Convenient for spontaneous girls needing to get pampered which Kim was great at giving me a relaxing pedicure, very attentive and sweet. Even the design I left pleased with. Some people think French tip is easy but it's actually difficult because it's so precise and easy to make look un-uniform but Kim was very meticulously and detail oriented. If I could give this place zero stars I would. She had me sat in the chair for 2.5 hours for this hack job. I've never leave reviews but I'm furious with this one. And she (I believe it was the owner) charged me $60. Nothing is even. Made me feel bad about the color I chose and told me to use this one. I'm a shy person, so I didn't say anything I don't like the color green. The place looked dirty, tools didn't look clean. She kept yanking my hand. She hurt me with the drill multiple times. Don't let the bad reviews fool you! It's a small establishment with loyal and repeat customers like myself. Best to make an appointment but walk-ins are welcome as well...you may just have to wait. I only get pedicures done here since I do my own manicure using colorstreet wraps. The basic pedicure is only $25. Cash is preferred so come prepared. Annie who is the owner is sweet and kind. First time customer, walked in for a gel manicure hoping to get gel x extensions. The rep who attended to me whom I'm guessing was the owner pushed me out of getting gel x while performing services. Took two hours for a basic gel manicure. Polish is completely uneven, cuticles untreated/not trimmed etc. I asked for matte top coat she stated she didn't like matte top coat so she didn't do it. They stayed open late for me! My daughter and I came in at closing for a mani-pedi (with gel for me) and the two workers were so generous to stay open late for us! They were extremely professional. I went here for a gel manicure here as where I usually go was booked. This was one of the worst manicures I have ever had. I had a couple of chipped nails and the manager insisted that I had to have acrylic tips put on which I said that did not want as the salon that I usually go to repairs with gel powder which always looks good. we argued for a bit and I said fine go ahead and those 2 nails don't the match my others nails. Really great. A gel manicure and pedicure with callus removal was $58. Susan did my pedicure and Annie my manicure. Both took time to expertly pay attention to each nail rather than just going through the motions like other nail salons in Moorpark. Each person made it a point to learn mine and my moms names and introduce themselves which I appreciate. Also having 2 people working on me at the same time was great so I could stay in the relaxing massage chair the whole time and get finished faster. I will definitely be returning. read more

First time customer, came in for a gel pedicure. The water jets didn't really work in the pedicure bin. She didnt scrub my feet like most pedicureists. She didnt trim my cuticles and would only file my toe nails. It took almost two hours to be completed with my gel pedicure. There is polish all over my toes and when she put the light on my feet to dry in between coats she was not careful and kept bumping the polish so it would create a smudge. Instead of trying to fix it she just kept adding coats on top. This is hands down the worst pedicure I have ever experienced. I will not be back. read more

