I reached out to Dick & Son and they created the most incredible arrangement AND delivered it the same day. Sorry, I digress, I'm here to talk about this encounter. I wanted to order an arrangement for a friend who lost a family member- looked online at the selection and chose. The notes said the arrangements may vary based on availability & season. The best part- I wasn't event concerned- I've been IN Flowers by Dick & Son and have met the staff that work there- ALL are friendly and want to do their very best to make the best arrangement they can. I've visited a number of flower shops in the past and they are more interested in turning and burning inventory than the actual finished product. Lucky for me I stepped in the last Flower shop I'll ever use again- Flowers by Dick and Son. The quality of the arrangements for the cost is amazing!! I missed a phone call that day and returned the call with no answer. I left a message. I got a call the following day on the 20th Thursday.
