Service was quick, prompt & friendly. I really like the location & it has a great exterior aesthetic that extends to the inside. Festive but clean & inviting. Small bar area to sit at with sports playing on the TV & the dining area consists of neat artistic painted tables. The water was decent tasting and the meat wasnt too chewy. The bad: the server, while nice, was completely of the nature being more interested to chat than serve. She and another staff member were quite loud. I ordered two items but both were mediocre in taste. Had to drown them in salsa and sauce to get any flavor. The ugly: prices dont reflect what the menu states. I was charged around a dollar or so more for each item and wasnt told, informed of menu price change, or made aware of anything. The meat and the veggies were very fresh and well cooked. Perfect levels of salt and grease (very little). Very fast service. Ordered online for pickupnand it was ready in 8 min! (More on that later) Reasonable price. This is a LOT of food for $13. I ordered the single and outside of having 3 tortillas, it could feed 1.5-2 adults. The bad: Ready too fast. I ordered at 330 for pick up at 5 and it was ready in 8 minutes. They did not pay attention to the time at all. I also ordered extra salsa and chips and only got extra salsa. The food was good. I had a shrimp/chicken taco salad . Shrimp could have been cooked Longer but was good. They didn't have any ripe avocados to make guacamole . My sister had fajita nachos . She said they were good. Chips are crisp . They provided individual bowls for salsa - which I appreciate . Salsa was a little bland . The banana margarita was good. Our server was great. The only issue we had was that it was barely 5pm and the place was loud. Like obnoxiously loud . The table next To us was playing music on their phone loudly . I'm sorry this would be a zero if I was allowed. This place is seriously gross. Also the menu says that they have shredded beef THEY DON'T the menu says that they do but they don't. Unless you consider watered down ground beef? And I use the term very lightly. My daughter had a rolled tortilla posing as a burrito with some ground beef. Her hard taco tasted like a stale hard taco shell with dripping greasy ground beef. The chips and salsa were stale and gross. Husband got shredded beef enchiladas still trying to decide what was actually was. A watery mess of beans and ground something. The owner yelled at us and told us they didn't have shredded beef. My husband and I love Pancho Villa!!! We go here almost once a week. The service is good, the food is good and cheap!! It's always fast and fresh and it's a nice and cozy vibe inside. Seems like one big fiesta in there. Children/family of the workers running around.. Servers sitting down eating and neglecting their tables.. it's to the point you have to stand up and ask for your own refills. My food got dropped off and my server did not come by again until it was time to get the check. Fast and efficient. Food is good, filling and again they are super fast. Then again, being located right outside gate 4 they got to be. It gets extremely busy between 1130-1300 when the military has their lunch breaks. Is it great Food? No I can't say that. But I can tell you it's decent. And I have never had bad service. read more

First time here. Ordered nachos pancho villa. My husband had crunchy fish tacos which he said were delish. My nachos were just ok. There was no queso cheese it came with shredded cheese. The beef was ground beef and the chicken was to shredded to be of much use. A few min in everything melted together. But all in all it was ok. I really liked their chips and salsa! I can't believe this place only has two reviews, but maybe Yelp hasn't quite reached the south, yet. When I was active duty at Ft. Campbell, this was THE lunchtime spot! It was so popular that if you wanted to go, you needed to rally your friends by around 10:30 and sneak out by around 11 (lunch was officially at 11:30). I took away a star because the parking is a pain in the butt because the lot is pretty small...if you go, definitely carpool and be prepared to circle around forever until you luck out. Also if you go around peak time**, the line is typically out the door and down the sidewalk (long lines at at estabablished establishment usually mean the people are doing something good, right? This is why I am confused both reviews are only 2-star. Are we talking about the same place?) **when the 101st is NOT deployed. When they are, you can pretty much scoot right in because easily 90% of the clientele during the workweek lunch are military and/or their families. I'm assuming that when they're deployed, this place, like other local establishments, takes a nosedive in business. I have never gone for anything other than lunch. Based on that, you can't beat the chicken taco salad (my personal fave) and the limitless chips and salsa...if you don't order a soda, you can easily get out of there for about $5 before tip. The chicken taco salad...I believe there are two...is so darned good. I miss it! I'm not sure which one is which on the menu so you may have to make an educated guess. The salsa is really great. It's not uberweak, and it's not chunky (I personally am not a fan of most chunky salsa). The chips are always fresh and always hot. Most of the waitstaff has limited English but they will get the gist of what you ask so it's no biggie. The owner is very nice and very unassuming; unless you know who he is, you will not be able to pick him out, as he is hustling as fast as his workers are. read more

This place however really wasn't that authentic but I usually don't expect much from Midwest Mexican restaurants so I was still okay with the food being this way whatever I'll still eat it. The service was a bit lacking I asked for a water with my alcoholic beverage and food and never got it. Idk if they forgot I had to ask a different lady for a coke just to make sure they brought something to me. Still all that not a big deal but I am now in my bathroom with an upset stomach hoping this pain from underneath me will end soon and that I can get off this toilet soon.
