I've been coming here for the past two years, and I couldn't be happier. Nick is incredibly detail-oriented, patient, and genuinely kind. He takes his time to make sure every nail is perfect and never rushes the process. He's also wonderful at helping me choose colors whenever I can't decide. When Nick is busy, I see Jenny, and she is just as amazing. She's incredibly sweet, meticulous, and always does beautiful work. I completely trust both of them with my nails. One of my favorite things about this salon is that they always have the newest, on-trend colors. I'm obsessed with chrome and cat-eye nails, and they have an incredible selection with all the latest shades and effects. They always seem to stay ahead of the trends, which I absolutely love. The salon is always spotless, has a relaxing atmosphere, and everyone who works there is genuinely friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care about their clients and take pride in what they do. As someone who spent years in the nail industry, I don't give compliments lightly. This is the only salon I've continued to return to because I know I can trust the quality of their work every single time. Love that you can make appointments online, salon is very clean, chair massage excellent. it started with Lukewarm water, I selected a pedicure that includes a 10 minute massage... well for 5 minutes the tech rubbed my legs (yes I timed it on my phone) not massaged them. Then for Lukewarm stones and rubbed them on my legs, followed by lukewarm wet towels. Generally speaking when I've gotten a pedicure anywhere that includes a timed massage the technician pulls out a timer and set sit, I watched other techs at the salon do the same, but my technician did not do that. My toes are crooked on 1 foot and cut very short as well, but then not on the other foot. Everyone at the salon was pleasant. I just wouldn't go back based on the experience I had I spent over $100 getting a pedicure and a manicure pedicure for my four-year-old daughter and I'm just not overly impressed. Made a booked appointment and when I arrived with my guests, the receptionist told us we needed a confirmation number and they had us book an appointment at an open window...oh well, they lost our business ...they aren't clear about their procedures for an appointment scheduling. All nail salons want business, yet aren't available for the customer whether they are walk in ...they just want customer's money...not helpful. My wife was extremely excited to finally get her manicure and her French tips. What a disappointment it was They were nice, but they were quiet and non-communicative. The manicure was not a real soak scrub cuticles removed just a light sanding, filing and paint no cleaning involved. She was very upset. They wouldn't accommodate her to any accommodations to have us walk out happy we walked out miserable. An employee was being rough with sister few weeks ago, and when she spoke up about it instead of addressing the concern they kept quiet. Yesterday booked an appointment over phone, they said nothing(no problem ) today came in today Thursday 26th & ,we were refused service. i felt very humiliated by the whole staff. I understand businesses have policies, but dismissing a concern and refusing service over it felt unprofessional. We were not being disrespectful--just asking properly what was the reason for being refused service. I hope management looks into how situations like this are handled, because customers should feel safe and heard, not turned away for speaking up. This place needs to be handled better and give better attention to customer and not act childish over speaking up ,it's not right .! read more

Nice salon-clean.For the records, I've been to this salon 3 times....so Before I decided to post this review I gave it a chance to see if I had a Better experience. I have a salon I go to, but A friend asked me to go with her to try a new place.... First time, I felt rushed- pedicure was done within 30 min...I was asked to wait by front desk for my nails to dry so they could get started on someone else. Second time the polish was very light so I asked for a second coat- they started speaking to eachother in their language-then they pulled a piece of skin and made me bleed...3rd time (last Sat) I felt rushed again and my polish is already coming off again.... Similar experiences all 3 times...$55-$65 for Pedicure that only last a week is not worth it- I also got a bruise on one of my toes as they were sticking the tools to hard on my skin..... salon looks fancy but too pricey - overpriced for sure! And they don't even speak- they don't engage in any conversation at all.... read more
