The first time I went there the chorizo tacos were really good so luckily they delivered to my address. I was super excited to order from them to then experience the worst tacos I ever had in life!!! And I love tacos!! I can eat tacos every day and never get tired of them!!! So you guys get the idea! One bite and I immediately had to spit it out. I ordered chorizo tacos which comes with pico de gallo and cilantro and then I added queso and crema. I received a chorizo taco with only queso and crema. The cheese was yellow American cheese. When does an authentic mexican taco have yellow American cheese???!!! I called to complain and the man that picked up was extremely rude I expressed to him that my taco was not edible and it had yellow cheese and he stated that all their tacos come with American cheese unless you ask for another cheese. False! I ate at their restaurant and never asked for another type of cheese but received queso seco. Good customer service would apologize for not giving me the standard taco with Pico de gallo and cilantro, not been rude on the phone, and probably offered to redeliver a new set of tacos. This place is solid! I work in the area and there are several mexican places but this is my favorite for burritos. Other places have better guacamole and oyher have better tacos. Generally comes with a green and red salsa to add to the flavor. The green is good but not very spicy. The red on the other hand has a great taste and will make you sweat a bit. I went for the first time Tuesday, I found this place on seamless. The lady seemed very nice when I ordered. I ordered the nachos, a taco, and a burrito. I stepped out while I waited after I came back in I seen the man making the food didn't wear any gloves. He prepared the next order with out gloves, even picking the nachos up with his hand. When I got home the taco was the best thing. The nachos were burnt and the sour cream was no good and had a nasty taste. Some of the worst food I have ever had! Do not believe the positive reviews, this place is not authentic Mexican. I ordered tacos with a soft tortilla and they used the cheapest tortilla possible. Don't let the shabby exterior fool you! This little hole in the wall hides a gem. The warm welcome from the friendly staff makes you feel like you're just dropping by for a visit. I don't think they have the best tacos in the world but I have to compare them to what's in the local area and out of what's available they are among the best and definitely the most affordable. I'm giving them a four because they have a lot of variety, they are friendly, the tacos are quite authentic Mexican but you can still customize them a bit to your liking. Placed an online order with this location. Over an hour and 20 minutes had passed without delivery. Called location and the person who picked up said they had only received the order 20 minutes ago. When i mentioned i have an online receipt confirming the original time they said "we get busy". Makes it seem to me as if they lied about when they received the order and only came with the next excuse after i said i have an online receipt confirming time. This is very dishonest to a customer. No solution was offered beyond a possible delivery in another 20 minutes which would put the order at 1 hour and 40 minutes since the original order time. This is not acceptable. Pancho's had me from 'hello'! Their burritos are y fave! I'm originally from California and have been looking for authentic Mexican food...This is it! Their flautas and soft tacos are great also. My youngest daughter loves their rice and beans. 15 month old can be pretty picky but she'll eat that any day! They also have a red hot sauce that mu husband cannot get enough of. Food tastes great and if ordering out, the food doesn't take long to reach your door. The reason I gave it lower than 5 stars is because of the price. I feel the price is a bit steep for mexican takeout and the portions to price ratio doesn't make much sense. A burrito is $7.50 and a much bigger quesadilla is also $7.50.
