Talk with the wife about ordering an 8" round cake that serves 12 people for a competitive price of $55.00. Only a 24 hour notice for non customized cakes. This year when I opened the boxes of cupcakes that I got through Goldbelly at considerable more cost, while I knew they wouldn't be Fall themed, what I didn't know was that the tops would be all smushed and stuck to the saran wrap. Of the 16 I purchased, only 4 survived intact. They tasted fine but sadly, were no long worth the money. I didn't even put them out. They used to have such great customer service, always met my timing for whatever cake I needed and were really a great local business. Too bad that had to end. Anyone know a good cupcake place that does beautiful custom work?

Although they had never done "Final Rose" themed cake, they said they would be more than happy to bring our vision to life. This cake and overall experience did not disappoint. They went above and beyond by adding nuts in the filling of the cake to enhance the pecan flavor of the cake (not something we even asked for). The cake was a huge hit for the bride and we ate it the whole weekend. Strong communication throughout the whole process including pick up. When I picked up the pie it came in a box inside of a large bag that was stapled shut. The staff was very friendly. After I returned to the office, I discovered that the pie had no meringue on top. I called the shop to let them know and they said that only single slices of the pie come with whipped cream. I let them know that the website indicates otherwise and there was no option to select any toppings when ordering. They kindly offered a refund which I took and appreciated, though they really should fix the website to prevent further confusion.