My friend and I were in the area and this salon didn't have a wait time so we decided to check it out. They were able to take us right away. They also have cute kid pedicure chairs which I have never seen anywhere before, and it was the cutest thing. The reason I'm giving a low rating is because while one I was getting my manicure done, the manicurist grabbed my hand and sternly said "what's wrong with your hand?!" I have eczema on my fingers so there are markings. I told her how I had eczema and she wouldn't let it go. It was a very awkward experience and because of that I will most likely never return. I never make appointments because I have a hectic work schedule and WALK-INS work best for me so I couldn't always get Annie. My next 3 pedicures were inconsistent and it pained me to keep coming here not knowing what kind of service I was going to get. A weird thing that happened the last time was I asked for a callous treatment and was told to come back at night for those because something about the owner not liking them done during the day???? Im sorry, Im not picky at all when it comes to salons. so i decided to try this one since I work in the same plaza. I walk in, and this lady helped me, and i asked her how much a gel fill was she said $30 (that's how much I pay everywhere) then a couple minutes passed another lady said something to her in a language I don't understand and then the lady goes ahead and tells me actually it's $35 for you. So I was getting up telling her never mind. Since I go to my usual salon where I live in simi, and she didn't want me to go she had me sit back down and told me "this time we will do it for $30 but next time it will be $35" then the other girl said "yeah no low balling here" I was so mad but I'm a shy person so I stayed quiet. And let her do my nails. But I was pretty upset. While the lady was doing my nails she was filing them and doing them very rough like she was mad. Cut me a couple times. I seriously wanted to cry just because I was so mad. And shy not wanting to tell her anything I just felt a weird vibe with them. Like they were mad I was only going to pay $30 but my intention the whole time was me paying full price of $35. When she finished and I was paying I told her to charge me $35 and the other lady automatically tells me "beautiful nails baby" . This place is just so rude. If your price is one thing I understand I would never ask for discounts. But man their service was horrible and cutting me multiple times just because they were mad thinking I was going to pay lower price. Never again and I do not recommend. I started coming here because I needed a place to go. There was a guy who did my nails who did a really great job. I would get acrylic gels and did a pedicure one time. It was good until last time I came in I asked for a gel fill. There were 3 employees, and one customer. My usual guy is sitting there reading and is like "oh next time you call and make an appointment" (walk ins have never been a problem for me plus I go at slow times). He then tells me I can come in 5 hours later. I said no way I have work. Finally as I walk out some employee said she will do my nails. I came in on Wednesday (4 days ago) and was greeted by a friendly staff. Everyone was super nice and kind. The owner (I believe) did my nails. She was great sweet and really wanted to take the time to do my nails for my wedding which was taking place on the weekend. I asked for an ombré style nails and proceeded to show her a picture. She said that she would be able to do that. So long story short she ended up spending 2 1/2 hours in total working on them and they didnt turn out the way I wanted. She used her brush to attempt to blend the pink and white, which wasn't the way I guess. I'm mainly bummed because I spent about $85 bucks for them and really walked out unhappy. However, it was my fault for not speaking up at the time but I wanted to be nice since she did spend a lot of time on them and actually shaped them pretty nicely. But this morning I woke up and they are all starting to lift, which shouldn't have happened in less than a week, especially since she out on a new set... anyways.... bummed I will not be returning :/ really nice people. Nice enough ladies. Place does NOT seem clean at all. The tools they used on me all looked unwashed and used multiple times. They didn't open a sanitized pack of nail tools just the ones already sitting there. :/ paint job was subpar. Had to ask for them to clean up the paint job bc it was so messy. I'm sure this place hardly gets business so they feel like they can be passive on the sanitizing but it's gross. You can get serious fungus etc from unsanitary nail salons. I'm actually embarrassed I let them do my nails. I usually tip $20 for a regular menu/pedi but could only allow myself to give them $7 and that was $7 too many. The shape of my nails wasn't done well. It's amazing bc moorpark needs a decent nail spot but this place won't be here by next year. If I owned the place it would be top notch and building clientele through word of mouth and high standards. Smh. Definitely will not be going back and I can guarantee they didn't wash the basin they soaked my feet in or the tools they used on me. Probably used the same ones on the lady who came after me. Yuck. Updating this review to ONE star since one of the homely, low class nail techs decided to troll my page months after leaving an HONEST review. Calling me high maintenance for wanting CLEAN nail tools and an EVEN paint job on my nails? Are you serious? What trash. Went in to check this place out for the first time this week. I asked for a gel manicure and the ladies working there were nice and seated me right away. Everything seemed fine and normal throughout the appointment. The price was higher than I'm used to but I hoped that meant the gel would last for weeks. Well, the next day a nail peeled completely off. The day after, another one peeled. And so on and so on. The lady had told me to come in if they started to peel which I thought was nice but now I'm wondering why she would even assume my nails would peel so easily. I've had gels from other places last me SIX WEEKS!!! This is so disappointing, I would go back to have them fixed but I have a full time job and no time to go back in and have them fixed for 45 minutes. Never going back. read more

She uses only the BEST products and it lasts for weeks and weeks with no chipping or peeling! She is also awesome with designs & on top of cutting edge new trends! Always a perfectionist she does not let you walk out unless you are totally happy. Her expertise transcends to the most natural feeling/looking eyelash extensions. She is so precise and literally customizes your lashes using various lengths & thickness to every individual lash so it is exactly to your liking. Again only the best products.
