The shop carries some big designer names like Christian Louboutin, Armani, Gucci, and more. The consignment split is 60/40, with consignors receiving 40%. There's a small but curated selection of accessories like earrings, necklaces, and other pieces, along with a nice variety of handbags, shoes, and clothing. We're fortunate in Rochester to have such a unique, artistically curated consignment shop. I've made many purchases at Panache and typically these have become some of my favorite pieces of clothing, that I keep for years and years. This is a store where you can find unique, gorgeous clothing that you may not be able to afford new. New owner Natalie Rae is a delight to interact with and meticulous in her choices, making it super easy to find something special every time you pop in the store. This is a good spot for higher end finds. Prices are a bit high but you'll likely find some goodies! I found wrap/jacket for $98. It's extremely stylish and will last a very long time. If I come back to the area I'd stop on again. read more

If I could also give negative stars I would in a heart beat! I left a dress to be consigned with Joan, one that was very expensive and worn once. I checked every month to see if it had sold, and it hadn't. The next month it was miraculously "donated"! Such a sham... I'm aware of the "policy" and how consignment works, but as a loyal customer and as someone who had been checking in on their merchandise, HOW DARE YOU!? I do NOT recommend spending a dollar there, or leaving them your precious clothing because they may just steal out from under you and pretend they donated it. Be forewarned. read more

Its so refreshing to finally find a store like this in Rochester! I appreciate high quality clothing although at this moment I cannot afford to buy the things I want. Consignment allows me the flexibility to find really unique pieces of high quality clothing at a reasonable price. I'm all for recycling and have now began consigning some pieces in my wardrobe i don't wear which makes me feel better about going on unexpected shopping sprees. The inventory is ever changing so make sure you don't hesitate on making that purchase on a one of kind item...it will be gone before you know it! You definitely have to look through a lot of things but the owner keeps the shop very organized and I had an easy time browsing by tops, pants, dresses, and long skirts. I wouldn't recommend the place if you really need to find something particular but its better to go in with an open mind and idea of what you want. Just recently I visited thinking I could use a few summer dresses and long skirts and walked out with a beautiful black leather Eric Laville handbag ($70), a comfy long skirt (already have gotten many compliments), a very unique flapper inspired black tube dress by Alexis, a silk handkerchief and red summer dress! The shop owner is a little intimidating when you try to sell items to the store but I think she runs a very good business and I trust her judgement on pricing. At the end of the day she knows how to sell things, therefore, having your interest in mind too. I went to this consignment shop yesterday to find a nice dress for an outing event i am attending at the end of the month. The one lady was very helpful and they placed a hold on the dress so i think i will go get this today. The prices are only a little high (depending) on brand however it is a high end store, high quality stuff and nicely organized! The customer service was excellent. read more

Is it possible to give this store a negative-5 stars? My father goes into Panache every Saturday morning and buys himself something. Not knowing what to get him for Father's Day I went to that store specifically to ask for advice. The owner told me my father always admires a particular item. I paid for it with cash no receipt was given to me! When my father opened the gift he clearly Hated It! I wanted to cry! Our family's day was ruined. read more
