel manicure and pedicure. It's very clean and large inside. They had lots of different gel color options to choose from and really beautiful colors. My only critique is they charge $15 for gel.. everywhere else I've gone is $10. Didn't love that. Pedicure was nice, but the color was very clumpy. I did walk out loving my manicure. It's very clean and exactly the shape I had asked for. A man did my manicure, he did great. They gave me a stamp card and I think after 10 visits you get $10 off. read more

I came in today with no appointment and they were able to fit me in no problem. I came here before when it was #1 nails and so I figured I'd give the new ownership a try. Vikki did my pedicure and she did a great job. I will be back to work with her. But I'm not happy with my manicure. The guy who did it immediately just started filing away without checking how long or what shape I wanted. So I had to stop him and explain the length I wanted, he said ok, and continues to shape them into a point and I again stop him and say no I want them round. So he says that he'll fix it as he continues filing. Except he already filed the shape so much, that now he has to go short to reshape them. Who starts going to town working without checking what you actually wanted. So now I have short uneven nails, when I had specifically been growing them out to get my manicure done. So I will be back to work with Vikki, who took exceptional care to detail with my pedicure, and when I asked for something extra, made sure I understood the cost before proceeding which I appreciated. But that guy will not touch my hands again. I appreciate that the manger personally reached out to me though to see what could be done to fix it. My daughter went in for our usual pedicure and happened to arrive at our favorite salon being under new management and attending their Grand Opening. Amazingly staffed and everyone is so attentive. An assortment of beverages were offered as well as a new services menu. We went with the Tropical Pedicures and it did not disappoint. The tray that came out was so pretty, everything smelled wonderful, and the pedicure itself was wonderful - as always the massage portion was the highlight. Worst experience I have ever had first I made a appointment with Kristy a few weeks ago for a pedicure she then throws me to another nail tech and says she doesn't do pedicure yet she took a lady sitting next to me to get a set of nails done and left me hanging. She only will take care of you if you look loaded with money and have diamond rings on you other than that if your plan Jane don't bother getting service here.I have her to many chances oh did I tell you before my pedicure I went to get a fill talk to her 30 min before appt and she said come in and I will do it then she was doing another lady nail and throws me to a guy who shaking and don't know what he doing so I told her and she fix the problem but she can't kept her promise and she will rub your hand and say sorry. Guess what Kristy the color of your skin and the way we appear doesn't matter I am a paying customer may not have bling out ring or the fancy bags but I work hard and want a person and business to respect my time and curiosity . Top it off she the manager every one oh to make it up she rub your hand like she comforting a child or pet nope not me I'm not being step on. I'm going to a nail salon that will accept all color and sizes rich or poor and get top notch service, plus offer you discount and gives you drinks and non stop busy but doesn't flake on you with appointments and make sure you will get service not cont with other services like your a ghost wants your money and Kristy will run after you but will never get my respect she not classy and can't manage time . My daughter, who is 13, got 'Gel-X" nails done where they glue nail tips and put a thin gel on your natural nails including the tips. Gave a more natural look and extended the look of my daughter's nails so it wasn't stubby just getting a manicure done and not think getting the acrylic fake nails. Jason took a design my daughter loved from Pinterest and looked better than the original Pinterest photo! The next week I got my own nails done with Gel-X by Maggie. She was just as great as Jason!!
