Right off the bat, she was not even remotely friendly or welcoming, no apology for the wait. Frankly, she acted like it was a pain that I was there for a service. The haircut itself wasn't the worst.. not great but passable.. but the shampoo was horrible. Very rough, soaked my shirt. She rinsed out the shampoo and told me we were done. I was paying attention closely because of how bad the shampoo was going so I know she didn't do conditioner. I asked about conditioner and she argued that she did it but if I wanted it to sit on my head for second she would do it. I assured her that she hadn't done that step but she rudely argued again.. pretty unprofessional and embarrassing to do in front of other stylist and customers. I have had worse haircuts but the service and attitude of the team is why I won't be back.

Wendy is the best stylist I have ever been to, Hands down…read more This is my second visit. The first time I went for a shampoo, conditioning treatment, cut and style. It was a drastic change for me (almost 12 inches!) and I couldn't be happier. Today we are back for a Brazilian Blowout treatment for my sister and the results are amazing! Wendy takes her time to explain what she is doing and explore all the options with you. She also has a great eye and an obvious passion for what she does. The location is inside "Chrysalis Salon and Spa" but I have not interacted with anyone but Wendy. The building is clean and very stylish. There are a number of different types of services available, from nail to massage to hair. Overall a very classy and comfortable place to come. It's a hidden gem most people think it's just for old ladies but it's not. Although I am an old lady I have worked as a salon manager for Mario Tricoci don't think because they have that name behind them they actually can cut hair.
